This place is a joke on the timely manner when getting loaded, this isn't my first time here and it's getting worse. According to the people inside they said my dispatch was misinformed that my load was ready. The last time I sat 8 1/2 hours before I was in a door and it's going on 5 hours today. If possible don't believe anything they say. I wouldn't give them any stars, but I have to give one to post this review.

The receiver was very friendly. He let me sleep on the property a couple hours before my appointment and then got me loaded very quickly. As soon as I was done loaded I got paperwork extremely quick and was on my way. They have a scale that you can use to get your preloaded and loaded weight so it's super easy to pick up from here

Pack a lunch especially if they’re overbooked for the day. Scale before check in remember trailer plate number too. Arrived at 9:00 1400 finally got a door and when I checked in only one truck in a dock 3 waiting for doors

I have been loading here off and on for years and it never changes the people who work her have no care for the job it's always many hour wait for a load that is supposed to be ready for pick up which is almost always a lie. you call ahead to see if it's ready it's always yes but then you get there and wait for no reason stop lying try the truth when drivers call ahead

Great guys! I’ve been loading here twice a week for the last four months. Average load time is 1 1/2 hours. Only a couple times have I have a long waits.

Usually pretty quick for as busy as they are. Go in early if possible, in the afternoon there is Usually 12 trucks waiting. Scale at entrance fallow road to right. Check in with trailer plate number, weight, pu number. Not super friendly but never rude.

Easy check in, put me directly into a door, and although I was only getting a partial, they literally had me loaded in less than 15 min. Thanks Rigby for making life easy.

If you book a load from here be 1000% sure that it's ready, they will tell you it's ready when in reality it's not, otherwise overnight parking is available, must scale in/ scaling out is not required but don't trust the scale provided, it's way offI've never like nor have ever enjoyed retrieving loads from here

Don't come here if you can avoid it. Every time I have come they make me wait all day, then the tell me they can't load me. If your dispach sends you here get a different load!

Be prepared to wait all day to get loaded. Broker claimed it is fcfs shipper. There were 10 other trucks pushed in front of me.

The guy (name might have been Cesar) that checks you in is very rude. I told him I couldn't wear a mask and asked if I could call to check in, he immediately started yelling at me and giving me the third degree. I told him I didn't want to argue but if they won't allow exceptions even for medical reasons that they need to have an alternative way to check in.

Easy-in/Easyout, right off the exit, pull in, proceed directly onto scale, remember weight, no paper receipt, bear right to west side of bldg, stage with others, walk into shipping, need trlr license tag #, they call ya with dock #, then call ya when bills ready to p/u in shipping, in/out about 1-2 hours @ most.

Haven't been here yet will give review once I arrive stay tuned....so they loaded me in 30 minutes get here on time or early so you can be put in the door first they are fast

Had a driver damage my truck talked to a guy in the office he told me not there problem I said it is your problem it took me calling isp to the office in rigby for me to get insurance info. He even tried telling the cop that he doesnt know the law 10/10 will go somewhere else

Get there early, loading can be anywhere from 30 minutes to~hours. Good people to work with.

Prices were up 300 percent today for not even a guarantee that they were this years harvest. Dont know whats going on there but i wont be back.

Friendly people, sometimes it takes a few hours to get loaded, but it depends if your load is ready or not.

Make sure to pack lunch and dinner!! And be ready to watch all the trucks pull in after you and get right in the dock. I guess I got special potatoes
