I needed a specific product, which I found easily as I already know where to look for it. On my way inside to purchase, I was greeted by a yardman and asked if I needed help with anything, to which my response was, "no." Though we are acquainted personally, he did not waiver professionally and after a sprite of small talk, he carried on about his duties and I continued inside. The clerk at the counter couldn't find the product SKU in the computer so I was directed to another counter where this store's tenured vet directed another clerk to the correct information. I paid and on my way out, I stopped by the previous register to inform the first clerk what the SKU was for future note.

Buyer Beware. Sale people are nice, but they DO NOT stand behind their products. Example. We bought a mulching and bagging lawn mower from these people last week, used it once (for the half the job) and borrowed a different mower to finish it.My business partner called this morning to tell them we were bringing it back and they will not issue a refund. Their manager stated we would have to take it to a repair shop (on our dime) to see if anything was wrong with it, then bring it in.I explained it was simply to weak to mow using the mulching feature (talking about dry three inch grass here) and that I would have gone to ACE if I knew they wouldn't stand behind their products. The woman I spoke to said "We do." I explained the basic principle of standing behind your products and told them they lost one customer and earned this review for their shady business practices.Here's a tip Lemhi. Your customers and brand are everything. Without them, you have no business.Lost one today for sure.
