The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to set up new number new address. I have ordered from Pizza Hut in Rupert many times before. So when I called in to get everything set up, he seems to be struggling on the coordinates of my house. He then puts me on hold and says " let me get my manager real quick ". I tell him go right ahead no problem at all. He then proceeds to tell me that because they have a new system they will not be delivering my order and that if I want to order anything I need to go and pick it up. They could have asked me my address and put it into their own GPS to bring me my food but they didn't. I then told the guy that was the worst excuse I have ever heard. They then immediately hung up on me without any further assistance.

I ordered three times from pizza hut hoping they will get my order right but no they messed up three times! The girl that answer the phone to take orders does not comprehend what you want to order you have to keep repeating yourself and on top of that the lady in front of me was arguing because she ordered a pizza for delivery two hours ago and never got there pizza the worst customer service ever! And they all seem high as he'll this is rupert idaho's pizza hut establishment gross! Not for me choose another place.

The 15 minute wait of my carryout order turned in to 30 plus minutes which included more than one "only 5 more minutes" delays.. Pizza was over cooked.. They skimped on the area of sauce and toppings. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the wings were perfect.

I love the Buffalo wings here! My favorite so far! Cooked perfectly with a touch of crispiness, just how I like them. Employees are extra nice as well which is not always the case compared to other pizza huts I’ve gone to.

We got a hand tossed and thin medium pizza deal both at 6.99 for pick a pick order-I believe. Perfect amount of food for the perfect price plus a two liter and it was still under 20 bucks. Great service- great people-great food! I shall return!

They were out of one of the toppings I ordered and didn't say so until after they made the pizza!!!!Exceedingly poor customer service!!!!But they were willing to take the price of the topping off of the next pizza I order!!!!Pretty good scam they've got going.....We will make you a pizza, short you on toppings then ask you to come buy another one!!!!!

My daughter had a free personal pan pizza coupon from school, and was so excited to use it. I called in the order, (I spoke to someone from the corporate office to place the order, no one answered locally) and was given a 15 minute wait time and my order was confirmed. When we arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked and I still couldn’t get anyone from the Rupert location to answer. Once again, it transferred me to the corporate office where they told me that unfortunately there was no employees at that location and my order would be cancelled. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional, I won’t be supporting this location again.

I have been doing a pizza party for our local school once a year for 4 years. There lunch is at 11:00. This is the time that Pizza Hut opens. I have always called ahead and had no problems with them taking my order and I come and pick it up at 11 when they open. The employee that answered the phone was very unprofessional and absolutely refused to take my order until after they were open. I remember when Pizza Hut first opened the pizza and the customer service was phenomenal but the pizza and the customer service are definitely not up to par. I will not be returning any time soon.

My lovely wife ordered wings and a personal pan pizza for delivery, paid on the app, and waited for her food to arrive. They called 2 minutes before the estimated time of delivery to tell her that they were out of the personal pan pizza dough. What that even means, I don't have a clue. When they called, they started the call with "Hi, uh, we dont have the personal pans.". no mention of "This is *** from pizza hut, is this ***?". They then proceeded to tell her that her wings would still arrive, but the extra money paid wouldn't be refunded for 3-5 business days. No apologies, no options to change the order, nothing. Her wings arrived 10 minutes later, The End.PS, i thought you made your dough fresh?

For the last year or so the Rupert Pizza Hut location has gone downhill. Every single time I have placed an order they always call to inform me they are out of either wings, chocolate chip cookies, or pasta. I usually order about once a week and I can’t remember the last time that I’ve had a good experience the only reason I keep ordering is because they are the only place that delivers in Rupert.

