I greatly dislike how the changes in promotions are made. I feel it is meant to get a customer accustomed to something only to change it without notice. I think there are quite a few people out there who have thought they were getting an item or two for a discounted price when in fact the promotion was over and tgey just didn't catch it. This has happened to me a couple of times now and I am trying to be much more aware. I feel that this is dishonest. I love supporting the youth ranch but definitely feel this needs to be addressed.

Tried to go in and employee was holding the door closed. They are supposed to be open until 6 on Saturday were closing early, at 2:30, it was 2:15 and another customer walked in moments before but we weren't allowed in. Employee was rude, won't be shopping or donating here again.

They have had a little make over. I like it. They also have new items you can purchase. Prices are higher, but I've noticed this in all 2nd hand stores. The young lady that works there non stop does a wonderful job. Very hard worker and very pleasant.

I usually love shopping at the Idaho youth ranch however your lead CSR has a very bad attitude problem. If you do not want your job then quit. I get everyone has bad days but when we walked through the door it was an instant attitude. If this is how you want your employees to treat your paying customers then I'll start doing business elsewhere. It makes me sad to say that because I loved doing business with you guys until tonight.

The stuff here was not very good. You could tell much of it was just old. I would imagine it would be hard to get the nicer stuff in this farming area. I visit many thrift stores across the Treasure Valley in Idaho and most seem to be a lot better.

They always tell us there not accepting on this day or that day or there not taking this item people bring there stuff and give it to them and they have all these rules and they usually have a bad attitude so we're done taking stuff there it's ridiculous at this point
