If I could give no stars I would. It’s so disappointing how they treat people here. Some of their employees are racist and looking at you and it feels like you’re being followed around. It’s really is a great store to shop but their employees are not good. You can barely scan anything and they are trying to “help you” or watching you from behind but why don’t they help the other customers like that.

I use to really like this store and it's customer service. I was just reading my former review from a few years ago. But I felt I needed to rereview because this last year the customer service has gone way downhill. All of the employees look angry or upset or bored. I seldom see a single smile the entire time I'm there and I'm there a lot. I try to converse casually with employees but they either don't respond or they have earphones in their ears and can't hear you. When they do respond it's short and curt. I don't know why they're all so unhappy but it's worse than Walmart and that's saying something. I'm really sad because I use to really liked it here. Now I'd rather drive into Burley to Smith's or Walmart. At least there I'm acknowledged.

Very good place to grocery shop, things are easy to find and well marked. Friendly customer service prices are a bit high but that's inflation not the stores fault I highly recommend this place

Went in today to buy food from the deli. Was told I couldn’t buy three packs of chicken. And they wanted to know if we all lived together. What the heck dose that matter??? I am so sad that some people just let management get to you head.

This is my go to for donuts but for everything else I only shop here when I forgot something from Walmart or Stokes. You HAVE to watch your meat products because they let them go brown all the time. I've NEVER seen brown meat on the shelves before this store. I've also bought 2 turkeys from them that clearly said "keep frozen" (mine where because I pick everything from the back) and all the other turkeys were completely thawed out about a month before Thanksgiving.

More expensive than other local grocery stores, but smaller and easier to walk through. The floors are not killer on my lower back like so many stores these days. The in-store deli food was very good, as were the bakery items. (Their iced sugar cookies are superior to any other grocery store! As is their deli chicken) I noticed that every one of the employees I saw or interacted with, did not seem real happy to be there... Rather, they seemed tired, beat down. This was on a Monday afternoon, so maybe just a case of the Monday blues infected everyone, but I do have to wonder what management is like and whether it was a good place to work. They had a couple of items I've been unable to find in the larger stores that I regularly buy, however, prices were up to $1.50 higher on each and that adds up quickly. I was only able to buy one week's supply of food for my monthly budget amount. They have their own "club" card benefits, but for a few cents in savings it just didn't seem worth giving up my privacy. No selection of grass-fed, pasteur-raised, or free-range dairy products and eggs. Was hoping to find locally grown and produced items since it is a small town local grocery, but I didn't find any. All in all, an average grocery store. I will probably only shop their deli and bakery from now on.

Been buying groceries, over the counter medical supplies, and ready to eat hot deli food for 30 years they Amite the best of people to work there big shout out to Katie for always going the extra mile when helping a customer these people are so good I accidentally left the store after using the self checkout stand when I thought my card went through they called me and not the law enforcement I turned around and paid in full apologized for the mistake and they were very polite and said don't worry to much it happens often I will definitely make sure the transaction is fully processed next time no matter what hurry im in thank you all at ridleys!!!!

Picked up a dozen donuts at the showcase the price showed 779 per dozen we got to the check out and told the cashier the price for 779 at showcase she just said it rings up 1095 never said another word kind of snotty we should’ve just walked out. Always taught the customer was right. I think we’re done with Ridleys🙁

Hard to get items when they are on sale, they tend to be out a lot. Staff isn't always friendly, but some are.

Really well stocked local grocer. The staff is knowledgeable and generally friendly and the produce and meat has always been on point. The sales are great, but I wish I could get them more often in the mail to better take advantage of them.

Been going here off and on over a span of roughly 20 years. Good place with good prices and good people, mostly. One of my decent relatives works there at the time of writing this but I'll give 5 stars anyway. ;^] .

Everytime I shop there. One or two items will ring up the incorrect price. BEWARE of their advertised special signage as it has been very misleading on several occasions. Example: They had signage saying ALL Norbest frozen turkeys .79 lb. all others 1.18 lb. Never once did it say excludes Norbest frozen turkey breast 2.49 lb. These Norbest frozen turkeys were all in the same floor freezer bin along with several other brands. Everytime I have spoken to the manager on duty at the checkout about their signage I get the same response. "That excludes that item." Just because that particular turkey didn't come with legs or a back bone plate attached to it I ended up paying full price. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to argue a no win situation or go back to get a full sized turkey. They also have the famous must buy this amount in small print under the large price of the item. Another one is that you have to have their app to get the rewards perk price even though you are a rewards member. Deceptive practices to get you one way or another. They may have gotten twelve more dollars from me this time, but overall it will cost them more because one or more customers will avoid them now. It might cost me a little bit more in fuel to drive five miles down the road to Smith's but overall I'll save in the long run.

The store is clean and service friendly. Quite expensive though. I don’t understand, this day and age, charging a person 80% more for say, fruit, if one hasn’t signed up for the Ridleys card. Being from out of town, I honestly contemplated purchasing a cooler that they had for sale, and buying over a $100 in NY steaks to take home with me. Seems silly to me to charge extra for non-members. I understand a rewards program but not that.

Small town market with an easy atmosphere. This is the only place I can buy my puppy fresh dog bones, so she loves it when I shop here. The customer service and pharmacy staff are exceptional, and you can expect great service from everyone else too!

Great bakery items, wish they had the garlic rolls more often. Fresh produce, good deli items especially the rotisserie chicken, competitive low prices on items I always use, and great people. The people are really involved in keeping the business going well, they talk to you not at you and listen to your requests. The store takes back returns on items opened and unusable in some sections, well they did take back the padlocks I opened and couldn't figure how to use.

Lots of stuff on sale, is not even available. Manager told me, when it was coming in. Never came. Guest service hates their job. Older lady there needs to retire. She hates people, and does NOT want to help anyone. She also rolls her eyes, if you ask for help. They won't let you do rain checks for sale price. And they rarely have Ceviche.

As our local grocery store we go here often. The staff is friendly and accommodating to special request. The bakery gives the little kids sample cookies when they have them which helps the parents in the shopping experience. I definitely recommend getting into their rewards program for cost savings and for store coupons that are emailed almost every week.

High prices and you basically are ignored by the employees, if you want yo get the price of the item that might be on sale now it's not only your phone number but now you have to download the application 🤷‍♀️