This is for Pizza Hut on Oneida Street in Rupert Idaho.....the wings are some of the best I've ever had. Beats the tar out of Buffalo Wild Wings in Pocatello. Pizza is always hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The worst service ever!!! Came in and had to seat ourselves, most tables were dirty, no silverware on the tables. After about being there for 10 minutes, unnoticed, we had to get up and get someone’s attention. Salad Bar was empty, had to get up and ask if we could have our drinks. Mine and my husbands food came a little time later but my sons food sat on the counter until we asked if that was his. I know they were very busy with deliveries but they need to realize they also had dine in customers too. Watched 4 or 5 different tables get up and walk out. We payed for what we ate but will never go back. Very disappointed, use to be a good restaurant.

Waited 10 minutes at the door to even be acknowledged! There was 1 person at the counter and only 1 family in dining room. The staff, a manager and a waitress, saw us and ignored us. Then waited another 7-10 minutes for our drinks. The waitress' excuse for slow service was there were slammed! The family that was there before us left shortly after we got seated. So the dining room was empty except for us. Salad bar veggies looked like there were freezer burnt. Will not be back!

We ordered our pizzas 4 hours ahead and it was late anyway. The clerk said it was because they were so busy. Also, our Hawaiian pizza came without pineapple. Not as good as it usually is.

To the owner: close your business. I show up and they can't find my pizza after accepting my online order AND my name was on the reader board as being ready?? Told at least 2 people before me the same thing. When I left there were 10 people in the lobby who had been waiting 40 min plus. You should have been there working if your business means anything to you.

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. Removal or change to many favorite ingredients. Charging extra for pan? Your signature and default crust since I was a child... Tbh, the only reason I order from here still is because its the only pizza that delivers to my address. Pizza Hut has long been considered cheap and unauthentic pizza, but many of us loved and cherished the unique flavor and texture of a Pizza Hut pizza. These days I agree with the masses conception that Pizza Hut is basically trash pizza.

Daniel at the Rupert Pizza Hut was amazing! Good customer service and very generous. Give him a raise or I'll leave a complaint for the rest of the restaurant lol. The pizza came out scrumptious so thanks chef!

Food was good but I ordered it for takeout because Delivery always takes a absolutely absurd amount of time and when I showed up my food had just been placed in the oven which I didn't understand because I arrived 10 minutes later than when they said it would be ready. Once the pizza's finally came out of the oven the gentleman who was working the register argued with me saying that I hadn't paid yet. I had paid online when I placed the order and I couldn't pay again or show my card because I had just run out of my house because I was late and of course I forgot my wallet. Either way it took 26 minutes of arguments with my pizzas sitting on the counter getting cold before he would listen and get a manager. She walked out pressed one button and I was done and headed home. This was a unusual situation they are normally very good

When I first looked at this place having 3 star reviews I thought that doesn’t sound like any Pizza Hut I know. I have eaten here about 3 times and everything was good the other time, but it takes 1 time being gross to turn you off to a place. The pizza we got the other day tasted fine in general, but we soon noticed something odd about our pizza that turned us off to it. On the pizza itself near where the crust is there were splotches of green pulp like sauce. It was some sort of garlic sauce that was thrown in in a last second effort. It was just not appealing to me. It wasn’t poison, but just threw off the visual appeal of the pizza. I was unable to finish it because it looked so gross. This place has potential but some of the workers just don’t understand that visual appeal is important to customers.

If you're hungry and wanting delivery I suggest do NOT order from Rupert Pizza Hut. Wait time is about hour and half.. That's if they do so up! Two times now they didn't show up to deliver the pizza and chicken & Manager is hardly ever there to talk to 🤷

Very friendly, clean and open. More inviting this time. Servers attentive to our needs . Food was delicious and fresh and hot. Can be seen from the road. Took out one of the sets of doors which helped. And we could and did add 2 our order. Had high chairs. We enjoyed it a lot better this time.

This is our closest Pizza Hut. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan but my wife loves it, especially the boneless wings. Every time I have visited the dining room is clean. Of course I rarely see anyone at the tables. Sadly, the restaurant is mostly just a pick-up spot for take out orders. Never have ordered delivery, we live too far out of town. But the sparsely populated dining room would be great for a big group. I would call ahead though because I'm not sure there is a dedicated wait staff, everyone is in the back cooking pizza.
