This Walgreens is pretty good. It's located in Rexburg Idaho. The staff is always kind and bustling about getting things done. I enjoy going here because they are nice and the place has the stuff I need. They don't only have medicine they also have food, school supplies, a photo center where you can get passport photos done, the pharmacy, and some electronics. It's a well maintained building. I'd recommend it.

The check-out lady was super nice here. It was the only spot in town where I could buy medicine without having to go to Walmart. I appreciated the check-out lady being considerate and not rude, even though I was clearly sick and not feeling well.

Waited in the drive thru line behind 5 cars only to get up to the window and it was closed for lunch. Would have been nice to know before sitting in line for 30 minutes. Maybe post your lunchtime on line (it’s not anywhere on google) or a big sign outside so people won’t wait for no reason. Absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Literally slowest service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. 3 employees and 7 cars in the drive thru and completely being ignored while 1 employee helps someone at counter and 2 other employees bag rx’s. Employees have made eye contact and not even acknowledged our presence. After pressing service button got a quick - we’ll be with you shortly followed by a hang up. 7 minutes after THAT, still sitting here waiting, total of 15 minutes so far.

THE FRIENDLIEST PHARMACIST AND STAFF OF ALL TIME! I don't know what else to say, they are amazing. Take scripts with a smile, fill within 5 minutes, answer any and all questions. Walgreens should make training videos starring this crew!!

Employees are great. The store is always clean clear of clutter and well lit. Most items though are over priced when compared to other local retailers and their cash rewards system doesn't credit me with my rewards, which leaves me feeling scammed all too often.

As a customer, it’s overpriced and limited. As a former employee, the environment is rather toxic. Promises are not kept and you are easily disposable, despite what management may say. Other reviews may not be genuine, because a manager/worker posted a 5 star review on here at the time of their employment, which is incredibly biased.Thanks for lying, Cheyenne and Jason.

Best Walgreens in the country. If you ever want to watch work ethic exemplified, sit and watch the pharmacy. Their staff are running around, working their bums off, to fill prescriptions as safely and efficiently as possible. And no matter how busy they get, nothing stands in their way of their friendliness, warm smiles, and relentless attitude of “going above and beyond.”Brandie, Jared, Daniel, and Gabe ought to be corporate trainers for Walgreens. Their intrinsic goodness, professionalism, and expertise is exemplary.

I rarely write negative reviews but felt this one was warranted and I am hopeful for some change. I love Walgreens and the cashiers and always very sweet and friendly and the store is always organized and clean. The pharmacy however could use some serious help. After going here for several years I can confidently say almost EVERY time I have a prescription, something goes wrong. And I have noticed it is a trend also with my husband and several of my friends who I go with the pick up prescriptions. The pharmacy techs always seem super confused, unorganized and under trained. It could use some serious improvements.

The don’t restock their drinks enough, I can clearly see at least a few cases of Arizona that were literally just sitting there for at least a month not being restocked with several empty sections in the fridge. Same with several other drinks like sprite and so on.

The staff at this Walgreens genuinely care for their customers and patients! They have amazing team members available to help you in the photo department with any technical issues or just to walk you through how to make a few prints. The beauty department is so fun! You can schedule a free mini makeover with the super sweet Beauty Advisor to try the new brands No.7 and Soap &Glory. The Pharmacy is amazing. It can be a bit of a wait in line sometimes because they are the busiest RX in town, but they are the busiest for a reason! They know their stuff and always offer you solutions to any issues and can help explain things about your insurance that you may not have known before. Ask about the digital tools they offer like text to refill and more and it will make it a quick trip every time! Best Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Very well Managed!

spoke with cashier Kelsey over the phone who was super helpful & gentle handling my questions & concerns regarding a private matter I needed to speak to the pharmacy about but they were unfortunately closing but she was there to treat me with ease.. She even gave me a call back to check in with updated information after looking into my issue as much as she could herself, and I’ve just never experienced customer service like that before- so caring & considerate! “Free Covid testing” and they billed my insurence, and now i owe $78. I called to ask to see why it happened, got stuck in a phone loop, the “local number” 100% sent me to their corporate number and to a call center. The answering machine thing will not let you just speak to a person. Anyway, great job charging for a service that’s supposed to be free 👎

I do not have experience with their pharmacy staff but the beauty/cashier workers have always been wonderful. A great employee just helped me the other day pick out the right color of hair dye and when I had approached her for help she was helping this younger girl find makeup because the girl had said she had never done/had makeup before and didn't know what to get and they were both having fun with it and she was just an overall friendly woman

The day staff for the pharmacy are the worst I have ever had to deal with. They regularly will mess up billing the insurance, forget to fill your order, or take forever to fulfill your order. Also the day staff at the pharmacy are fairly unprofessional when it comes to customer service. They forget to send in insurance authorizations. They tell you bill is higher than it is. Then when you ask them to arrange your insurance correctly they get combative.That said, the evening staff is much better. The Walgreens finally hired a competent pharmacist. I think she is from Oregon. She generally works nights. When she is working things seem to run a ton more smoothly. Customer service is excellent. Orders are done on time. They always bill correctly. This new pharmacist has gone above and beyond to get authorization from my insurance, so I could get my medication promptly. Very pleased with evening staff.

