I could've done a better job at cleaning the room myself. Found hairs and stains all over the bed and not to mention the shower. My child dropped his plush under the bed where I was stunned to find a sticky stain filled with FILTH and PET HAIR! Horrible room service as well. We stayed here in fall of 2023 after a wonderful experience but the place seems to have done a 360 for the worst.

I had a good experience staying here with an easy check in and out process. Hotel was safe, quiet, clean and well maintained. I was able to book and check in right away with no issues, I wish more hotels would be the same way!Rooms: Room was very nice, clean and maintained with everything working great.

Not sure how to edit a review but to add a comment to the reply. The shower kept flooding we were advised to use towels to stop the flooding by your staff. Also we mentioned to the staff how dirty the room was. When we told them they gave us a broom. We asked housekeeping multiple times to clean the room. They told us they wouldn’t. We had to fix the clogged toliet when we got there. In fact I had record of all of this including the bed bugs and the fact my daughter slipped. We would like compare receipts and feel the medical damages will outweigh the “poor condition of the room”. We have reached out to corporate I have no intention of contacting the management if this how business is done.

Don’t stay here they charged $200 for cleaning due to stained sheets even though they were stained when we got there. When asked why don’t they wash the sheets or towels they said it’s policy to charge even if they come out in wash. That’s why it’s so cheap they rip people off. This isn’t okay. We’re speaking to corporate in the meantime please don’t give them business if you don’t want to be out of money.

No it didn't meet our expectations the douche bag at the desk booked our room a week and after we drove in a blizzard told us we had to back track to where we were do u think the caller id worked? Or how about the phone number for the reservation or the fact we missed transportation opportunities on a fixed budget. And now are stranded. Very considerate! Funny we don't get a refund if we cancel a booking maybe we should get one if you do.

Didn’t like how you have to go thorough the telephone process to check in after hours. But overall really nice room. They didn’t wash the bed sheets well. You can see lots of stains their. The microwave also smelt bad But overall we liked the bed and the pillows: they were pretty comfy

I was very surprised! the check in process was unique and proficient. The room was exceptionally clean and I loved that fact there was no carpeting on the new flooring so that the floor could be kept clean. All was spotless, the layout was great. We got a room with a jacuzzi and loved the fact that we treated ourselves to that experience. The water was wonderfully hot in the double large shower. Breakfast options were a few steps away. It was on e of the best values I have ever had for the money.

I'll begin by saying I was hesitant to stay here because of the negative reviews but I needed to stop because it was late and the weather was terrible. I don't normally leave reviews but this place stood out to me.I travel A LOT, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Initially you walk into the room and it smells CLEAN. The bathroom is small, the room itself was an average size but again I was shocked how clean everything was. The beds were comfortable, the heater worked great, it was a nice place to stay the night! I would definitely recommend it to a friend passing through the area and I would 100% stay here again.Also the next day the staff was very polite! I walked out of my room and was greeted by a gentleman cleaning rooms and another working the desk. They were very helpful helping me find a grocery store and a coffee shop nearby and telling me to drive safe.10/10

Motel 6 here is absolutely terrible and to be quite frank the worst Motel 6 I think I have ever gone to. I came here and was not happy with what I found and felt that Motel 6 needed stronger workers.The rooms were really dirty, very unclean, and very lacking on many levels. Motel 6 needs people who are able to ensure that they hit top tier and top market. If they don't, then they will receive negative reviews like this one!

6/5/21First and foremost...McKinley is AMAZING!!!I was traveling through and needed a place to accommodate my sister, myself and 2 small dogs. McKinley was very professional and personable!!! This gal is definitely a 5+ star on hospitality! Our room was located above the check-in desk at the top of the stairs, so it was a bit noisy until about midnight. Luckily I have the white noise app on my phone! Our room was very clean, updated and it had everything we needed for toiletries & linens. There was even a old school bottle opener on the wall next to the sink.... what a novelty! As for no where to take my pups to potty. I simply had a pee-pad on the floor and they relieved themselves. As for the poo... we took them down the road on our way in and again on the way out.Anyways.....this was the best Motel 6 I've ever seen. Nicely decorated, clean and a great customer service!

Loved how clean and bright our room was but the floors looked like they needed to be swept. The beds were pretty small but very comfortable. Our bathroom was tiny but clean. Overall, it was a great experience and we will have to stay again!

