A very nice RV and public park. Walking track, picnic tables, memorial trees and rose garden. Don't forget the train engine! Well loved and maintained, it's beautiful any time of year.Dog-friendliness: Poo-bags and waste receptacles are plentiful! Much appreciated!

This immediately becomes a Palouse destination for us. Price; location; amenities, etc., this place is a winner. There may have been some full-timers, but we didn't notice any. Clean restrooms, and perfectly flat concrete pads that were very spacious. Electricity tower was weird, though? It was pointed towards the adjacent site, and was way far up on the location. We had to park the tin can close to the egress road, but there was plenty of room for our puller to the side. And we could have played volleyball on our pad, there was so much extra room. Never saw the camp host, and had to get the wifi code (slow, but needed for the rural area) from an RV neighbor. Great job by the town of Potlatch for this place, though. I'd go back tomorrow...

Very cute, adorable, small, newer park. Cement pad, grass, table bbq/fire pit, good spacing, great walking path. Park is the nicest place in town. It has lots of history too! Great place to take dogs. Didn't use bathroom. Stayed in a 35' fifth wheel and would definitely recommend this park.

We rented cabin #2 for a couple weeks, and I have to say, our stay was quite pleasant. The cabins are very cozy. The air conditioning cooled the cabin in just a few minutes, which is a blessing when it's 100 degrees! The RV park is really nice. My 2 year old son loved the playground and he especially loved the splash pad play area. Potlatch is a nice town full of really awesome people. The camp host is a super nice person. We got to talking, and she said she started most of the annual flowers in the park, which are quite lovely. I would recommend scenic 6 RV park to anyone who is traveling in the area, or even locals who just want a little R&R! The prices are more affordable than other parks that aren't nearly as nice. 👍👍👍 Three thumbs up!

We stayed in two of the cabins. The photos clearly show that these have a bunkbed with two mattresses on them. Not the case! Both cabins we stayed in had one full size and that was it. There was a cot kit that you can assemble on your own under the bed. One cabin was too small to have the cot AND open the door, you have to put it up to open the door. Because this is a very big deal when you are expecting to sleep two people on two bunks, I feel I need to give two starts. It was what you would expect besides that, the grounds are nice and it was quiet. They were not swept, but are nice.

Wonderful campground....lots of amenities. Paved walking trail, full hook ups, paved RV spots, showers, bathrooms with running, kids playground, pickleball court, volleyball court, two softball fields, ample room between RV spots, close to grocery store and gas station.

My extensive review is on Rover pass. Just don't count on the beds in the little cabins. Nice clean rv park, didn't use showers. If I was rving it probably be 5 stars, we rented little cabin and we are very disappointed. Will not return unless we are notified they got new beds. Sad thing is I work in potlatch area now and then and would of been convenient

This a beautiful, quiet park. We were there for Potlatch Days, of which the mud bogging was fun to watch. The host is great and super friendly. The only bummer is no wifi connection. We went to the Red Fir cafe for Internet. All in all, a very nice park!

As you know ratings are subjective. I stayed there last week and found the amenities to be very good and the staff was great to deal with. WI FI was a little spotty in some places and very good in most places. This place and Potlatch has the small town friendly atmosphere. While I was there it snowed and rained a few times. The lowest grass areas were soggy because they had not dried out from the winter rains. Give it a few more weeks before you go if you want to play in the grass. There is a grocery and gas station across the street. The town has 2 museums.

Immaculate rv park nestled in the heart of town. Walking path, historical features, pickle ball court, rose garden, splash pad, frisbee golf course, and beautiful open-air spaces. Clean, quiet, well-kept, pet friendly and a gem for those who venture here.

This has been our Idaho home over the summer. I am a travel nurse and my family travels with me. It was wonderful for our 3 kids, 2 dogs and our cat! Great large paved sites with fire pit and picnic tables. The kids loved the playground! There's also a 1 mile walking/biking trail, pickle ball courts, volley ball court, and they just put in a splash pad! The people are wonderful, Daniel is very accommodating to campers and a wonderful camp host, and Ms Karin keeps the park grounds beautiful! Lots of fruit trees and a variety of flowers. Scenic six is a peaceful place to relax, and a fun place to stay. If we are ever back in Idaho, scenic 6 is where we will be! Potlatch is a wonderful town with a very rich history and has so much to offer to visitors!

Definitely a 4.5* park. Smaller city run RV park, nicely laid out, good spacing, concrete pads. A few pull thru sites that accommodate my 40’ 5th wheel and enough space for the truck and motorcycle. Very quiet location. The city park has a run/walk path, circuit training stations, baseball field and more. Not an RV resort, not a destination park but really great little place to camp out if your in the area

For the value, this city has a great little campground. Large flat pads with full hookups. Clean (spotless) facilities; shower and bathrooms clean, camping space clean and playground with adequate chipped wood. While this isn't the "BMW" of RV parks, it's a fabulous park for the quaint community. $25 full hookup $10 tent (2015 prices)

This was a great camping trip. Scenic 6 is quiet... Even with it being derby weekend. We had a great time. I would give it 5 stars if we could have our doggo outside on his little run. That is my only "complaint". I do understand the rules though. I do plan to come back.

Scenic 6 Park is a well-kept community park with walking/jogging path that is just under one mile in length. The retired train depot building is available for rent for small gatherings of under 50 people and there are two baseball/softball fields on the property. In addition to play areas for children, there are multiple RV pads available with full water, sewer and electrical hook-ups as well as tent camping. Pets must be kept on a leash. View the antique steam locomotive that once carried lumber from the nearby forests to the Company town of Potlatch where the largest white pine saw mill in the world once stood. And stop by any of the local businesses for everything you need during your visit. We have a grocery store, an auto repair shop, parts store, farm and fuel supply store, pharmacy, medical clinic and dentist's office. Pretty much everything you need without the hustle and bustle of the big city. And the friendliest people you'll meet anywhere!
