I love broluims, when you live in a small town there is not much to do but broluims is a fun place to grab some food and people watch, mess around or if you actually need groceries they have an amazing selection on them. They offer delicious bakery goods, fresh sushi, ethnic food and a place to eat, work, or talk to friends. All in all the perfect small town store

They are the most genuine people you'll find in a large scale business. The kind of place where the employees are happy and treated well, and the management walks the building and asks how your day is. I would shop here for all of my groceries if I could, its just a bit pricey compared to some businesses in town. The quality here is almost always better though, so more often than not it is worth it.

Shoutout to Tina for being so helpful. I asked her where an item might be and she gave me a thorough run down of the two areas it might be in. I had checked the first area already with no luck so I decided to check out with what I had.. upon scanning she brought me the item I was looking for! It was a really thoughtful scenario and I’m grateful for how thorough Tina was!

Broulims is a good grocery store and very fancy compared to just a walmart. The shelves are almost always stocked and they have good sales regularly. In addition to a regular store, they also have fresh sushi, great deli and smoked chicken/ribs lunches, handmade to order sandwiches, fresh tortillas and specialty popcorns AND a nice sit down dining area for lunch upstairs.The meat department is good but not always the best price in town. The floral department always has very nice flowers and houseplants as well. The store is a very good place for groceries but slightly more expensive than normal but the store makes up for it in quality and other amenities.9/10 would recommend for general groceries and hot food or a good place for lunch or dinner.

Definitely the best produce in town. And best fresh meat. Also the best sushi! Overall the store is great. It is similar to a lot of nicer grocery stores that you’ll find in cities. They have a large organic produce section is that is something you look for. Their bakery and deli are awesome and the little burger joint they have in there is pretty good.They have a lot of variety and more niche items. Their package popcorn is so good. You’ll find your favorite flavor because they have so many. You can tell they partner with a lot of local or small businesses for items in their stores and their prices are often comparable to Walmart though a little more expensive.I’ve never used it but I have heard from friends that the delivery service has a good reputation.Their flowers are always beautiful but they don’t come with the packets of nutrients but they usually last a while for me. They have awesome staff that are always really helpful and friendly. I go there whenever I am doing small grocery store runs instead of going to Walmart. I find that most things are almost always in stock and the store feels way cleaner than other grocery stores in Rexburg.

I absolutely love the Broulim's grocery store here. They have a wide variety of items and from different cultures and ethnicities. The people from meat deli/butcher's section at the back of the store are really good butchers and they can help you get the cut of meat you need. I like getting the chicken trimmings because there are perfect stir fry size and they are very affordable as well.

I have worked in retail for 30 years. I recently visited your store and found it well stocked and impeccably faced but the most impressive thing in the store was our bag person, Parker. He was absolutely awesome and deserves recognition. Give this young man a raise!

Love shopping at Broulims. I like that it’s locally owned and operated. The staff is always so helpful and kind. I’m always impressed with the selection of items that they carry, a lot of times things you wouldn’t expect a grocery story to have. I think it’s fantastic how much they support the local kids at the county fair and how they offer a lot off locally sourced produce and products.

Inspect your meat if you are not going to cook it the same day you purchase. I purchased some cow feet from Broulim's in Rexburg. When I picked up the package, I noticed there was a dark spot on the bone. I assume the dark spot was dried blood as I checked the expiration date and still had 4 more days before it expired. When I got home, I placed the package in the fridge and planned on cooking it 3 days later, one day before it expired. When I opened the package and flipped the cows feet, it had lots of mold underneath. That dark spot I noticed when the package was still good for 4 more days, ended up being mold after all. I decided to not return the package the same day I opened it because I live 18 min away and had no other reason to go to town and because when I had similar issues at other stores, I had no problem returning. I placed the package back in the fridge and went to Broulims two days later to return. When I attempted to return at the Customer Service Desk, I was told at first that they could not accept the return because the package was already expired. Later they said that they only accept a return when it occurs the same day of purchase. It is a bummer because the product was already moldy in their shelf with still 4 days before expiration. It is a long review but I wanted to explain as clear as I could to perhaps help someone to not waste their hard earned money.

