Came in to buy your 1.1 gallon Round-up on the Bonus-Buy $10 off, only 1 left of course (limit 10). Asked Chris K. if there were any more, he said "no but Co-Op up the road honors our ad and they may have some ". I was headed that way home, stopped in and talked to Pa/m? Pa/t?...( Only the Pa was visible on her name badge). She informed me that Co-Op does not honor Ace's ad and they don't always carry the same product ( which they did not). I went back to Ace and informed Chris K. about this and he offered me a 1.25 gallon Round-up (refill) for the same ad price( thinking it was the same thing, just missing a nozzle). I asked your cashier if I could get a raincheck but she was unsure how to do that. Would suggest you train your associates accordingly.

Wonderful store, lots of nice people to assist, good assortment and fair prices for supplements. Bought a battery powered weed eater last spring, could not get it to bump feed, 2 assistance’s took apart string bump attachment, put more string in, figured out how to get it to run smooth, patiently showed me method, at no charge. Weed-eater stillworking like a charm!

Forever the all in one, one stop shop in Sandpoint. From gifts, sunscreen, to stove pipe accessories, to prescriptions they have you covered. My family has gone here for at least 4 generations and it’s always great, the owner takes extreme pride in upkeep of the store, reputation, and employees!

The staff is what makes this store so special. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The store has all normal drug store items but also an excellent vitamin and supplement section with knowledgeable help. There is also a fairly complete hardware section and some nice local gift selections.

I love Sandpoint Super Drug so much, they have such a wide variety of things and the store is always so clean and tidy with beautiful displays. The employees are all very nice as well. I do wish all the employees would wear masks, especially considering it has a pharmacy where potentially immunocompromised people will come to get their medicine, but I still really enjoy visiting this store. Recommended for souvenirs, seasonal decor, gifts, and so much more.

My favorite pharmacy in town by far! I love the way it feels like an old style pharmacy back in the day, it's just got a friendly small town vibe, real homey feeling, where everyone knows each other.I left to try out White Cross Pharmacy when when they first were new to town, but it didn't feel right. Lol... Plus their prescriptions were way overly priced.. well my medication was at least.Not sure about the general overall prices.

I love Sandpoint super drug and Hardware I get all my pointy Threaded Fasteners there and my prescriptions the pharmacy Personnel are courteous professional knowledgeable and actually care about me. If it wasn't for Scott helping me with my prescription while connect to Health Services ignored by infectious disease for 8 months I probably wouldn't be here right now thanks again Scott you're the greatest Marty

Very nice people and I'll continue to use the hardware store but I was charged 319% more for a simple blood pressure medication than I could have purchased it at the Safeway store in the same parking lot. I don't have insurance and they don't give a discount. I should have asked the price in advance but didn't think there could possibly be this large of a difference. 5 star people with zero star pricing.

This is a family run store and pharmacy and hardware store the people are awesome and friendly and can usually address you by name when you walk in the door. Small town feel and hospitality will NEVER go anywhere else for home, beauty, household or pharmacy needs. The pharmacist Scott will come from behind the counter no matter how busy to help you find and figure out what you need. The pharmacy technician s Jamie, Debbie and Kira go above and beyond every time asking how you are and to make sure your questions are always answered

Great experience! I bought a Honda key online and needed it cut. Tried two other shops, but they couldn't cut Hondas laser cut keys. Then I came here.Not only did they cut my key, but they cut it free of charge! Whaaaaaaaat???They could not guarantee the key because I didn't buy it there. Completely Understandable! The key worked perfectly!Excellent service! Customer for life!

Best spot to find all those unique items that you can't find elsewhere. An it's nice being able to walk threw the store without 10 employees asking "can I help you" then admit they know nothing an proceed to draw 4 more employees in the hunt for something there trained to no where. Give you a hint they wear orange vests.

It always amazes me how many necessary items are in this store that you either need that comfortable prices to places like Walmart etc. The big difference of course is that this is locally owned and definitely has a small town feel inside that extends to the wonderful service from the employees. Well worth taking a visit, I'm betting you will find what you were looking for.

Talk about "service" you can ask anyone and they are glad to help you. They will tell you where to look and most times they will show you. They are always friendly and kind. Something missing in a lot of places these days.

I think my favorite store in sandpoint. Perhaps from combining a very active wellness center/drugstore with a well stocked ace hardware, a uniquely helpful store would inevitably emerge . The result is one stop shopping and an ever fascinating stroll through the aisles. Definitely recommend this be a regular stop.

The people here are very personable, easy going and always strive to help. If they don't have something they'll go out of their way to try to help you find it. I go here all the time but mostly for prescriptions! I hate to say this but... one of my prescriptions was a week short‼️I use one of those 7 day pill thingy, so when I began to fill it one day my bottle was empty 😭 I now have to count the number of meds!! It could have been a 1 time thing though!!
