Just because you are loaded fast doesn’t mean it’s done correctly. 36360 lbs, I shouldn’t be overweight in every steer. But I blame myself, I weighted coming out and it was 81000, my husband and I thought it was ice and was rolling. We needed to go since there were two storms coming together in WY and didn’t weight again until NE, bossman truck stop. Still overweight. We slide the plate, tandems and everything with 3/4ths fuel in tank. It’s either loaded bad or the weight they claim the load is, is not correct. We are hoping to just run out all the fuel or repower it. Make sure you check weight before leaving the state. I regret not going out of route 20 miles for weight

1st time here. Not a good experience. Rude folks. No specific directions, they just assume you have been here before. Also they are very quick to hang up. Got loaded quickly at least. Good luck drivers. This place is bipolar. Lol

called them to check in while i was pulling off nd got the door right away…plenty of space to back up nd i was loaded barely in 15 minutes. Nice staff I wish to come back here

Dirt lot near the building for overnight parking you have to call a number that’s at the receiving door to check in they do not open or take your calls right at 8am no early appointments plenty of room to backup and dock drive straight to the building do not take a right and go around there is two lanes you take that turn and drive near the scales your just in the way and that’s for the product coming and they came that way and back up to the wearhouse

A really fast crew.. I showed up and checked in at 8:30 am . For a 1 pm appointment. The put me in a door right away. They had me loaded and gone in about 1 hr .

One of the worst places I have loaded was there for over 3 hours loaded and unloaded and reloaded because they put the wrong product on me. Then the product they put on me wasn't even at temp. When i left there my reefer temp was 38 degrees. My reefer worked its little heart out getting it down to temp. Never will I load here again. I've burnt over a half of tank in a little more than a day. Usually I burn a quarter tank a day. Then they want to take no responsibility for the load. They want the blame all on the driver.

Another driver and I were here at 0700 for an 0830 appointment. We were given a door right away. 2 local trucks showed up at 0830 they were loaded before us while we sat waiting. I guess appointments don't matter if you're a local. Typical Eastern Idaho BS service.

Came in late at night and wasn’t sure where to park, so I just stayed in front of the main office. No one bothered me and I had a good night’s sleep. Unloaded the next morning. Nice people.
