This place is amazing! Stopped by to check some prices on tools and they have Christmas toy sets that are absolutely awesome! The employees are courteous and very helpful! They have all kinds of great products too! Check them out if you live in or just visiting Salmon Idaho. I took these photos so my wife knows what she can get me for birthday and christmas!

Our first time in a Murdoch's store(Salmon, Idaho), we do not have them in our home state. Very impressive, they have everything. Everyone was very helpful. We wanted to purchase a large yard windmill. The only one they had left was the display. We needed one in a box, as we are here on vacation. Our cashier Denise, was very helpful. She checked the store in Hamilton Montana, it showed that they had several. We were able to purchase one in Hamilton. The Hamilton store was equally as helpful and friendly. Thank you Murdoch's.

Murdoch's KNOWS customer service! This was my first time visiting this establishment so I didn't know where anything was located. A gentleman helped me find the specific type of batteries I needed - and some other items. Also, got propane. Their propane is very competitive with other places in town. The young man that filled my Propane tank was very nice and friendly.It seems everyone there has walkie-talkies. Communications around there is fast.Lex greeted me with a warm smile and big hello when I checked out, and she thanked me for shopping there.If I lived here this would be goto store for all my hardware needs.

Lots of "stuff" but surprisingly lacking too. Even the help didn't know what they carried. We pretty much couldn't find anything we were looking for. More ranch supplies.

Excellent customer service and expertise! The entire staff as friendly, helpful, and do their best to find you exactly what you need. The manager Chris is the best! He helped my family and I with a trailer hitch and hunting down the exact part needed. Not only did he help us find the attachment, but he made sure it fit and took the time to put it together himself out in the hot sun. This store cares and it is obvious that the leadership there cares about the customer as if they are family. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail!

Well organized, very friendly staff, but...I had went in looking for womens jeans; it seemed like they didn't have much for regular or short, the majority was longs. I would love to see them get in more regulars and short.

Nice store, the employees are friendly, there is a large selection of clothing, and the only problem I have is there is a decent selection of underwear for men but none for women. I would love to see that change eventually.

Showed up seven minutes before the store closed. They had already locked the doors. I told the kid at the door all I needed was one thing, but he still wouldn't let me in. He told me the grocery store was still open. If I wanted something I could getcat the grocery store I would have gone there in the first place. 👎👎👎

Great selection of farm, ranch, hunting, fishing, clothing, tools, and feed. Nice store in a convenient location. Plenty of room for trailer parking. Watch for the sales.

I enjoy shopping here but rarely do because an employee acts like we are an inconvenience, is short with us, and is quick to get away without answering all our questions. Most employees are great but the one keeps me from being a regular customer.

Good place, not as good as ACE hardware, but close. The current employees at our local store (Dec 2017) are fantastic! If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find it out. That's really a good thing- good job ladies and gentlemen!

Where has this store been all our lives?!?!?! Passed through Salmon, one of our kiddos needed new hiking shoes and we are SO glad we stopped here. They have EVERYTHING for the farmer and outdoors lover.
