They do not train employees and no one in the store was taught how so the only place in town for propane so now families gonwithout heat so nice to treat people like garbage in th mean time what a joke take your business to someone who cares about there customers

I purchased a product from Sim and Ken that had some issues at time of delivery. They went above and beyond replacing the product, delivering it to my home and taking care of us. They went well above what I had expected. Very much appreciated.

I think I have brought home a bunch of plants and flowers...and then some. The associates in the store have helped me tremendiously loading heavy bags of soil and very heavy things. They are always so encouraged and willing to help. I also get great ideas and they are extremely knowledgeable about some products that I have lots of questions about.

Diane was fantastic and very patient. I took 2 of my 10 year old granddaughters in for cowgirl attire. I think she brought out every boot in the store !!! They finally found the boots that were just right. She had suggestions for the right socks, hats, jeans, and shirts. We really enjoyed our experience that day. Thanks again Diane for being so pleasant.
