Been going here a while to get 3piece Halibut for ill parents; we have tried to get the same dish at a Utah location while out of state and it was not the same.The wait here is worth it. The crew is kind and hardworking, and the food has been good everytime. We appreciate their service and outreach!And yes, the Tartar sauce IS handmade! Haha!Dietary restrictions: My dad often has allergic reactions to raw/non pickled pickles, for him they need to be thoroughly kippered(?). He loves the tartar sauce here because he can eat it. (Fist-pump)

Went through the drive-through, made an extremely simple order, no cars in front of me and no other customers in lobby....waited over 20 min for order....by the time my order arrived there were 4 cars behind me and more customers inside now. Because I didn't want to hold up the line, I didn't check my order. After all that... they had forgotten an item but still charged us for it. I knew it's not a 5-star restaurant but I would think the owner/manager would have more pride in how their establishment was run.

Most of the food I like, but I absolutely love it when the Halibut comes around. Probably the best fast food halibut I've had. Ever. A little pricey, but in today's market, I'm not surprised. But I suggest you give the halibut a try if you have even the slightest inclination to try sea food. You won't be disappointed.Parking: 5-7 spots I believe.

The boss is rude to employees even if you're new working there. The back where employees work is dirty. The food is gross as well, for a bit their ice cream maker wasn't clean but they still served ice cream. Some staff there are nice and kind but others like to pick a fight. The boss there won't intervene in fights and just sit back to watch everything. I don't recommend this place at all

Super-clean, friendly staff, and quick service. The counter person was admittedly brand new, yet she got everything ordered right and fast, and was very attentive to folks coming in. Food (see photos) was well-prepared. They are obviously having supply chain issues because they were out of halibut and chicken nuggets. But our order was spot-on. Drive-thru seemed to be moving quickly, too, as we watched from the dining room.

Why doesn't your cooks know what the "B" in Junior bacon cheeseburger stand for.. 9 times out 10 when I order the chicken BLT salad or the Junior bacon cheeseburger they never put the bacon on them.. I don't want to have to go back over and over to get bacon.. I just left with my sandwich and yes AGAIN no bacon.. 6/30/23 check # 447743-1 read the receipt... It says bacon...

A great little store but a while back, I ordered chicken rings. Everyone knows arctic circle chicken rings are completely different from a chicken nugget, that’s what makes them so special. Got home with my order, and i had a bag of chicken nuggets that just didn’t hit the spot like I was hoping for. I get it, inventory. But atleast let me know I wasn’t getting what I had ordered.

I like Arctic Circle, their food is pretty darn good, and I LOVE their fry sauce. This location was good. They were quick and friendly. They even replaced a hot dog for us when it was my fault it wasn't right. My child wanted it with ONLY ketchup, but i said "with ketchup". So it comes out with ketchup AND a relish sauce that normally comes on it. They were kind enough to replace it anyway.

I have always loved Arctic Circle, and once again they don't disappoint. The little gal in drive Thru was cute as a button! And the food was amazing! Got shrimp n fish basket. And Fry sauce I love it 😀 😋 😍 👌

Went there on 6/7/2023 with my boyfriend and 2 of our kids we went through the drive thru and it took 35 mins to get 1 dipped ice cream cone 2 regular ice cream cones and a oreo shake not to say at the least the ice cream fell off the cones because they wasn't made right we won't be going back the service sucked and they wouldn't even give us extra napkins to clean the mess up this happened at 945 pm

Arctic Circle 241 South State Street, Rigby, Idaho. Open 10:00am-10:00pm Mon-Sat closed Sun. Had one of the best corn dogs I have ever eaten it was well done, but not dried out, along with a small fry. Wife had a double dip chocolate waffle cone. Went through the drive-thru wait was maybe 10 minutes maximum very friendly staff very courteous. One drawback as with most drive-thrus regardless of what fast food business you use it's really hard to hear and have them understand what you order because of the static. Very nice kids menu. Reasonable prices. $+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They do a good job. Its not super fast but they rarely mess up our order. The food is hot when we get it and as good as any fast food chain can be. I have never get a burger with all the condiments slabbed onto one side, which I cant say about the other burger joints in town.

I can't express the amount of joy I had when ordering my food. I get to the pay window with two screaming children, and they tell me, "Sorry w didn't realize we are out of chicken." Then proceeded to ask if I like a replacement to which I responded, just give me anything. Then, proceeded to wait in the drive-through for ten more minutes to receive the chicken sandwich that was unavailable with the other food that I had ordered ice cold at that point.

I went in for Sprite and breadsticks because I have been sick all day. 1st he didn't hand me my Sprite even though it was read back in the order, then he said he didn't charge me for it but would give it to me anyway (I would have paid)when I got home the cup was a sticky mess and only 1/2 way full.....and no ice. Definitely not worth the drive over there or the wasted drive back all while sick. I went there so I didn't have to run inside a store for a sprite....needless to say I am a little disappointed.

Tonight was my last trip to Arctic Circle! A SMALL shake—$4.99—really??!! I had a coupon for $1.00 off that they said the gave me—NOT! Plus it took them over 10 minutes with no one else in the store! Unbelievable! I hate to see the price of a medium or large shake! I recommend visiting another fast food where you can get an entire meal for that price—-duh!!!😜. Oh and I also got a cone—and the cone itself tasted rancid—I will be passing on AC forever! 🤞

I take my kids here occasionally for a treat. The food is fine (fast food all send kind of the same to me) but I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the workers and the customer service they provide. They're always very friendly and helpful.

Went through drive through, ordered 2 taco salads and and then drove to my destination to find out I didn’t get any salsa or ranch dressings as I had asked for. No receipt either... tried them again and got salsa this time but a white sauce instead of ranch... still no receipts.. will give one more opportunity...
