He always comes out looking handsome & glossy and feeling silky and smelling good 😊. I get him done once a month and she takes such good care of him as she did Zip my mini Australian rescue who has passed away.

We have been taking our dog to Bubbles and Bows Pet Spa in Rathdrum every 3 months for over a year and half with no issue we even give a $10 + tip after each grooming. My dog is medium size long hair and weight 45lb. My wife called in to schedule an appointment and got declined by the lady who answered the phone. She said that our dog is over there weight limit. Again we are not a new customer. Very disappointing to be treated that way. We were a loyal customer. If your dog waighs over 45lb take them somewhere else.

I have a large breed puppy and they trim his nails, not sure how they handle him he has so much energy. I am a very satisfied customer, thanks Bubbles!

Wonderful care, loving and masterfully skilled attention! I lived in Pullman and had excellent care for my two long-haired (ragdoll) cats. I moved to this area 3 years ago, but soon despaired of finding an equally loving and skilled groomer for my babies. Cats are tricky to groom safely and properly - a few have the knack, most don't. A friend sent me here, and I was thrilled with the service. Masterful care for me and my kitties! I was SO pleased. I totally recommend Bubbles and Bows to anyone with long-haired cats, or special needs cats (elderly cats who cannot groom themselves, de-matting, etc.). I'll be back!!!

I called to inquire about having my dog groomed. I am not going to use their services. There are not many in the area, but this woman was very rude. I was not at all unfriendly with her. There is no excuse for that.If people are too much of a bother to you, you should get into another line of work. Plus how do you know then how they treat your precious pup.

While their prices are higher than most groomers, they are totally worth it!After moving to the area in November 2021, I could NOT get my 2 lil Maltese pups into any groomer, but the wonderful ladies at Bubbles & Bows made it happen and we’ve become regulars ever since. Having small dogs (one is under 4 lbs, the other is 7lbs), finding a groomer who knows how to work with small dogs can be a challenge. That, however, has not been a problem for the B&B team, and my pups look and smell wonderful after every visit. 🐾

They are kind and knowledgeable! My scared puppy always looks and smells great when they are done with him. Plus, they trim his nails, which I am terrified to do.

This place used to be a nice place to go. I brought my dogs there for years. My little dog is getting older and their rude manager informed me my dog is no longer welcome there and to look for a different groomer because they aren't going to groom her anymore because she is to old. That is an insulting, rotten way to treat a long time customer for years to be treated. I tried to contact Kara as to by pass the horrible manager and I never got a call back. I have heard that many other loyal customers are getting the same rude treatment. It's all about the money with them now.

I would love to give a 5 star here because we LOVED our groomer for the last 4+ years but I have been trying to schedule another appointment for months without any success. Due to short staff I have rarely even gotten a call back. Despite calling once a month since February trying to book, Im now being told "since I haven't brought her in for so long they had to give her spot away".Lost a loyal customer who ALWAYS tipped big.

Updated review. Difficult to get a hold of on the phone but they are usually pretty good about returning your call. Used to love and use regularly (for over a year) and then they kept telling us the were booked out and unable to make appointments. Even though I tried scheduling MONTHS in advance. When I finally asked on the phone, they said that they didn't want to take our dogs just because they are big dogs. And it was best to find someone else. Super unprofessional and could have at least had other recommendations and/or be honest on the phone instead of just lying and telling us they didn't have appointments open. Disappointed and would not recommend people here.

What makes a business great is how they handle their mistakes. I’ve been bringing my dogs for two years to Angela who each time did a fabulous job except today, she ran out of time to cut my dogs hair. It’s not what wasn’t done because we’re all human, it’s how she handled it. She still charged me an extreme amount JUST for a bath. I would never pay that amount to anyone for just a dog bath, my dogs ears were not even cleaned. When I called her on the way home she copped an attitude and made it all about her, no empathy towards me as a customer let alone trying to take any responsibility. She offered for me to bring him back that day but she knew I couldn’t because I had an appointment to get to and I live more than a 1/2 hour away. When I expressed my disappointment; all I was looking for was a decent discount seeing as I tipped her generously on all my visits. She could of cared less and pretty much said to me, too bad! Very sad... shame on you Angela for treating a loyal customer this way. Remember, what comes around goes around!!!

