Helpful staff, clean store, and a pretty good selection of tools. I don't love that they try to sell a warranty on every tool. I would rather pay more money for better quality tools than buy a warranty for a tool that is going to break.

I'm glad that harbor freight came to idaho. I have ahuge family and plenty female relatives with honey do lists. I've use their rapid pump Jack's, welder ,cordless power tools ,and supplies to move mobile homes for relatives. With my 2 wheel drive pickup. Saved my family thousands being able to get the quality tools to do the job. My winches I've bought have resced people in Arizona when Pima county couldn't get to people my brother and I were able to with the built up jeeps.

Cheap, super cheap. Definitely not a 1 for 1 substitute for tools and goods from big name manufacturers, however they still offer a really good value for the dollar and in most cases it's all a person needs for most projects and DIY stuff.Five stars for their friendly and helpful staff.Three stars for the tool quality.Five stars for the price.

We came in to get some stuff. A manager was having a conversation with employees and it was a type of conversation you have in an office. It made it uncomfortable for us to be in the store.

This new Harbor Freight location is great! Clean and well lit store, helpful employees, good selection of products, and as always Best Prices In Town! It is nice to have a local store sale items that are priced according to their value. If you need a throwaway tool, or an inexpensive option on a tool that costs double everywhere else, this is the place to go!

This location is great! We’ve needed an HFT for a long time. The staff is great, knowledgeable and overall friendly. They are usually willing to work with you if you have a problem as well. OTHER THAN THAT … we all know the stigma of Harbor Freight. If you need a tool NOW, this is the place to get it. It’s cheap and it might not last long but it’s cheap and it will work for what you need. If it breaks you can return it with your receipt and it’s all good. HOWEVER! In the past few years, HFT tools have increased significantly for their quality. I’ve bought tools that rival and sometimes outperform my brand name tools. I would much rather come here and get tools with better warranty and better price than anywhere else.

These folks are always outstanding, from the top down. I was looking around the store for a new compressor. I told them what I needed it for, they gave me options, showed me what work best for my dad (he has bad shoulders). They cared about my needs, not about the sale.The customer service is beyond incredible. Y'all folks are doing great! Keep it up!!

Most useful store I know of. They sell absolutely anything you need for any household project. I know that the products I buy will always be top quality and the guarantee is there if a problem arises.

I didn't think they sold snowblowers but hadn't been in the new location yet (online is so easy with Harbor Freight) so I stopped by. The new store is great. Packed with customers, which was good to see. I wandered around for 20 minutes and then, because (as expected) no snowblowers I asked the nearest employee who happened to be the manager. He took a couple of minutes to give me advice as well as guide me to local stores that could help me, all the while knowing he wasn't going to make a sale on that item. Cool!

Great new store! I’m very happy that harbor freight has put a store in Rexburg. Fantastic customer service and people that work in the new store. James, the manager, is super! He’s very attentive to the look and organization of the store, he knows the products in the store, and does an excellent job taking care of his customers.

I asked for an appliance handtruck. Girl didnt know that was. Guy went back to the back room to check and left waiting and never returned. They had 4 in the back. A bystander in the parking lot that he bought the same handtruck and it cracked when he cranked it too tight. So it was not the best customer service.

I dread going here cause I spend too much money, I had to finally give myself a limit of if I can carry it out then I can get it. No shopping carts are not included, if I can't carry it in my arms I can't get it. I seem to just go there a bit more often now though...
