Bryan and Sam are the most amazing customer service reps that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. We got the wrong size dessert cups through no fault of your company. We ordered a size we thought would work and the didn’t . We asked about returning them and getting a size that would work for us. The send them back, there is a 10% restocking fee, which not a problem because it was our mistake. So I drove rom Pocatello to Rexburg today because we were in need of 6 oz cups, which they had in stock. When we arrived Bryan made us feel like the most important customer you have. Sam was more than helpful in helping us find the fight cups and even showed us really cool spoons. They both have made us want to be customer’s for life. I wont never buy anything here again. Horrible customer service, quality product and shipping time. I had been buying the custom cups for my business since 3 years ago and every thing was excellent until they change all the staff. On my last order everything was so disappointing, the waiting time was extremely long, they arrived after 18 weeks when the Lead time is supposed to be between 8 to 12 weeks, the customer service provided was the worst ever I got to the point I didn't want to the sales represent anymore he was always rude and useful if he answered, then the product arrived damage (4 boxes out of 20), it has been more than a month I had not receive my refund of the damage boxes or any update on the case when I paid 5 months ago the full price. Really never again.

The customer service is superb. They sent me samples so I could choose the spoon they best coordinated with my jar. I chose the solid black tasting spoon which matched the lid of the cobalt jar I used for the essential oil sea salt scrubs I made for the Christmas bazaar our church. The look is sleek, chic, and professional. I'll be a repeat customer!