We had a great first experience but this last time they did a horrible job!! Our mini schnauzer didn’t even look like she had gotten her hair trimmed let alone cut! I think the only thing they did was trim her face! They charged us $70 for nothing!! Very disappointed.

Been taking my dog there for the last 10yr+ And lived in kootenai county for 47yrs now they won't ever take my dog in for grooming thanks to everyone moving here. Will find a new groomer and never get a dog again because of these people! Don't let your dog get old they will stop grooming them!

Super nice staff they do a great job with my dog. She is super busy so getting a appointment is kinda difficult but it's DEFINITELY worth the wait. She is also understanding if you need to reschedule your pets appointment. But PLEASE give her a few days heads up. I made my appointment and broke it 3 times due to my health issues. Over all my dogs favorite groomer. Thanks

Poor Customer Service. Been going here over 2 years, always tip well over 20%. The one time I had to call to try and reschedule they told me I had to pay a 50$ fee even though I was giving them over a 24 hour notice. The funny thing is, they have sent me texts and voice-mails rescheduling on me the day before at least 3 times since I've been with them, I never gave them grief for it. After going back and forth with the lady I finally just told her I'd find a new groomer. If they really need 50$ that bad, you would think they'd try and work with me to keep my business. No thanks.

There is a reason they were voted the best in the northwest! The ladies there are so nice and really helpful. They do a great job getting your pet all nice and cleaned up! They also got my dog to not freak out at the blow dryer so that was awesome too! Will definitely be coming back here!

Did a great job trimming my bassetts nails. He's not the easiest guy to do nails!! He hates petco doing them and comes out a frazzled stressed mess!! Friendly staff and unstressed bassett hound, we'll be back!!!! And they do walk-in nails. Which is great for me since I have never ending changing work schedule.

As this was my first time looking for a dog groomer and was nervous letting anyone groom my fur-baby without me helicoptering around. But I'm so happy I let Angela Wilmoth have my golden retriever. She took the time to groom my girl with patience during this new experience and showed exceptional skill in her fur cutting and bathing. Especially considering she had my nervous 80 pound dog. She even explained the process to me so I wouldn't worry as much while I waited. She answered my questions and didn't rush me into anything, unlike a previous comment I paid AFTER my service was received and she even said if I didn't like my golden's cut I could come back the next day to get a touch up. My baby was returned to me happy, smelling AMAZING, looking GREAT, and feeling as SOFT as she has since puppyhood. Angela did such amazing work and made me happy to have my golden groomed here again. Keep up the great work for our fur-babies! Thank you for treating them like family.

Clean, well-lit spaces, friendly staff and quick turn around time. Took our Bolo in for a bath & they were done much faster than Petco, and he wasn’t shaking and stressed out! He was relaxed and happy! Great job, we will be back!

Wonderful Experience! We have an 11yr Golden Retriever that desperately needed a bath/brush/trim and they did an amazing job. Kara was great and so kind to our deaf and arthritic senior boy!

They do a great job at Bubbles and Bows Pet Spa! We have a Great Pyrenees with a thick undercoat they made look beautiful after a summer of hiking and camping. They take great Hendrix while he’s there.

My dog was always scared and not happy when I picked him up. They gave me a price and tacked on additional charges when I picked him up. They said they raised their prices since they gave me a quote the week before, and I was charged extra because he pooped in the bathwater. That alone tells me he was frightened. I can't trust them with my fur babies.

Jazzy and I are both happy with Chrystal . Chrystal is awesome and Jazzy loves going to see her. She's been grooming him since he was 3 months old.
