This is the only place I will be buying my archery equipment from moving forward. Amazing customer service. I had an issue with an online order and they went above and beyond to correct the issue. This is the type of establishment that you want to do business with.

"That 80 % is 100% percent wool"That's the exact quote an employee stated. I went in to look at hunting clothing and a certain middle aged staff member was really fixed on engaging with me. I told him I was looking for wool gear. He then proceeded to try to "one up" me on everything to try to convince me to buy stuff I didn't want because "a buddy of his" had done everything you could imagine including inventing "getting into icey water". When I finally got him back on topic and told him I want wool that's what I trust, I'm not interested in the other stuff. He pointed to two spots in the store and said they were "100% wool." When I looked at the tags after looking over all the gear none of them were above 80%. I told him "the highest any of these go is 80%". In what I can only assume was a ridiculous attempt to save himself from the dread of being wrong he stated "that 80% is 100% wool". Moral of the story: this store has good selection but research the items yourself thoroughly before purchase. This silly interaction was annoying at worst but not that big of a deal, because I didn't put value in that particular employee's input. I'll still shop there without hesitation.

Bought my first brand new bow from them. The closeout pricing on my Inline 1 made the decision for me. Great service as well. They even answered the phone when i accidentally called before they officially opened. Im from PA and am now a super happy Mountain Archery Customer. Will definetly buy from them again.

Well we have all had that snake bit deal that goes from bad to worse and it really isn't anyone's fault, but it still sucks. I thought that's where my latest order was headed. However The customer service I received from Mountain Archery was top shelf. The gentleman I spoke with took ownership of the issue, made it right and overnite aired the replacement which I didn't even ask for. Thank you Mountain Archery I intend to check your site first for all future orders. in a market where customer service seems to have gone out the window I was impressed. I wish I could do 6 stars. I tell my kids when they are wrong it's not what you did that matters, it's what you do next that matters and Mountain Archery did the right thing.

Called and asked availability on an SBK 4414 double bow case. Spoked to a gentleman and assured they had it in stock and that it was actually a double bow case. Even gave me a story about the owner taking one to Mexico recently to transport 2 bows. Ordered it and got confirmation. 5 days later I get an email saying they were out of stock, that if I wanted something else, they would adjust my order.Needless to say, I asked for a refund.Seems like this is a common complaint about this store, as I read a few reviews on the same topic. So ordered the Sitka Dakota Hoodie and got a confirmation for my order. Fast forward to a week later and nothing saying it had been shipped so I call customer service. They say that they sold out and they called me and left a voicemail which is a lie because I didn’t give them a phone number and I don’t have voicemail. Said their computer system had a glinch and was showing they had 1 in stock. Here’s an idea, how about you stop telling lies and own up to your mistakes!

This shop is a game changer! Brodie's the guy to see. He's super knowledgeable and sorted out many ofthe problems I was having with my bow. Didn’t just slap on a quick fix, but actually broke things down for me. Can't wait to pick up a new bow from them soon. Definitely worth checking out the new shop.

I bought easton axis 4mm long range and assumed they were fletched, they came in and realized they were not, Austin Andrews assisted me by sending me a return label so they can install the vanes and cut my arrows to length. This was some of the best customer service I've had experienced with a bow show I definitely recommend mountain archery to all bow hunters and I will be doing business here from now on, thanks Austin for your professional service! These guys are the best. I ordered a used Mathews bow through them at a great price and it came in even better condition than expected, the shipping was incredibly fast too! I even had some issues with some arrows and these guys at mountain archery including Austin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My husband bought his new bow through them and continually goes back because of their friendliness and great service and products.He recently had me take some arrows in for him while he was at work so that they could be cut and get new nocks. It was a pretty busy Saturday so I had to wait in line for quite awhile for it to be my turn. When they got to me they were super kind, got the arrows done for me right then and there, and even kindly compensated me for my time even though I didn't say anything about it.Great people and great place who know what they're doing and what they're talking about. I was pleasantly surprised by my e-commerce experience with them. My second order with them was back ordered, they kept an open communication and answered questions quickly. When my item showed up, I needed to exchange for the next size up. The timing was tight as I was headed out on a big annual hunt - they paid for expedited shipping to get the correct size to me in time for my hunt. I will continue to do online business here. I never write reviews, and feel these guys deserved a shout out.

I would give these guys 100 stars if I could. I have never bought Sitka gear before and with it being so expensive I was scared to make the wrong choices. I had an upstate NY hunt planned and wanted to be prepared since I am from Florida. They helped me through what I needed and even told me "yeah you don't need that." What sales guy ever says yeah you don't need that?! Great guys, honest, great service, fast shipping,, price matched other websites, very knowledgeable, and just plain awesome. I would be willing to pay more now just to buy it from these guys to ensure they stay around.Hunters... give these guys a call and give them your money instead of the big stores. I will be back for more gear after my hunt! I will update my review to see if their recommendations hold true on what I needed and bought. I have no doubt so far. Thanks Mountain Archery for being what most stores aren't.1/17/23 UpdateAfter my hunt all of the recommendations held true. The clothes were very warm and yet oddly still breathable. They vented well when walking long distances and were warm when idle for hours. Sitka is some great gear and worth the money. Mountain Archery is my go to place now for Sitka hunting gear and the knowledgeable staff for recommendations.

I purchased my new bow from Mountain Archery and there was a slight issue with the cams. They went above and beyond to make sure they had a satisfied customer. Satisfied is an understatement. I will be telling every archer I know that they need to check out Mountain Archery before anyone else. Their customer service is phenomenal. I am actually considering a 42 hour round trip just to buy my next bow and have it professionally set up by them. You can't go wrong with Mountain Archery. Ordered a STAN release and was very pleased with the quick delivery. Upon receipt, noticed that it box was opened - the tape was cut and the release was not secured with the twist tie. Also, the accessories were floating around in the box and there is obvious wear on the attached thumb barrel. Called customer service and explained what was received. They were very willing to make it right - outstanding customer service!

Their customer service is impeccable, and the staff is very friendly. I wish there were more sporting goods stores that have the integrity that Mountain Archery does.I ordered a bow sight from them that's been nearly impossible to find. A day or two after I ordered it I received a call from them saying the one I had ordered was out of stock, and they didn't have a chance to get the website updated in time. I was offered an upgraded version of the sight that was slightly more expensive than the sight I ordered, at no extra cost. The shipment was sent out the same day, and I received it a day or two later.I will absolutely be ordering my bow stabilizer from them and will look at their site for future purchases.

My number one place to shop for my Sitka gear! After placing my very first order I received a personal text message from Cole saying that if I was interested in any other gear give him a text or call and that he could give a discount. I never took him up on it but since then I placed other orders. Their prices are by far the best when it comes to Sitka gear! No other local shop or online store that I have found even comes close. After placing your order they send text messages with link to track your shipment, each purchase you obtain rewards points and I have even gotten 10% discount codes via email and have applied them.
