I love all the staff! I get both my miniature poodles groomed by Teagon she is a doll & does a phenomenal job! Amber is amazing she is the most kind, caring individual who goes above & beyond to help with questions, concerns & scheduling.Dr Mumford is the best veterinarian we have ever seen! He is so patient, kind, and takes his time to evaluate your pups and answer any questions, or concerns. We will continue to bring our pups here because we know they will get top notch care. Thank you to all of you who have cared for my sweet Charlie boy, and my sweet Sadie. You’re all the best!

We have 3cats and 1 rescued chi and a puppy. Kitty's are all spaded, the chi had been fixed and the puppy will be spaded..All 3 vets have seen our pets. Their very efficient understanding they also have groomers, which r very good..I give them 5 stars

This has taken me a couple of weeks to write this review. I called a couple of weeks ago to get my dog seen. Mind you this isn’t the first time they have seen her. They set the appointment up with me. Then one hour later they called and left a voicemail. They canceled my appointment due to I don’t live in Idaho and apparently put down a dog that wasn’t mine. So I called back let them know that I don’t live in Utah anymore. The dog that they think wasn’t mine has been mine for 16 years. They put her under someone else account. Not sure how that happened cause yes I know the person but they never came to vets visits or didn’t come when we had to put her down. Their name was never on any paperwork dealing with my dog. They still won’t take my other animals because there is to many stories about my address. When I first took my dogs there in August I let them know that they needed to get rid of the utah address because I live in Idaho. It’s okay if they don’t believe me about my address. I’m most upset about my dog getting put under someone else account. I have to say I will miss the vets there. They did amazing work.

I have used this clinic exclusively for over 12 years. Until the past 4 years they were great, not so much anymore. If you can make it past the front desk people, the vet's are great. I have been refused appointments, not being called back for after hour emergencies, being treated like $$$ instead of a concerned pet owner, along with no concern for my loss of revenue. I give them the benefit of knowing they are busy but enough is enough!!! Every time I have called its the same song and dance, we are soo busy running 3 businesses. When I need vet care for my animals I need a vet, not grooming or whatever else is going on there.

Absolutely love all the staff and appreciate there hard work, a lot goes on that we don’t see behind the scenes. I worked at a vet hospital and understand the everyday occurrences, your day can change in minutes. Thank you Dr. Atkinson for being the best compassionate vet with Bojangles. You even inquired about my mare Reba… very thoughtful. The front office ladies are the best, and very helpful.

Called at 9pm to the emergency line and was given instructions for care of the animal until morning. They saw him quickly and diagnosed him accurately. They helped the animals passing be more peaceful by providing pain meds for the inevitable. They have also spayed several cats for us and have always done a wonderful job.

I put my name on a waiting list back in February and was told to call back in May to make an appointment. I informed them that I was not a resident of Franklin County at the time. I called to make my appointment and was informed that this vet no longer services anyone outside of Franklin County, and that they had made that decision a few weeks prior. They accused me of price shopping, but in reality, I was doing my due diligence in getting my animal fixed without having to go to the local humane society who is known for their high rate of infection. Yes, I was trying to save money because all vets in Cache Valley charge over $200 for the same service, but I was also trying to find a small town vet, that was affordable, to take my business to.

I called to pick up medicine that I was supposed to pick up a few days ago, and hadn't yet and the lady was very rude. I didn't remember what it was called, so I tried to explain what it was for and what was wrong with my cat and she kept interrupting me. She kept saying she couldn't help me and she isn't a doctor she's just the receptionist. I was very annoyed and gave up and am now going to have to go to a new vet clinic

Called 5 times In 2 hours, they wouldn’t call me back or anwser the phone. Have an emergency with my pet and pretty much got told good luck try somewhere else. Definitely not going here anymore

Had Dr. Smart look at our dog that was hit by a car. He was very thorough in his inspection of her. Very down to earth guy and we couldn't of asked for better service, especially because it was on a Sunday and was an emergency call. The building is very well taken care of and clean. Will definitely be returning here.

My puppy ate a sock and had to have surgery. Dr. Smart was awesome to work with and did such a great job taking care of my pup. They even had her stay a couple days to make sure she was good. It so nice to know that your beloved animal will be taken care of by such a great staff.