I have a service dog and the store manager yelled at me for allowing a kid to pet her claiming I was not allowed to do that. He has been less than respectful each time he has spoken to me and I won’t be coming back because of him. The store itself has been nice to have so the 1 star goes specifically towards this manager for his rude behavior towards me and my service animal as well as asking questions he is legally not allowed to ask regarding the nature of my disability. To those with service animals, I would avoid going to Broulims.

Broulims has the most friendly staff and best produce in Rexburg. Their grill and deli are also very good and they have seating upstairs to eat. Prices are higher than Walmart, but quality is better. Not as convenient as other chains that offer free grocery pickup and delivery, but I know the quality will be better.

I rarely shop at this store because I risk my life every-time I enter the parking lot at Broulim's. On several occasions over the past 5 years I have nearly been hit by someone driving through the parking lot here. For reference, I have never driven recklessly and have never received a ticket. I have driven and walked through the parking lot too many times and not felt safe doing so.The fresh food vendors offer variety of foods and are convenient. The bakery donuts are tasty, and so are the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. The store offers an app rewards program to help save more money with coupons which is a plus! Stock seems consistent throughout the year. A close and convenient grocery store for anyone in town. A short walk from campus and most campus housing. Unfortunately, closed on Sundays.

In Idaho it's difficult to find a grocery store that actually has choices and "real" food to buy. The rural area stores are pack with "food town" process foods, enriched white flour foods, frozen, and let's not forget the pastries sections.Broulim's produce section is amazing! The vegetarian section is one of choice. Always a wonderful place to shop and worth the drive!

Had to get a prescription filled while visiting from out of town. The staff went out of their way to help and fill the prescription in less than 24 hours. Awesome service!

We went here to get groceries for my college student. I was not familiar with the store. I had lots of very helpful employees help me find everything I need :-) even the bagger was super helpful when she noticed the package of eggs I was buying had a cracked egg and she ran back and got me another carton.

So angry & disappointed that Broulims has totally changed their sandwich bar!!! Instead of a foot long sandwich of your choice of bread and stuffed with your choice of delicious fillings NOW you have only a few small, hard to chew sandwiches to select from for the same price of $8+! They’re awful! When I asked about the change I was told management had made the decision. To save or make more $$$, Broulims? You just shut down a family tradition as well as a darn good deal that brought us into your store. So upset!

Things are a tiny bit more expensive than at Walmart, but the location, the specialty items, and the better shopping experience make up for it. They have amazing fresh made tortillas, a huge gourmet cheese section, and their donuts are really good. The staff are nice and very helpful and the store has a friendly sort of hometown feel. They've got a message board with local goings-on, and if you need help taking your groceries out to your car they'll totally help you!

Good for a grocery store. A bit pricey compared to other places. Helpful and friendly staff. Fairly close to campus. Doesn’t always have what I’m looking for. Has a nice floral selection and collects some flours local. Nice bakery selection. Built in burger joint.Basically has everything you need, and then some, if you can’t go anywhere else or don’t mind spending just a bit extra for convenience.

Love the produce, has old fashioned spice, flour, bean etc dispensers that charge by the lb. Fresh made tortillas, popcorn, and bread. Discount sections for bread, meat, and misc items as well! Somewhat pricey, but they make up for it with quality and seasonal discounts. Best sushi I’ve had.

I enjoyed shopping at Broulim's. The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. I found products that I don't normally see in other grocery stores. The prices for me were competitive. The pharmacy staff was very helpful and courteous.

How's that for a long receipt? I spent $157 and saved $253. Everybody's nice here. They stop in the aisles to ask if you want help. They speak up if they see you hesitate, offering to help. They come out from their registers to pull you into a faster line. It's definitely a service-oriented culture. And Food Club store brand stuff is excellent quality. When they do case-lot sales, the discounts can be astounding. Always check that wide "sale" aisle by where you first come in the door.
