I've been using them for years! Never a issue. They are amazing. I love that they greet me by name and if they don't have my prescription they fill it in 10 to15mins. Great time to do my shopping or other errands.

Went for vaccine check in. Sign said go to Drop off window to check in for vaccine. Pharmicist and tech saw me standing there. After about 15-20 minutes, others were standing there too. Pharmacist finally asked what we needed. I said vaccine check in and rudely, he responded that on weekends it's only 2 of them and so the window is closed. I said the sign says to come here. I understand employee shortages but he didn't have to be so rude and maybe take that sign down to avoid confusion. Also, could have acknowledged my presence long before he did. We went to Walmart and was treated much better, even though we had no appointment. I'll never use that pharmacy for anything and will share the experience I had with others. No excuse to be rude.

The only positive thing I can say is that the pharmacy technician was nice and store was air conditioned. We changed from walmart to Safeway pharmacy due to change in coverage. Each time I have been to the Safeway pharmacy I've had to wait. This time it was 25 minutes with 5 people in line. This pharmacy has some serious issues to address.

The pharmacy staff works very hard daily to serve their patients, especially after acquiring the Medicine Man - Sandpoint pharmacy in Super 1. They are always busy providing vaccinations and preparing prescriptions for our community. Thank you for all that you do!

I live in Sandpoint, I had to change to Safeway because the other one closed. I can't even get a hold of anybody on the phone. It says delivery but when I finally did get a hold of them, he said we don't deliver and he said he said he tells me that he tells the techs not to answer the phones.

Took them two visits to find the prescription, them they decided it was too expensive so they didn't fill it but didn't contact me out the doctor. The order said generic substitutions okay but they there wasn't one. I asked then tho call doctor to get it approved and she said out might take 5 hours. Really unfriendly, bad experience.

Absolutely "top drawer." We visited Sandpoint during Summer 2018 and needed to have several prescriptions forwarded from our pharmacy in Tomball, Texas. The staff was friendly, helpful, and competent in handling this request. Subsequent visits involved a special drug on short notice and they handled that need quite to our satisfaction.

Scheduled an appointment, and showed up on time to find they booked several others for the same time slot. Their computer system does not save any info, so I had to refill out everything all over again from the last appointment.

They are often rude and unprofessional, won’t answer the phone on weekends and most of the time won’t answer the phone during the week. I’m switching pharmacies as soon as I can.