You can never expect much from a motel 6, that being said Shane the manager his service is second to none fantastic attitude extremely accommodating he made us almost made forget we were at motel 6.. we were in town for a wedding. Thank you, Shane... it's so awesome to run into good people. King bed was pretty comfortable and the room was clean. Service 5 star

We lost the room we were staying in because the desk clerk didn't tell us right. We told them to extend our stay a few days ago. Now we have lost our room and have no where to go!! Don't stay here it's not worth it, unless you want to be homeless like us!! Spoke with the manager and she defended her employee. I also am curious as to why the whole top floor is not being used?? I asked and they couldnt tell me? So please please listen to me, don't stay here unless you want to get screwed. The hassle is not worth it!!

Everything was clean and tidy in the room. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled fresh. We were not disturbed by noises from other rooms. The non-carpeted floor was a bit of a question in my mind at first, but in the end, I decided it helped make the room seem more clean. All in all, a nice stay.

The hospitality team IS awesome! Our room was clean, bright and airy. They cleaned/turned it down everyday. Thank you so much for making this a great stay for us. The only thing I was wishing for during our stay was for a grassy area where our small dog could relieve herself, but I can't complain the pet policy is a fantastic benefit for us. We will be staying here again next time we are in town to visit family. Thanks again!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The girl in the front was very welcoming also good with directions. Room was nice & clean didn’t have no cigarette smell or that old smell. One thing did happened was that my TV wasn’t working that night due to a light thunderstorm but glad they fixed it the next day. Room service was nice and understanding to whatever questions I had or wanted.

When we first went into our room 106 it looked very clean and had a neutral smell. When we turned on the heater it made the room have a strange twangy odor. We went down to the clerk to report. She said the manager would have someone look at it the next morning which was fine. We ran errands and when returned to our room it had not been tended to which was good since we had a chance to tell our room attendant. She listened well and thought she knew the cure. She quickly took the 2 air filters out of the heating unit that were dirty. After about 10 minutes she cleaned the filters and replaced tgem with a little air freshener on them. That took care of the odor. We spent a second night with clean smelling air thanks to our room attendant. We very much appreciate her concern and caring for the room.

The outside building wasn't anything spectacular, just a big rectangle surrounded by parking lots. Inside was bright and modern. The lobby had snack machines and complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The staff was friendly and competent. The key cards were a bit finicky to use. The room itself has a modern Ikea feel. It was warm and clean with wood flooring. Everything looked new except the phone. The shower was large enough for two and water pressure great.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last year. The rooms are clean and taken care of. My one complaint is how easily the sound comes through the door from the hallway. It's 11 pm and I thought there were people in the hall talking. It's actually coming from the room across from me. Loud enough It's hard to sleep. No management here at night so not much I can do.

The front desk was super friendly and awesome.HOWEVER housekeeping was not the best, they were friendly but we were there for 5 days and after asking and complaining about needing our room to be cleaned and freshend up.... they did it once. I personally had to change my own sheets because it didn't get done.I shouldn't have to do that while I am on vacation.

We stayed here for a night on the way to SLC. Hotel room was very clean and had all the amenities including small microwave and fridge. Air conditioning also worked well. They also had coffee,tea, toaster available at front desk in the morning.

There are 4 people in a room, 3 towels, the manger refused to contact me about getting more towels stating it had to be done in the morning after we would already be ready and checking out at that time!The beds were awful, you move they squeak. Very uncomfortable.First and last time staying at a Motel 6, customer service and comfort is not their priority.

I booked this hotel for my grandmas as they came to the area for our Uni Graduation. I stopped by in the morning to say goodbye. While I was there, my one grandma went to take a shower and opened her bath towel to find A USED BLOODY SYRINGE!!!! Yeah. I was flabbergasted. I wrapped it in a tissue and took it to the front desk lady. She kept it as “proof” and gave me a monotone “oh sorry”. I told her “this isn’t a oh sorry situation, you guys need to be better, this should never happen” and she responded “my manager will be in at 8” and dismissed me. When I called after 8 to speak to the manager, this guy who was not the manager accused my 74 year old grandmas of trying to get a free room!!!!! He said “how are they just finding it now” well sir… They were only there to sleep. They checked in at 9pm on the 19th, came to my apartment at 8am, stayed with me all day for the graduation then went back after dinner at 9pm to sleep and found it when they woke up at 7:30am on the 20th. That’s how they “just found it”. This place does not care about cleanliness, health and safety or their customers. Do yourself a favour and never stay here.