I was having trouble getting a prescription transferred to another Walgreens location because I moved. I called this pharmacy again because I was getting confusing/contradictory info from the new location and the tech told me "I've been doing prescription transfers for 9 years and have already given you the information that you need". Between that phone call and how miserable it was to get anything done over the phone, I never want to use Walgreens anywhere ever again. My husband used to call Walgreens frequently for work and has some horror stories, like being told he would be transferred to someone who could answer his questions and then the techs would hang up. This would result in clients that his workplace served not being able to get very necessary medications.

Manager was digging around in his pants in the middle of the aisle he’s a bald guy. Went to check out and I think her name was Brianna it was a b name she has longer brown hair and is shorter she was working on the 26th she was rude and also said our purchase was disgusting it was chocolate. She seemed very confused on her job.

I've been to this Walgreens before for the pharmacy and have never had any problems until today.I was dropping off a package at the photo center today and forgot to double check that it was a FedEx package. I asked the red headed guy behind the counter if it looked like a FedEx shipping label just to make sure.Instead of answering my question, he just made fun of me. He started repeating the question in a mocking tone. Sure, maybe it was a silly question, but that doesn't mean you can treat a customer that way. While he was busy making fun of me, I actually looked the answer up myself on my phone. Some customer service skills we got here.

I ordered some photos online to pick up. They were ready in less than an hour. I went to pick them up and was told I needed a release of liability or copyright to buy the pictures. Either of those things or a CD the pictures are on.So I left. Drove back with the CD. They still would not sell pictures of my son to me because the CD didn't have a release of liability or copyright. Well if I had known that's what was needed on the CD I wouldn't have wasted my time. After speaking with the manager he could care less about me or my issue and sent me on my way telling me no one would sell them without a release. I called Wal-Mart and just picked up my photos no questions asked.Their online ordering service says nothing if needing proof of ownership to print. It requires that you acknowledge you rightfully own and are allowed to print and that is all. When I asked why this wasn't enough evidence for them, the girl helping me shrugged her shoulders. She said that doesn't prove I did have the right to ownership. I explained "So because I'm probably lying that's why it isn't enough?" To which she agreed.Needless to say, I won't be going back to Walgreens anytime soon. Not only did I waste one trip, but I wasted two trips. And both the girl working at the photo counter and the store manager could care less. Well at least the cashier was friendly and wished me a nice day.

This is where I've chosen to take all my prescription's after continuous bad experiences at Walmart. The staff here are friendly and quick in their work not waisting your time. It's not perfect and sometimes there is a small wait but for me it's never been more than five minutes which I consider reasonable for a pharmacy. I'm staying here for the foreseeable future because in my mind it's the best option in town.

I LOVE Walgreens! They are small, friendly and have GREAT sales (especially on nuts)! They also have Senior Day every month: 20% off for all seniors. (I get lost in huge discount stores and prefer shopping at smaller stores.)

Don't get your photos here. My photographer left her watermark off the photos so we could get them printed without issue, but this Walgreen's wouldn't give them to me without a copyright release. Apparently the policy is "the photo department decides if the photos look professional, and if so you must submit a release." Never dealt with this at another Walgreen's.

Have almost always found Walgreens to be the best place to print photo's in town. Almost always they have a coupon online that you can use to bean anyone other price. We have always had a good experience here even when we asked to return a large quantity of photo's. Keep up the good service.

This is the best Walgreens that I've used as we have lived in three states. Lines move quickly. I use the pharmacy monthly and the staff is so helpful. I've been using this location for over a year. They know me by name even though I am only there once a month. The woman that works the cosmetics counter (at least works the counter most of the time) is very helpful. She also tries to find coupons to apply even if I don't bring them in myself. Rexburg is lucky to have one of the best Walgreens available.

They seriously have the nicest staff here that I have ever met. One man offered to let me use his phone to transfer money onto my card because I didn't have a smartphone with me. Plus, they are totally willing to let you just walk around and smell the sample perfumes if you're bored late one night.
