Barbara is the manager here currently. She doesn't treat the staff or customers very well. There's been a mice problem in the store that she hasnt been too concerned about. There's open bags of chips on shelves. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed with this manager...

I give it 1 star because the young man who was working was very kind. It was SO HOT that it's hard to breath. I went for chocolate and a few other things and everything was melted on the shelves. This is not only inconvenient but very hazardous for individuals that may have breathing problems like I do. I feel so bad for the employees who are in there 24/7

Open 7 days a week and usually has all those last minute items in stock. Friendly staff and no masks required but they are recommended. Update post the manager seems to have issues keeping items stocked there is constantly empty shelf space and many items are nonexistent for a week or more.*UPDATE 9-17-22 Still issues with keeping shelves stocked seems like they run out of the same items continuously you'd think the store manager would notice this and stock up heavier on those key items. Or maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about and should just stay in my lane. Hmmm

The store needs a deep cleaning. Isles are small and there's always boxes and carts in them. It also needs to be straightened up, very cluttered and stuff just put wherever they can find a spot.Cashiers are always friendly.

I brought my 6 week old puppy in and she was in my arms not causing any problems but one of the ladies there told me I couldn’t bring her in because she wasn’t a service dog. I understand that but I have called the store asking if it was okay to bring her in and I got told yes and I have brought her in many times before and no one said anything about it. The lady that told me to not have her in there was super rude about it and when I was checking out she was on the phone talking to someone while she was checking me out. It was the worse experience I have ever had there and I don’t know if I will be coming back.

This is a great store, but way to small for all the stuff in it. You can't hardly walk little lone push a cart in it. And things are stacked on top of other stuff so unless it has a sticker price you don't know how much it is. But if you have time to look Every time you go in you will usually find what you need.

Family dollar is. Nice little discount store. Has a bit of everything from electronics to dog food. Pricing is the major draw as many of the products offered are significantly under retail although my impression ia that the overall quality of products is on the lower side.

Very disappointed during my visit today. One of the cashier's named Brittany was loudly telling a story to the other cashier, using very colorful language including several F words. I did NOT appreciate this in front of my 8 year old daughter! I like Family Dollar but this was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I loved how they had Beyblades. But i wish they had some more clothes and stuff like it. And party supplies. But overall it was good. Could use a little organization and that's about it.

Wish you guys never remodeled it's really bad there and its always Cluttered there went there for baby shoes and you don't have any it sucks there now you should of left it alone and there's always boxes everywhere dont your employees work dirt all over the floor and garbage smh shame it wasn't this bad before you guys Rearrange put it back the way it was so much better the old way

The store has been expanded since it is now the only variety store in Rigby. However, I liked the store better before they expanded. They now have a little bit of everything and nothing.

I was looking for a certain product, they didn't have it. I was glad that I looked around, just curious on what they have. I saw that they have something that I could use that the grocery store doesn't have and bought it. I thought I would have to order it online. I'm not close to any super WalMart where the product is available.

This is now the only retail store in Rigby. Very unorganized,very dirty store! The people who work there are not friendly at all. Things are never put away. Always disorganized.
