I was surprised to find that they no longer carry shelf staple dried foods but they did have carrot cake and My husband said it was the best carrot cake it ever had.

Very clean. Well stocked. Decent prices. Very friendly staff. Nice "hometown grocery store" Their donuts are amazing! The deli food was delicious... except the beans...too smoky! Sorry, had to be honest.

Better than wal mart for food. Wal mart is picked over to no end by people. Food is fresher here. And they value customers and people

I used to work here from June 2021 to July 2022 so I at least had a year. I've gotta say that that the camaraderie was next to none and was the ONLY job i've work with zero toxic leadership and everyone was a great coworker. I was hired at roughly $22 starting at the deli here which is normal for everyone because broulims knows how to treat their employees with respect and dignity. I quickly got 2 raises after they saw I loved working here because the customers are definitely the highlight of being there. The customers were always there to put a smile on my face when I made them their sandwich during rush hour. Only reason I left was to join the military, but thats definitely not relevant. I HIGHLY recommend working here since it was the best job i've ever had, period. Sad to see the amount of employees they'd churn out and have quit monthly, and honestly I don't see why they'd EVER want to quit working for the Broulim's family. Richard Broulim is definitely the nicest man I've met. Glad that the Broulim's family drove out the Walmart they were trying to build in Rigby years ago by lobbying against them too. Hate Walmart and their "competition" due to being a country wide successful and "reputable" storefront.

I really like how clean the store is kept. A pretty good selection of products. I think broulims is priced a little high. It doesn't cost a lot to dive to winco and pay less for compareable products.

We were visiting from out of town. I was not familiar with the layout of the store. I stopped an employee who was sweeping the floor to ask where peanut butter was. He stopped what he was doing and politely asked if he could walk me over to it. Super polite and nice kid. I wish I would've grabbed his name. His customer service skills were spot on!

My absolute favorite thing about this Broulim's is that they keep dairy free sour cream in stock! Thank you from someone with a dairy allergy who loves sour cream!

This store has never been great or really even good. It's adequate at best, but conveniently close. So occasionally I shop here when I need just a few things and don't have time to run (or gas) to Rexburg or Idaho Falls. And honestly that adequacy has diminished immensely lately. I ran in a day before my son's birthday party to grab a few odds and ends I needed for the party. I grabbed some fruit and snacks and such. The Watermelon I grabbed seemed firm and sound when I tested it (many other watermelons had squishy/rotten spots), but when I cut it open the next day, the rind was squishy and translucent and the fruit had gone bad. I bought some tomatillos and two days after I bought them they are rotten and moldy. Their produce is complete garbage and as expensive as things are in today's world, it is completely unacceptable to knowingly sell garbage to their customers. After so many disappointing visits and especially after this last visit I'm writing this store off completely.

The best big market in Rigby which I consider is great if you don’t want to drive to Idaho falls or RexburgThey have everything like another stores..Everything looked Super organized, great service, I liked this place!Prices according with market rangeProduct Quality was 10/10I saw promotions also in different sections such as drinks, breads, lays, etc

I loved this place. If you think that because you're in the backwoods where everyone marries their cousins, that you can't get good Chinese take out then hold on to your britches downtown Jackson brown cause are you in for a treat. Enjoy!

The variety of supplies is non-existent. I was trying to track down coffee creamer and they have the smallest section. The store is small and needs a cleaning. Its the only grocery for maybe 15-20 mins. They take full advantage of them being the only option for people in Rigby and surrounding camp areas.

Friendly staff, clean, well stocked shelves, good products. The deli has Wagyu smoked brisket! and ribs, along with sushi and Chinese. Love the giant shopping cart they have for the parades and the tiny one they have in-store for little kids. DQ on premises. Great store and, no need to venture out to Idaho Falls or Rexburg.

I love this store and to some extent I still do but why they lock the south door is beyond my scoop of understanding. It makes us who want to visit in the early morning before 9:00 am for milk or eggs or other breakfast items we may have forgotten, walk to the north door and then walk back to the south east end of the store to get those items and then walk back! Going through self check out is funny because the convenance of the "self check out" is defeated because it is right by the door that is closed! I need my exercise shoes to go in the future. Saturday morning is the worst because everyone else need to do same thing and there is very limited parking on the north part of the parking lot. I asked why they lock the door, the answer was because there waiting for the pharmacy's to open before opening those doors. They powers that be must think that the south door is only open to the pharmacy. If they think this is to keep the store from being robbed or something of that nature..... Well what if there were a fire and the older patrons could get out because that door is locked.... Hummmm..... well that's another topic for the fire department.

Go here every Saturday. They are so helpful to every customer. Especially when owner is walking around. Lol. No really they are great. Prices are a little higher than other stores but it's worth spending more for better environment.
