This clinic is amazing. I'm so happy I've found them! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and so compassionate. The clinic itself is clean with nice new equipment and a calm atmosphere for the animals. Their prices are fair and they spend lots of time explaining treatment plans and options. So happy to have quality care for my cats and dog so close to home. Will definitely be back. Hank says thanks, too!! 🐾

The staff is amazing here. I first started going there 3 years ago with our GSD They took us as a walk in. Dr. McKinley ended up sitting on the floor and examining him. She was patient and kind. They have done emergency surgery for us on our corgi who likes to eat rocks, and the pricing has been more than fair. I can not recommend this place enough!!

I live in Pullman and they have some of the best prices. It’s worth the drive. I’ve been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and she’s been a problematic dog. They have been with me every step of the way and answer my million annoying first time pet owner questions and are so calm and nice about it. They clarify things that the internet may confuse you about (for example grain free diets are known for causing heart disease). My dog is nervous around people but they are so patient with her and give her lots of treats to distract her. They genuinely care about her wellness and I highly recommend coming here from Pullman if you can.

This team is truly amazing. They helped us solve a spay/neuter problem with feral cats, and were so professional and kind about it. Their facility is extremely clean and welcoming. In our small town, we are lucky to have access to good veterinary care, and the addition of this clinic is just a bonus. Highly recommend this clinic and staff.

In all my experiences with other clinics, both large and small animal, I've never been more impressed with the office staff and veterinarians than I've been with the folks at Potlatch Vet. Clinic.They are always friendly, professional and caring. Farm calls are equally so. The veterinarians are exceptional.I'd recommend them without equivocation. FIVE STARS!

Excellent customer service, felt like they really go out of the way to accommodate my busy mom schedule and make sure my animals (both small and large!) get the best of care, whether in the clinic or on the farm. Thanks for spaying Belle and dealing with her during her "big dog bravery", and TJ the filly is healing well with her new cast!

Very nice people! They took my dog in last minute after she cut her leg open pretty deep, they stitched her up and had us back on the road in under 2 hours. The price could not be beat either. This is my dogs new vet.

The best Veterinarian in the Northern Idaho Area. Local and friendly and great with all animals. We have been to several Vets from St. Marie's, to Moscow and had several bad experiences. From bad medical work to the animal attentiveness. We were recommended to PVC by several friends and family when asked and they have been unparalleled in their knowledge and experience. They treat all of our animals with care and love. Warm and welcoming to both sides of our family, Fury or human. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had to say goodbye, for now, to Humphrey, my Very Best Friend of 15 yrs. We said goodbye in Potlatch Id., where his life first began, at the Potlatch Vet Clinic approximately 6:30 pm. His ashes will be scattered at a pet cemetery in Washington thats open to the public. It's such a hard thing to do to a being that loves "you" so unconditionally but he was blind, had lost control of his bladder and he was 105 in dog years...He was ready! It was a great first impression of the New Clinic. We were in a regular room, nice and quiet just the 2 of us on a blanket on the floor...not a cold table. I talked to him for a while, with tears streaming like a river, then he went to sleep.It was just he and I the first 8 yrs. We did everything together! He loved camping, going for walks, begging for human food, going for rides and chasing cats. But his 2 favorite activities of ours were Rodeo and going to Dan's house...there were A lot of horses both places and Humphrey LOVED eating horse poop. He would see me coming to ruin his fun and he would just stuff his mouth with as much poop as he could before I got to him😄 I'm gonna miss him so much♡

From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors all the ladies in the whole building are awesomely nice and sweet we to bring our little one cuz she was sick and they walked us and helped us to it and then they helped us get her fixed awesome job guys thank you highly recommended
