Tonya the manager needs to learn some professionalism she was extremely rude and was waving her hands in my face. No idea what he problem was. Won’t be back to this location even though I love shopping at cal ranch and never had a problem with anyone at any of their locations. Thank you Jaycee for your professionalism and being kind. Maybe Tonya can learn something from her staff.

We love this store, they stock everything we need to keep us and our pets happy . The service is 5 star from the front desk to the yard guys who today cut and loaded the fence for my disabled husband. Plus, it is fun to shop there.

There is a lot more in here than I expected. They not only have tack, feed, jeans, and boots, but they also have tools, guns, automotive, welding, and more. Great place to go for all things country.

I had a great experience at this Cal Ranch. The workers were so friendly and happy. I took a return in without a receipt (it has been 9 months ago that I purchased the item and since we are from Wyoming we just hadn’t gotten back to do the return) they looked up the receipt on their system. They then proceeded to let me do a full exchange for the same item in a larger size. I was so impressed. Not only was the exchange very late, I had also purchased it at a Black Friday deal originally. I was so happy with their understanding and customer service. I will definitely be buying from them more often.

Firearm selection is pretty solid, clothing area always has good deals, and the fishing area is okay.Prices are pretty fair except for the fishing area— you can pay less and find a wider selection for fishing stuff at Walmart, but that’s to be expected, really.Overall, a great store to have around!

I love having this Cal-Ranch in town. The staff are always polite and helpful. If they don’t know something they are to make sure give me assistance with someone that knows. I enjoy all that that they offer.

This is a toy store for adults. I loved just walking around to see what they had. I went for some clamps to use in woodworking, which they either didn't have (I couldn't find them), or their workers didn't know about (because they couldn't find them either), but I really enjoyed trying to find them.

Was offered a Cal Ranch Credit Card if approved $70 voucher and if not approved the cashier said I would still get a $50 or $60 in-store credit/gift card. I was told to come back with the letter of the credit card company since they had trouble with the system. When I returned no such offer existed. Talked to asst manager that offered no compensation and referred me to talk to the main manager. Main manager said I was lying and that he believed his worker since he is one of his best performing workers(huh wonder why). The asst manager already talked to the worker and I was informed he would receive a corrective action and retraining. This is illegal, deceptive, and all around a very bad business practice for Cal Ranch. The managers don't care if you have bad credit since if you are approved as the main manager told me they would be compensated by the credit card company for the $70 voucher. I will no longer shop at Cal Ranch Stores ever. I'll be filing reports with the govt. And will call the regional manager about this incident.

I can't comment on the farming section of the store, as this isn't the reason why I typically visit, but my overall experience with the rest of the store has been positive!Found quite a few steals in terms of kids clothes here in the clearance section. They usually have good quality work clothing as well and carry great brands like Carhartt and CAT.Also a great local place to shop for camping items and dutch oven cooking!However, the toy section is frequently overpriced and I usually end up buying somewhere else for better pricing and similar quality.

I went in to exchange the first pair of boots I’ve ever bought from this store. The lady helping was great and was informative about the whole deal. This tall bearded guy however wasn’t all that kind. He accused me of abusing the stores return policy by saying I had come in multiple times that day to get money from them and that I was a thief. As the transaction was finalized, again thank you to the girl who helped, he informed me I wouldn’t be allowed to return items ever again at their store. All told, that was the first, and for sure the last, purchase I’ll be making from them.

Rude stuck up employees. They were to busy talking at the gun counter rather than helping customers the girls working there tonight need to be fired. I will never ever step foot in this store and will tell everyone to shop else where I will make it my goal to make sure they lose alot of money due to lack of business.

I don't know what it is about this store but it's one of my favorites. I don't come here often but I love the atmosphere. I've gotten hog panels here cause they didn't have them in Idaho Falls and other things for garden projects cause they were sold out at my regular store.

I bought a pair of snow boots at the beginning of December and they fell apart at the beginning of January. I called and was told to bring them in and a manager would look at them. We were able to exchange them! Colton was very nice and helpful and his manager responded when he called her quickly. Great experience. Thank you!!!

