I love to shop here, but not when it is crowded. My wife and I work together and we work late, so we will oftentimes come after work. This is great because there are very few people and we can shop without so much encumbrance. They have a lot of great deals. The produce section is terrific. The service tends to be excellent. If you have not shopped here and are considering it, I highly recommend you do and select a time when it is not too busy.

You have a cashier “Jo”. If at all possible will not go to her station. I have allergy/sinus problems as many of us do this time of year. As I was wiping my nose in her line, she asked if I was ill, if so she wanted to stay away from me as she takes care of her elderly parents and didn’t want to take home any virus. She is a cashier handling money without gloves, in contact with customers, not wearing a mask.

I was really disappointed with the cashier this morning. She was telling me how shocked she was that a bearded man was dressed in woman's cloth. As a member of that certain community it was not ok to do. Let people dress the way they dress. I told her (me a woman) that I dress in men's cloth and she said "well that's different" well no its not Karen! You need to he ashamed of yourself. Nice to know how that cashier openly judges people. Tsk tsk

this amazing worker named Tim really helped me out I was in the back looking for soup and he came over to help he was very knowledgeable about soups and the different kinds. if he was my employee I would pay him 17 and hour. he was very help full and I hope to see him again.

It's my favorite grocery store. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and the best quality. They have a variety of brands on most products throughout the store. I can usually find whatever im looking for. They have well-known brand products and store-brand items that are equal to or better than the name brands. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Bait and switch.Big signs saying things are on sale, but they don't honor the price. "Sale starts tomorrow" you're told.Interesting that you have it all out on display just hoping people don't notice at checkout. Guess now you have to read the fine print on everything.Unethical.the bakery is awesome though.

Good place to shop. Glad they have a section of organic foods and a great natural selection aisle. They have good dietary restriction diet options including gluten and dairy free. Only reason they aren’t five stars is I usually have multiple people in line in front of me. Seems as they don’t staff heavy enough on registers for the need.

The organic section has a nice selection of foods and treats. Customer service has always been great - the employee who has a beard, wears a baseball cap and works the night shift is always friendly.

Been going here for years. While some service is great. I've experienced some not so nice service, generally from the deli area. Not from all of them but a few. The shortness and not so friendly attitude while serving. Feels that they rather not deal with people at all. Also I stopped getting deli salads from there because the taste, like a dirty refrigerator taste to it. If I get deli its sliced meats or hot. Far as hot deli goes I wish they expand it a little. The mashed potatoes and gravy are terrible, the potatoes I could use as drywall mud.. though drywall mud is at least a little more hydrated.

It's about time that they brought back breakfast in the deli, their biscuits and gravy are great. I don't know why they stopped doing breakfast anyway. (Stupid).Oh and PS they NEED more small carts.

I've always enjoyed shopping at super1 the store is clean ,I love their sales, lately I've felt out of place because I still wear a mask because I am care giver and don't want to take a chance on transmitting anything to my loved ones. But I can take the stares. Super 1 is still my favorite store to shop at.

My only complaint about this store is that the mobility scooters are kinda in disrepair and they aren't available past certain hours, which sucks when you're disabled. Other than that, it's a good store with okay prices.

Staff not friendly. Deli gets attitude when you ask them to cut meat as they precut their deli meats and do not slice to order. But it's always too thick for my fussy family. But they are really rude when I ask for thin cut!!! Not my fault they don't slice meats at different cuts, just slicer #3 cut thick. No1 wants to help you when you ask where something is either. People were super nice and helpful and it’s clean then I get to the register and register lady 1008 wan not paying attention and when she didn’t run my card right had to put me on blast 💥 like learn how to be more Discrete about peoples Personal things !! Why don’t you get on the microphone while your at it and say hey !!! You use government help.. there is a way to say. Hey hun run your card again I didn’t do it right . Don’t blame me because you didn’t pat attention then tell everyone loudly “oh your using EBT right “ yep sure am !! How about run the card and pay attention next time so when the pin pad says confirm you don’t have to make a scene for everyone I have been to stores where they have social awareness and just say nicely “oh run it again hun “ not oh your using ebt “ oh then She goes on to tell her co worker” oh she is using EBT “ that’s why it didn’t work “ like oh my gosh you already said it twice so the whole store knows

I like the Super 1 in CDA or Athol better. This one is due a remodel. Friendly staff. It's just a smaller store with a ton of people in it. Parking and the parking lot can get ridiculous.

We always love coming here because the customer service is stellar. All of the staff are always very friendly, helpful and polite. One of the ladies at the deli counter made my day and I can’t thank her enough. :)

Had most of the stuff I expect from Super 1 but was dirty and after ten+ items rung up I actually tried to engage in conversation with teller! He was unfriendly and kinda rude! Not like my Hayden store! Used to shop there all the time years ago when I lived in Rathdrum but can guarantee won’t be back…..Also there meat selection is NOTHING compared to the Hayden store….P.S…….STILL BETTER THAN WALMART!
