I was very impressed with the fast service here at this location. I came in for a flat fire which led to the discovery of my two front tires having no more tread left. Ended up purchasing two new tires. Glad it was discovered now and not later. Thank you Zach and Lee!! I recommend this tire repair shop 100% because the employees there care about the safety of their customer and the upkeep of their vehicle's. Overall, I was impressed with the fast service, professionalism, communication, and their honesty on what my car needed. I’m going to keep coming back here in the future. These guys and gals are the best!! Went in with a nail when they were super backed up changing out snow tires. They told me it was going to be 2 hours before they could get to it. They were able to get me in a lot quicker and ready to head back to Boise. Thank you Les Schwab-- Rexburg!!!!

This location is amazing! Nothing on any other of their other locations, but as a company honest helpful customer service. Patched tire at no charge! Took to other competitors where I paid for tire repair originally and the said they couldn’t repair because I put in rope patch as temp fix. Rexburg Les Schwab fixed and went beyond! Tried to pay them for repair and they wouldn’t take my money.

Had a blowout traveling from Utah to Montana. I called here and literally within 30 minutes they had a technician out to help me. Tires are very affordable as well. Im so grateful for amazing companies like this company!

Bought tires from here, had them balanced and they had mentioned my brakes needed done as well. I decided to have a second opinion on the brakes and they said that they were still good. I brought them in for routine rotates and balances. Flash forward a year later and they fail on me on the way to Arizona. I have them done at a different tire shop there. They mention that the car was never balanced correctly and that’s what caused the premature wear. No les Schwab in Arizona so I pay for all new tires. I call and they ask me to bring them back for warranty. I do and am left with a 60$ check, that covers 1/10 of the cost and on top of that, claim that it was on me. What a joke, you need tires steer clear, let alone they will try to rip you off and say you need something replaced that doesn’t need done. They quoted like 500ish for my brakes. I would go somewhere else who actually is doing it for the customer, not out to take your money. I should have listened to what other people have said about Les Schwab.

This morning, I encountered an unexpected challenge: my tire had completely blown out overnight. As I attempted to pump it back up, the unmistakable hiss of escaping air dashed any hopes of a quick fix. In urgent need of assistance, I reached out to the shop, and to my relief, not only were they immediately available, but they also had the exact tires I needed in stock. Impressively, everything was resolved by 11 AM! What began as a disheartening start to the day transformed into a testament to their exceptional service. I'm immensely grateful to the team for turning a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you for making a significant difference in my day!

Hit something on the side of the road and popped the sidewall on my BMW. We were stranded. They sent a courteous young man who removed the tire, took it back to the shop, put a used tire on and replaced it. We drove away a hour later. They are loaning us the used tire until our new one comes in. EXCELLENT Service! Thank you!

Les Schwab Rexburg. I'm a 70 something woman. I bought $5000 worth of new tires and vehicle repairs a few months ago. Silly me, I thought that might be worth asking for help to get a severly flat tire down to the shop to be repaired. Be advised they don't likedoing that! Well lady go home, get under the truck, get the spare, put it on and bring in the flat. He reluctantly agreed to help me after I explained I had no one to help. It's been replaced but the helpful, friendly service? That must be reserved for younger, prettier women. I'm embarrassed and sorry I asked. The next time I'll do what my boss told me to do when I bought the tires in the first place.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have been going to this location for 4 years now. It is always a consistent positive experience each and every time. They go above and beyond to make sure the tires are doing what they need to. Some of the new guys are learning how to do their upsell process, be patient with that slightly awkward process. All in all, there’s a reason why I’ll keep coming back!

Such an easy process to get my battery checked and tire patched, and they were free of charge! The waiting area was nice where you’ll get free popcorn. Highly recommended!

We have NEVER had a good experience with this Les Schwab. They have fixed someone on our car that we explicitly told them not to fix and charged us for it. At Christmas 2022, they “fixed” our two back tires. We didn’t drive our car much, and on our way to visit family after the new year, two of the bolts sheared off. We almost flipped on the highway and could have died. The tires were fixed LESS THAN A MONTH ago. Completely horrible, unprofessional, and unkind Wouldn’t even give us the warranty for the tires even though we bought them FROM les schwab less than a year before they were replaced. NEVER going back and I recommend no one ever goes there

I just needed an alignment and these guys acted like the new adjuster sleeves on new tie rods wouldn't turn, leaving me to sit there for an hour and then being rude when I asked what was going on and attempting service that I didn't request.Then the dude at Clair and Dees turned them in front of me, we both wondered what their problem was. I'm still scuffed by how trash of an experience I had here.