C-A-L Ranch used to be my go to for many items, but I'm going to start looking for other options. They have a new receipt policy. If you lose or don't have your receipt they will exchange the item but they deduct money to penalize you for not having the receipt. I had some workers go to exchange a few tposts for the next size up, and because they didn't have my receipt the store deducted about $1 per tpost. That adds up when you buy a lot of tposts.The cashier told me on the phone that that was their new policy and they would not budge. So just be aware.

What’s not to love about CAL Ranch?! If you live in Idaho, this store meets your needs; animal feed, guns, clothes, local snacks. It’s a paradise for us Idahoans.

Nice general store. You everything there from jackets to guns to most type of Home Depot Hardware stuff not a huge selection in that stuff though. But generally you can find what you need at this place. It's a little hard finding some sales help sometimes, that's the only thing I could say they could work on.

They really do have most anything you need. They have a variety of pricing for items. Staff was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. The checkout was backed up a little but they were very kind about it and got more staff to the registers.

I primarily visit the location for guns and ammo because it’s usually the only place in Rexburg that has a good price but unfortunately they mostly stock Hi point and Taurus revolver‘s but they do not stock very many high-quality wheel guns like Ruger‘s and Smith And Wesson‘s which is unfortunate. However they do have a great selection on rifles and shotguns ranging from bold actions to AR 15’s so if you’re in the market for a rifle it’s a good place to go but if you need a good quality hand gun shop elsewhere.

Big new store- same careless management- Ever wonder where the staff behind the gun counter are? Ever wait forever to get help in "the yard?" Ever wonder who at the store actually knows what's back in the yard? The answer is nobody- I live in Teton Valley so I always call to check inventory before I drive down. Twice now I've called on items, was told they had them, only to arrive and find out "they made a mistake" and they didn't have it. On another occasion I called about a kennel panel. They checked and told me they had about 30 of them. I only needed two, which I told them, and said I was on my way. I arrived and they were in bundles of 4, and they wouldn't cut open a bundle for me. I either had to buy 4 or go home empty handed. VERY unimpressed with the pitiful excuse for customer service. They need to get someone in there with at least an inkling of competence and customer service because what they have now is lazy, incompetent, and spiteful should you ask them to exert effort. The floor people are decent, and many of them would be better managers then those who hide in the back on their computers. Many experiences have lead me to this conclusion- good luck-

So today was the third time I've gone into the store to pick something up, had trouble finding what I needed and been completely neglected by the employees. They weren't accessible around the store, and when I went and asked the front registers to send someone to help no one came after waiting 10 minutes. It may take me an extra 45 minutes to go to home depot or lowes to pick up hardware, but atleast they help me.

They use bait and switch tactics on what they are selling. I tried to buy boots. The boots were right under the for sale sign. Then I am told that my selection of boot was not for sale. They need to be turned into the better Business Bureau.

I come hear often to get my hunting license and other things like fishing gear, gear for my gun, and even camping gear and clothes! they have a great selection of items and they are relatively priced! I would recommend this location!

The customer service does Cal ranch was exceptional. They help me find some unusual items that I was looking for. And they were very friendly the store layout was also exceptional.

I usually go to Cal Ranch for firearms related things, mostly pistols, but sometimes I buy clothing and other supplies. Cal Ranch has a decent, albeit not always extensive selection of pistols and rifles, as well as ammunition, and they have better prices than everyone except Wal Mart (Wal Mart does not have pistols). The minus side is that their sporting goods department employees often leave their posts, and it takes a while to find them. Also, their computer system is very full of glitches, so always keep receipts for every purchase, especially layaway purchases which they can sometimes mix up, and overcharge the customer for. On the positive side, they do things like offer a layaway on ammunition, and other secondary materials like holsters and targets, so someone on a budget can be assured to have what they need on hold. Cal Ranch also does their best to fix the mistakes they do make, and they are very generous when they find an error. I would recommend Cal Ranch to anyone.

Awesome store, they allow leashed dogs to enter (just make sure they're well behaved) and have a huge selection of animal and farm supplies. They're pretty competitively priced, and convenient for people in the area.

Good stock, under trained staff however. The only people who know anything at the store are the management and a select few older staff members. They didn't even know what mosquito fish were!
