We will be back. Great jerky and we bought some dog bones, I thought they were elk bones, our little cocker spaniel went nuts and if you even got close to her bone she would growl and show teeth! It's her prized possession. Yikes! Normally the nicest dog ever. Great place - nice people.

I stop here every time I pass through Riggins. You should as well. I shouldn’t tell you that because I want it all for myself, but I have to because I want them to stay in business. You won’t find better elk and bison products anywhere, PERIOD. Haven’t tried their beef as I can get beef anywhere, but now that I mention, maybe I should? Maybe you should try some elk, bison or that beef I haven’t tried and write a review about it….

What a gem of a place we discovered! A great assortment of meats and wonderful service. Just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge from our campsite along the Little Salmon River. What a joy! We will be back to stock up for our return trip home.

The rolled ice cream is the best kept secret! We were brought here for the ice cream and I tell you you will not be disappointed. They have a good range of flavors and are made in house and rolled in front of you. If you aren't in the mood for ice cream they have an assortment of jerky and fresh meats. We got the sea salt and vinegar beef sticks, which has a nice mild flavor and a cookie monster ice cream. They also have a good selection of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks.

Got some jalapeño pepperoni and beef jerky for the long drive home. I couldn’t stop eating it all cause they’re so good and I got the meat sweats. Would do it again.

Their elk jalepenos bacon patties may be, hands down, the best burger I’ve ever had and I just cooked them on a skillet real fast so nothing too special.This place is like a candy shop for meat lovers!

We stopped in to check out their selection after camping across the road from their elk herd. I tried their original elk jerky and it was without a doubt the best elk jerky I've ever had. I'm going to give them a call to see about shipping some out of state - it's that good!

Very nice customer service, nice variety of of specialty meats. The Buffalo Jerky is excellent, so is the buffalo jalapeño bacon patties. It’s the first time we’ve tried either one, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good they were.

Great little meat place right off the main highway on Salmon River Rd. Large selection and great prices. Elk and buffalo meat from the ranch right up the road. $11.95 for top sirloin of both elk and buffalo. Beef, chicken and pork are all processed in house. Sausages and pepperoni made in house as well they had some frozen and some fresh. Also had coffee. Great place to stop on your way up the river to camp. Will definitely be back when we drive through again

Awesome array of beef, elk, buffalo, chicken and other stuff. Wow. Friendly people too! It's a winner folks! We have bought steaks around this whole country but we have found none as good as the ribeyes we bought here. Prices were reasonable too

I absolutely love this place! They have the best pepperoni sticks and specialty meats. I love their mushroom and Swiss brats! You won't find a better meat place than this. They also carry enough black rifle coffee for all your heart's desires.

Seriously the best meat shop I've been to in years. So good I want to drive back to Riggins NOW. Habanero Mango brats and Jalapeno Chile pepperoni are a must if you like spice. Elk, beef, and buffalo were all great.They will cut meat to order if the butcher is there. Best ribeyes I've had.
