I can actually say I love everything in this store. First and foremost I love caramel. But I don’t love everything because all the stuff in here has caramel, it’s just so darn good!From caramel apple to cake pops to caramel toffee to chocolate covered marshmallow! All amaaazing!!! I could not get enough of the cake pop. I have the carrot with caramel cake pop and the chocolate one as well. The first to the last bite, was very satisfying, you get that caramel goodness in every bite!The price is standard or actually just right. The customer service was awesome. The lady at counter was friendly and she was all smiles.

This business has phenomenal treats, and their staff is very pleasant! They have caramel apples in a variety of flavors, caramel and chocolate covered Oreos, caramel covered rice crispy treats (which I love despite not liking rice crispy treats), sea salt caramels, caramel and chocolate covered brownies, cake pops, and more! You also have the option of putting together a gift basket. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who appreciates sweets, especially caramel!

Product is great. Was a little put off by clerk following behind straightening items after we put them back. Maybe wait until after customers leave to tidy up. I mean it was down town Rigby Idaho, there wasn't a line of folks waiting to get in.

Love this little shop! They have a good selection of gluten free goodies! My favorite is the good old fashioned apple dipped in caramel. Average price for a candy shop. Will definitely be back!

I had never been to The Caramel Tree, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Ahhh - This is the type of store every place needs… especially Rigby. They have thoughtful gifts, and insane deliciousness. It was hard to decide!I was helped by two cute girls: Kayla and Katie. Both were keeping busy and alternated turns at the front to help. They were so helpful and sweet, willing to answer all my many questions. Get these girls a raise!

If you want a really sweet treat and you like chocolate and / or caramel this is a wonderful place to visit! I am not sure if the sea salt caramel over rice crispy treats was better than the variety of caramel apples. The cookies, brownies and cake bites were spectacular! I think the best part was that there were treats at all price ranges so we tried a little bit of everything. It may have been the best $25 I've spent. And perhaps the best thing I learned today is that The Caramel Tree ships to almost everywhere! Go enjoy this special treat!

Caramel covered marshmallows seem super simple and kinda dumb. But, I’ve been back at least 10 times to get them. They are delicious. This place is probably the best place in all or Rigby. Love the stuff there. And nice staff.

I placed an order on Monday and received my order Wednesday. My order was shipped in gift boxes with red bows! Amazing! The chocolate and caramel is blended to make such a creamy, rich, delicious taste. I will always call on The Caramel Tree for my confection needs! Caramel tree in Rigby is my favorite place! I wish they sold candles with the smell of this place because just stepping in is a delight for the senses! Their homemade peanut butter cups are my favorite! Stop in for a yummy $1 treat with the kids!!

So dang yummy! I had the most delicious caramel apple I've ever had there. I had the Pecan Turtle Caramel Apple. It was the perfect balance of Granny Smith green apple, caramel, pecans, and milk chocolate. I also had a chocolate, caramel dipped pretzel which was sweet and salty. I strongly recommend this place!

We love the caramel tree! Great place to buy gifts for teachers or anyone that you are buying something small and delicious. Store is so cute with a couple places to sit. Always smells good!!

The Caramel Tree not only has delicious delectable's, they do special event catering. We chose them for our daughters wedding dinner and were so happy we chose them to cater our event. The food was prepared perfectly. Everything tasted delicious and was served without a flaw! The rolls made by the owner - were "melt in your mouth" good!!! He was a pleasure to work, plan, and communicate with. Everything was delivered as promised. Whether you have a sweet tooth and just need a delicious treat, a basket to remember someone special, or a large event to be catered, your go to place should be The Caramel Tree.

Everything I've tried here is delicious, carefully made, and reasonably priced. Great for gifts as most things are packaged nicely. Also great for a sweet tooth because you can buy some single items for $1 or less! One of my favorites when I'm treating myself. You must try the apple pie carmel apple.

I LOVE this place! Everything they still is AMAZING! the service is great and prices are excellent! From cake pops to caramel apples and everything in between! I especially LOVE the Caramel chocolate covered pretzel sticks.

I spend WAY too much money at this store :) It is my go to for birthdays, thank yous, and appreciation gifts. Just bought some gift baskets as retirement gifts for some colleagues and they were beautiful. I can't go in without getting something for myself as well. Their sea salt caramel is so good!! I wish they had a frequent customer discount or a punch card though (hint, hint).

My wife and I love this place, we were very sad when they had to close due to covid. Luckily they reopened and my wife stopped by to get some of our favorite treats. I'm not sure if due to the closing they froze the treats to keep them from going bad or what but the caramel in our oreo pops was crumbling apart like it was old, the cookies in the pop fell apart like they were stale, and the brownies in the other treats were hard like they had been sitting for too long. We will still be back and hopefully not have a similar issue but this trip was disappointing.

Great product, but very frustrating when you call in your order for Valentine's Day and tell them this is the only thing your wife wants for Valentine's Day, but doesn't know she's getting it. They assure you it will make it for Valentine's Day so you place your $50 order....nothing shows up on Valentine's Day, so you call in and are told it won't be here until the next day, because it didn't make the cutoff time. Should the person on the phone have told me it was after the cutoff time? I would have been willing to pay more for 2 day shipping or not placed my order and purchased something locally instead of getting home from work on Valentine's Day empty handed after telling my wife she has a surprise coming later in the day. So if you're walking in the store I recommend it, but if you are counting on it making it on a special day, not so much.

Delicious! They have the best caramel apples and dipped Oreos ever. And the prices are very reasonable. Clean store and nice environment. Very friendly help there.Can't wait to go back again.

I never thought it was possible to have too much caramel on stuff. I realize that it's in the name but jeez. I got an assorted gift basket, and everything there was just covered in caramel. It really masked the flavor of some of the items making it impossible to enjoy it. If I wanted to eat caramel I would have just bought a brick, this basket though was just crazy.It's not bad.... But it's not great either

Lovely little shop. I would imagine this is how the Willey Wonka factory smells! I love how you can by a cheap snack of one cake ball for a buck! Lovely service as well. Great attitudes!

Cute girl who recommended the Carmel apple pie apple was spot on, it's fantastic! Basically if you pick a treat or an apple in this shop and don't like it, either you made a poor personal choice of you're wrong as a consumer and as a person.
