Always great, very helpful people, and just about everything you could possibly think of needing, can be found here. With the great majority of the items, $1.25 each is a GREAT price, compared to "regular" stores. If you've never been inside one of these stores, I highly recommend going into one and see for yourself, the incredible range and variety of products they carry at the unbelievable price of $1.25... I never used to go to these stores, even though my daughter in law and teenage granddaughter told me how they have darn near everything there... I finally decided, what the heck, and stopped in. Now I go there about once per month for supplies, etc. Definitely worth it.

This store is in complete disarray. Managers yelling at cashiers. While cashiers are trying to help a long line of people. But the manager did not help the line go down. The hours change from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. due to low Staffing I can see why there is not enough staff in this event. If the managers are not nice helpful or and just try to make the cashiers less overwhelmed Maybe they would not be closing earlier and opening later. This all has happened in a short amount of time maybe it's due to New Management? It was not a good experience. The store was very messy. There were boxes all over the floor and some of them stacked up so high that you could not get to items on shelves. Nobody was helpful or smiling but the cashier. Even after the manager had yelled at her in front of a lot of people she continued to smile and help customers. She didn't say much except when we asked why the hours were cut down. The Dollar Tree was always a fun place to go because it had so many things. But when you see what I saw you would not want step of foot into that environment.

It saddened me to see the way the employees are treated at the store in Rafdrum Idaho. I have shopped this store for many years. The store was hot and there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. The assistant manager 'Megan' took a fan out of the hot office to give the young lady at the register. I have witnessed this manager be so caring and compassionate with her staff. She is always so happy and helpful to the customer! Always has a great attitude!

This store has had it's struggles. They have to close early and sometimes not even open due to staff shortage. It is a good store, that have a good selection for the size of the store. 1 male worker is very unpleasant though.

Well it's now the 1.25$ store .. kinda weird but figured it was going to happen eventually.Like most dollar trees the lines are long and they don't have enough staff , however the ones they do have are always pleasant,helpful and they try to do their best. Ive always had good service at this location...

My beautiful fiance Christine absolutely loves this store. Their selection and staff are far better than any other. She could easily spend 3 hrs every time she goes there. So I decided it was the perfectly unique place to ask her to be my wife. I was incredibly nervous, and fumbled a bit, but pulled it off and she said yes!!!! Thank you Dollar Tree for this magical and unique memory with my future wife!

This place is great to have so I don't need to commute to town 4 easy needs. This place is always clean and the staff is always been really helpful if I ever needed help finding something. I love that they carry bread and other household needs for a dollar. This place is always my balloon destination and cheap birthday supply/holiday fun. Glow sticks for sleep overs and we love they provide cheap schooling needs/wants for teachers and their classrooms.

I really like coming into this store. Prices don't go up!!! I can almost always find what I need (and often more than I need) but heck, for a buck you can't really lose. Staff is friendly and typically call for more help when the line gets long. 5 stars from me!

Over the last 10 years we have had Dollar store wannabees. This store is the real deal! You can get pretty surprised on their stock for just a buck! Walk in just to grab one or two items and fifty dollars later, you like wow!Clean store, great staff lots of parking and lines are dealt with quickly. :)

Horribly managed, horribly understaffed, and the pay is less than the cost of driving there. All good management and staff walked out due to upper management. I don't recommend visiting and I couldn't recommend working there less if I tried.

Love this place even though it's now the $1.25 store. Went to thrift store down road and the same glasses where $4-$7 a peice. Here we got them for $1.25. Same as the cupcake pan we got was $4 at thrift and here it was again $1.25. Lol

I stopped in to Rathdrum Dollar Tree this evening to get a soda. I was hoping to find a couple of books and some writing tablets. No such luck. I did, however, find some candy to fill my jar at work. Other than that, the store was quiet and somewhat cluttered.

Great place for cheap stuff but it always feels cluttered and like I'm at an indoor garage sale.Tried to find an anniversary card. If you can find one play the lotto. 17,000 birthday cards though.

Well it would be nice if the phone was answered during regular business hours and it says they open at 8 Monday thru Saturday but it's almost 9am and no one is here and the lights are all on but the door is locked! Tried calling but no answer and it's during regular business hours. Not impressed at all! Having a job means you should be doing your job not screwing off in the back .

This is my most favorite store to shop at and now it has come to my hometown. Where was this store when my own grandchildren were growing up? I could have saved thousands of dollars. Good luck and good fortune to a store that helps people not so well off.

We cam in with 7 small kids ( babysitting) and came out with stuff for all of them. Snacks, sunglasses and water, all under $20. Love it! Friendly staff too