These guys are amazing!!! I took in a tire for my stroller and they were able to fix it, free of charge! Meant a lot to me since the stroller is our families second vehicle. Very kind individuals who take care of their customers. Also have purchased tires for our car, but it the that extra mile of fixing the stroller wheel that sets them apart.

This place is amazing when it comes to alignments and front end work! Had my truck aligned 6 different times at another shop and they couldn’t figure it out, brought it here and Egan figured it out in less than 10 minutes! Egan is the man when it comes to alignments and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Highly recommend for suspension and front end work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here!

I took my car in there because it was acting funny they tested the battery and put a new battery in. They charged me an absurd amount of money for a new battery and the service wasn’t good I waited there for a hour and a half. I went to other stores for the same battery at it was 150 dollars cheaper then the one they gave me I do not recommend this place.

Great people to work with. Had a flat with a damaged sidewall and they were willing to get a used tire as a replacement similar tread depths and design just a slightly different brand. Were able to balance it all for a really great price great people great service really friendly clean environment definitely 100% recommend.

They advertise a pre-trip safety check, including "shocks and suspension". I took a vehicle in for inspection on. I was suggested some repairs but confirmed with tech that vehicle was SAFE TO DRIVE. I then parked car as there were other repairs that were needed. About a month later I took my other car in for a tire rotation, after which I saw they had cross-threaded a lug nut. After telling them they offered to fix it which resulted in them having to replace the stud, along with the bearing (2.5 hours of work). When I brought the vehicle in they installed the bearing improperly, requiring me to leave my car there for another 2.5 hours. A friend came pick me up in the other car (which had been sitting in a lot since the inspection), and the ball joint fell off (Blall joints have a castle nut with a cotter pin that keeps them from falling off, so obviously there was no cotter pin, keep in mind this happened 6 miles post inspection so it's not like I was taking it off-roading or any serious distance of driving) causing damage to the CV axle and tie rod. When I talked to the tech and manager about this they claimed that maybe it had rusted off, or that it was somehow my fault and not their responsibility. I had to call corporate 4 separate times to get them to contact the store and sort it out. When the store manager finally called me he tried to tell me they would take a few hundred dollars off the bill instead of simply fixing it. Upon my persistence they replaced the axle and ball joint. I picked it up and after speaking with the manage who said something along the lines of, "There are really only three of us here that really know what we are doing and we cannot constantly watch the new hires" again parked it. As I was under it working on the exhaust I can see the axle is not installed properly and all the transmission fluid has leaked out the seal, leaving the vehicle inoperable. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB and recommend everyone stay away from this store. They offer many free services but you are better off going to a real shop where the technicians know what they are doing.

Great experience!!I haven’t been able to get off one tire on multiple occasions. No offense to guys, but those who’ve tried have also been unsuccessful. I watched Emma give it a good kick and it popped right off. So impressed!Tyler and EmmA had my car in and out for a quick tire clean so I could get my tires off.Will be going to Les Schwab again here in Rexburg if I have any car issues for sure.

So I went to Less Schwab because I was having battery problems. After checking they said my battery was fine and had about 85% user left. In the meantime, I have had to call towing and repeatedly get a jump start because my battery was dead. This has happened more than 10 times in the last 2 years. I was hoping by what they told me that my battery was fine. I finally went to Tri-State Tires here in Rexburg, and they said my battery was from 2007. 16 freaking years old. Needless to say Les Schwab didn't know what they were talking about and also I got a way better price at Tri-State. My bad for waiting so long to get a second opinion. Tri-State said it was the oldest battery they've ever seen in a car. Haha 😄

The work done on my car was great I have no complaints about that and everyone was nice. Only giving a 3 star because I would have been a much happier customer if things had been communicated better. Took it in a week earlier for a free check on things, found out the brake pads and possibly roaders needed to be replaced. I called and made the appointment to do so and said let's do the brake pads but only do the roaders if necessary. I knew the amount to be charged either way so I was prepared. But I went in and roader replacement was not mentioned at all until I went to check out and was told they never do brake pad replacements without replacing roaders. At no point was I told that. So the whole 2 hours I was sitting there I had no idea it was going to be $350 more. Just annoyed with the lack of communication on that is all. Car repairs are expensive and stressful enough as it is.

The offer great service at this location. I went in to get my tires and suspension checked because of a bumpy ride. They not only looked at everything but they rotated my tires without charge! Definitely will be back if my car is needing serviced.