I’ve had the horrible pleasure of contacting this place 3 times total first time wasn’t not pleasant at all strait up told me that they didn’t have time for my dog. Brushed it off as they were book up. Contacted them a second time they were great go me in no issues. So contacted them again the customer service rate is 0 because asked if they had an appointment open for the day of the call. I got pause for a few secounds and then a reply with WHAT? So I asked again if they had a opening. She asked what was going on and I told her that my little dog has been coughing wondering if they could see him. With attitude I got “well it will be an emergency visit” As I replied to that but your open today. Her response was “we are booked” I’m not asking for the world to stop to look at my dog. But dam if your book then say so don’t go giving people attitude. However after that treatment I will no longer be supporting this company as the employees of this place project there bad attitude onto Innocent Potential customers.

With a sick dog in hand I began calling the animal clinic for two and a half days and it would just go to voicemail over and over and I would leave a message every fifth attempt throughout the day. Nearing day three I determined there must be an issue with their phones so I loaded up the pup and away we went. I arrived at the front desk and sat in the waiting area and observed while waiting my turn. I watched as the staff was helping customers at the desk but the phones were going unanswered and seemingly sent to voicemail. It seems there is a training opportunity available here that would greatly improve the customer service. It is customary to still answer phones and politely ask the caller to please hold. The vet did and excellent job diagnosing my dog and within a week he was good as new. I'm confidant the training issue will be figured out in the near future.

This clinic has provided care to my dogs, cows, and donkeys in the last 6 years. My animals have always received top notch care because the staff cares. When I had to put my 11 year old Howie to sleep, they showed so much compassion. Within a week of his passing, they sent a condolence card signed by each member of the staff with an ink paw print from Howie. It was an amazing gesture to help me through the grieving process. I just love these people.

Well I gave them a week to make it right and I haven't heard anything, so here goes. On Wednesday last week I dropped off my 1 year old puppy to get spayed. I received a phone call an hour later that my puppy didn't survive. This puppy was my world!! To say I am devastated is an understatement. This #1 is a routine operation, why did this happen? #2 I pre-paid for everything so why hasn't a refund been offered? (I pre-paid for pain meds after, cone and microchip) #3 if you can't do these surgeries on small animals then you need to turn them away and just say you are not qualified. All I wanted was a reach out to offer something for what happened and to maybe never let this happen again.FYI - I never signed an anesthesia/surgery release form, nor did anyone go over the risks with me. The only document I signed was my receipt for the charges.

Amazing vet service. The doctors here care so much and they do absolutely everything in their power to help your animals be happy and healthy. We have had eight different animals treated through them, and they took great care of them. We had one cat with cancer, who after being treated for months here, had to be put down. The staff were patient and kind, and made his passing as peaceful and painless as possible for us and him. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

This place is the most caring and compassionate vet ever. my hearing dog was injured by trying to get my attention before a truck hit me and I had to take her in. I fell on some hard times and they worked with me. Another time my cat was ill and he passed away in my arms at the vet, they didnt rush me and allowed me to compose myself before leaving and didnt just send me out the door for the next patient. I went to this vet for over 10 years sadly I moved away and had to find another vet but I will say I have not found a vet that treats my animals like they do. They may be a small clinic but you pay for their services and not a big fancy building like most. If I could i would give 10 stars

I went there to put my old dog to sleep Giving him the shot messed up twice and the needle popped off. Upsetting the dog. Next time I will request that the dog gets a relaxant. I've been to the vet before with another dog for stitches in his pa and the vet was a five star.

Doing a fair pig this year. Never raised a pig. Had many questions and picked up what I needed to treat my pigs. So helpful. The vet even met me at the door. Thank goodness he had raised some pigs! We do cattle not pigs but have enjoyed this experience because of a supportive vet service!

Sadly we called after our dog was attacked. We called the after hours emergency number and the vet on call acted extremely unhappy about us calling in. Quoted a price that was a little steep but we agreed and told him we would head that way. He then told us he had just gotten home acted even more irritated that the inflated price he quoted us didn’t deter us. Sadly if there was a no star option that’s what’s we would be giving!!

The best vet office I've ever been to and I'm picky about who takes care of my animals. I love em and recommend them to everyone. Especially Dr. Mumford,he's the best, he cares.
