I drove all the way from meridian which was a 5-hour drive because I heard that Andy is the best. She and her staff absolutely are. So compassionate and understanding of animals and the owners. I will drive back here anytime I need any of my animals treated

Scheduled an after hours visit at 8:43 AM. Spoke with the vet and agreed to meet at 11 AM. Showed up, and waited until 11:37 AM before I left. Got numerous calls 2-3 minutes later stating she was there now and we could come back. The vet, Andy left a voicemail stating that we agreed to 11-1130 and even though she was late she drove to town for my puppy and would charge me a fee even if I didn’t come back. I waited almost 40 minutes for her, I explained on the phone that I was going out of town by noon and needed to be seen before that, so no I would not have agree to a 1130 appointment, and even if I did, I left at 1137 and she still wasn’t there. Extremely disappointed.

We visited our daughter in Salmon, and one of our dogs needed some emergency vet services. Andy was simply outstanding! She was warm and caring with our dog, and honest and transparent with us. The price was VERY reasonable, and we feel lucky to have found her.

Dr. Andy is such a wonderful vet! One of our pups was very ill and Andy was a miracle worker. We are from Pocatello and decided it was worth the 4 hour drive to continue to have her care for our dogs. I have never met a more caring and knowledgeable vet. She took the time to discover a misdiagnosis that was made and our beloved dog is doing so much better under her care.

Andy and staff obviously loved and cared for our two dogs while we were on a 5 day rafting trip. We were visiting from Ohio and she came highly recommended....and then the guides on the river also take their animals there. We'd go back without hesitation. What a wonderful lady. Andy and her amazing staff saved my dog's life!!! Our two and a half year old lab was bitten by a rattle snake as we were preparing to return home from visiting the Salmon area. She met us at the clinic on a Sunday afternoon and began treatment right away. We chose to stay in the area a couple of extra days so our dog could remain in her care. We knew she was in very good hands. The Salmon area is fortunate to have this clinic!!

Andy is simply amazing. She helped me through the loss of my elderly great dane. He went downhill fast and she did what she could to save him. She was very compassionate and even traveled to our home to put him down so he could be comfortable. I will be forever grateful for her kindness to me and my sweet boy.

After going to a local groomer, my dog became ill. He was throwing up bile and had severe diarrhea. I took him to see Dr. Andrea. I was able to get right in and she gave my dog an exam, a few shots to help him and antibiotics. The total cost was under 70.00. My dog is better.

Thank You!! Traveling through Salmon area and needed to find someone to help my dog. Meka had a couple of teeth removed by a vet in Missoula 3 days prior and was not doing well. She was in such pain, crying, restless and she wasn’t eating or drinking. Concerned, I called and spoke with Chloe. She got us right in on a holiday weekend! After an exam Dr. Andy switched out her pain meds and gave us new antibiotics. Just a few hours later I could tell things were starting to improve. Meka stopped whimpering and was able to sleep. She began drinking water and took a little food too! Two days later I have my normal fur face baby girl back! I have total faith in Dr. Andy and I know she really cares about her patients and their “people.”

My dog was diagnosed with Diabetes by another vet. That vet said we would try a diet change and see if that helps. On the day her Glucose levels were almost 500, my vet did not return my phone calls. Andy got me in the day I called and said she needed insulin asap. Showed me how to give and measure doses and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and knowledgeableable. Day 2 and levels are low 300s

Coming from out of town and my dog cut herself on barb wire late at night. Andy came in after hours, stiched her up and let her stay overnight. Very friendly and good service!

My experience is as follows. I my dog there to spayed. She got a small hernia out of it and was told it was fine and want going to hurt anything. Here we are 6 years later and because of that hernia she had to undergo emergency surgery because it was strangling her intestines. Wouldi recommend? Absolutely no.

I will never go there again the vet yelled at me saying my dog has bad behavior I told her he was just upset because a week and a half ago he got neutered and had to spend the night she turned her back and ignored me and the office stinks so bad it turns my stomach
