While waiting they have amenities/popcorn/drinks to make time pass more comfortably.Upon completion showed and explained oil and other liquid levels, they cleaned windshields. Felt they paid attention to detail and did a quality job. The PRICE was Very reasonable!

Today I had a great experience with 360 in the middle of winter its awfully hard to keep my funeral cars looks good but today I really needed a wash even though I knew I would need it again by the end of the day and we were on an extremely tight schedule the last few days and week and as I pulled in to do a quick wash not only did you assist you simply did the whole thing and washed my car as I was asked to just sit inside.I really appreciate that and thank you for getting us washed as we prepared to deliver one of our country’s Veterans to his resting place in a clean car in the middle of winter wet conditions.Thank thank you

We use their car wash all the time. The self service wash is awesome for my motorcycle or anything I want to be more detailed with and it's reasonably priced. The drive through wash is great for a quick clean only $12 for the top line wash, also very happy that it is a "touch-less carwash" so it only sprays the car down and you don't have to worry about swirls in your paint from the scrubbers in most washes.

Great place! Oil change was fast and fluids were all topped off. Staff went above and beyond. Will be coming back again. Cute waiting room too, it has a popcorn machine and snacks. 10/10 recommend.

There vacuume doesn't suck.im sure it just needs to be cleaned out.but I actually go there regularly so I'll give you 4 stars it's a good car wash and the water does NOT stink like rot, like some other carwashes I've been to.

Just passing through, but I got my F350 serviced at this place (oil change, Front, Rear Differential and Transfer case fluid replaced). The techs are friendly and professional. Met the owner as well. Very nice person. I wish there are more service center like this where I live.

Amazing customer service! I’ve never written a review before but these guys went above and beyond. I came in for an oil change which they did very efficiently but they also went through and washed my windows and vacuumed the floor as well as topped off any fluids that were low. My husband & I came from Missouri to see family & didn't know where to take it. The reviews on here said all good things about their service.Not a good place! They put a new but bad oil filter on because it had a major crease in the seal, also put on loose & overfilled it. 1 good thing they did do was fast service.

Won't go anywhere else, always friendly and the kids have toys and popcorn and drinks. Friendly and fast staff, I leave knowing my car is in great condition. I once had my oil light come on and they refilled my oil reservoir without costing me anything since I was a customer already. Wonderful service every time!

Great experience. I love out of state and work on cars for my profession and this place was very informative, but was very truthful and didn't push a sale. Was one of the best places I've ever got my oil changed. They rotated my tires, changed out my transmission fluid, and flush my radiator. They manage to do the whole service with all the additional in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The crew was awesome and well knowledged. Thank you grease monkey you guys are number 1!

I used to go to Les Schwab to service my car and this is my first time coming here and it was great. I walk up and Josh opened the door for me and instantly started helping me out. He made it easy to fix multiple issues on my car for a great price. Great customer service from him, as well as the other employees. I really appreciated it and I'll be coming back for sure! :)

Excellent customer service in Rupert! We went in to get the oil changed right before we were getting ready to leave town...but decided we didn't want to wait and needed to get on the road. Their team said they would check the oil and stuff and topped it off for me along with the coolant! FREE OF CHARGE! So we were comfortable taking it out of town with out worrying about? I WILL be taking it there to get serviced this week!

The management and staff here are honest, smart, and genuine. My car started to over heat on my way from Utah to Oregon and my wife called them around 4:45, 15 min before they closed and the day before Father's Day. They said they would wait for us and even offered to come tow us to their shop at no cost. We made it there at around 5:15 and a group of about 6 men were waiting with for us, they pulled my car in and saw that I was low on coolant and they all spend about 30-45 min filling up my coolant and checking for leaks, and the fans, and water pump. They offered us food and water and were extremely hospitable. They couldn't see any problems and since they technically closed a while ago the machinces had been turned off. They topped off the coolant and gave me some great advice on what other parts or things could be going wrong if the coolant wasn't the problem. The manager gave me his personal phone number and charged us nothing for their labor and coolant. So after staying open an extra hour these honest and good to do men sent us on our way. The problem wasn't solved but the next shop (Big O' Tires) just lied and charged us for nothing. A big thank you to this friendly and wonderful shop. 👍🏿

This guys are great! Fast oil change, no bs, showed me my air and cabin filter and let me know they were still good, fixed my tire pressure for free, plus you get a free car wash. Definitely come here for your servicing.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of service. I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to have to return home on foot and come back several hours later to get my car. This was not the case. Even with my baby in tow, we were able to wait comfortably in the lobby and he was happy with the toys provided there the entire time the car was being worked on. We were back home in less than an hour.

Grease Monkey is awesome!! They checked everything!! They are very thorough. I recommend everyone to come to Rupert to get their oil change!!! Chris with the Mohawk is great!!! They also have delicious free popcorn, pop, and candy, and not to mention coffee. Awesome place!

I went to Grease Monkey solely because of the Google reviews on the place. I live in a different city and chose them over what was in my own town because of the experiences with other places. I had a radiator flush done in less than 30 minutes, the team was courteous and efficient. Although I thought the price was a little above the average going rate I would rather pay more to have it done right. So what I paid for was piece of mind. Worth it.

The guys were great. I came in a little late thinking you were open until 6, but they insisted it was fine, they would take care of my car. They serviced the car, vacuumed it out, gave me a flower and I went home happy! Very friendly and helpful!

It was cool they came and picked up my car and dropped it off, however come to find out it was about $20 more than the place I had gone before. The main reason I went was because I got a car wash that didn't fully wash my car and the owner offered me another wash another thing is they advertise fluid topping well my coolant was a little low and they wanted to charge another $5. I'll be going back to my usual place next time.

I've been to lots of places before but this place is the best. They carry Mobil 1 synthetic which is what my Volkswagen pass at requires. Their carwash was magnificent. Very smart great place to change your oil. Its crazy they even do transmission flushes. And radiator flushes. These guys are fast and friendly . and they have a lot crew guarantee. If the oil change isn't done in 17 minutes or less they give you a discount.

The people that worked on my vehicle were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly (even toward my dog who is a big baby), and very thorough. The man who did the write up explained, in detail everything they found, gave me his recommendations while not pressing me to take a certain course of action, and was equally informative as to all the work that was done.
