Most of all it is obvious that Sue loves animals and your pet is treated as if they were her own. I wouldn’t take my precious babies to anyone else, she is a superstar!

Sue treats your fur babies like her fur babies. I have been going to her for years. I would never think of taking my babies anywhere else other than with her.She is extremely busy and a no nonsense businesswoman. Sue has a heart of gold and she is quite the character. She will call a spade a spade.I have a mother and daughter golden doodles, extremely friendly, been around kids, cats, dogs etc..They like to be together and Sue always accommodates them. Well one time there was a wolfhound puppy there as well. Evidently my two girls decided they were older and tried to boss him around.Sue scolded them and separated them. I had to laugh because I knew exactly what they get like at times so hyper everyone needs to look out. She said once they were separated they immediately calmed down and look like knew what they did was wrong.I won’t use exact words but my two doodles can be bat s:&@! Crazy at times. Sue tells you exactly how things went, for better or worse.While picking them up, the parents of the huge wolf hound puppy came, Sue told my girls (now in my car).You tell them how sorry you are? I apologized of course too, since they do get too big for their own pants.What I’m trying to say is she cares so much and looks out for all of them.I’ve been scolded more than once that I wasn’t brushing or combing the right areas of my doodles but I always wholeheartedly appreciate her tips and feedback.Hard-working is an understatement. I wish I lived closer and could call her my neighbor.She is always helping somebody or doing something in addition to taking care of her business and her many animal babies, even the winged ones.She has her own struggles and never asks for help. She is a great person and groomer.Post Falls is lucky to have her as a business owner, home owner and resident.

When I moved to the area I was looking for a groomer and lucked out by finding Sue. She takes such good care of my girl and she comes back looking amazing. Compared to her old groomer Sue takes her time and gets it done right. She cuts her just the way I like, and welcomes her with open arms. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Sue's services, and I could not be happier. She did a fabulous job with my little 15 3/4 year old, 9 pound dog with a feisty personality. She did exactly what I asked her to do, and was careful with his lumps and bumps and arthritis, and he looks great. I will definitely use Sue again!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THIS WOMAN! I wish I would have gotten around to leaving this review sooner, because perhaps it would have saved others from going through what I experienced with Sue. I thankfully listened to my gut feeling and changed my mind about letting Sue groom my beloved dog, after seeing just the outside of her home. My dog is not aggressive, but when Sue roughly handled her and picked her up, my dog kept trying to bite at her and protect herself. I was as polite has I could be about sharing my change of heart, and Sue rudely gave my dog back to me and did not say another word as she let the door slam behind her. I was so shocked by this business owners behavior and truly wanted to give a warning to other pet owners. Please look elsewhere if you care for your pets! I hope you can do better business, Sue, and I wish our interaction hadn’t gone like it did.

If you want someone to yell at you for inquiring about how their process works then this is the place for you. No customer service skills and overall angry person. I would not trust my pet to go here and neither should you.

Our family loves Sue and the work she does. We are so grateful we were referred to her. The family that referred us, has a large dog that can be quite intimidating to most people; not for Sue! I personally have 2 Lhasa apsos, one gets clean shaven and the other gets a teddy bear cut; she makes them look adorable everytime. Sue is a master at not just grooming, but making your pet relax and feel comfortable, she just has that magic aura about her! We trust her completely with our pets. Great location, easy to get in and out of her place. I also love that she is a tried and true Idahoan! You can feel great about supporting her business! ☺️☺️

Sue was absolutely wonderful with our Golden girl, who was very uneasy about being left somewhere without us. Sue said, “Don’t worry. I’ve got her. She’ll be okay.” She was right. When we picked up our girl, she not only looked pretty, but seemed quite content with getting groomed. We’ll definitely be back.

Sue did a beautiful job on my two pomeranians. They were both overdue for grooming with some mats and one has a couple of medical conditions. When I picked them up they were soft, silky, and cleaned up perfectly. They were both happy and did not seem at all upset like I have seen them from previous groomers. We will definitely be going back!

Sue was very friendly and caring to our scared little 10 year old lady who suffers from anxiety. Where others would not do her Sue said you bring her here and I will take good care of her. Her was very thick due to her double coat.and that she did. She looks amazing. I would recommend Sue to everyone. Thank you so very much Sue.❤️

Sue is a fantastic groomer. My Aeridale had never been to a professional groomer before. I was overly nervous. Glad Sue could schedule an appointment right away. We discussed what my expectations were. She was more than happy to accommodate every service I wanted. Her estimated time for pick up was right on point. When I picked up my dog he looked and smelled absolutely amazing! Sue's 23 years of experience showed in his cut and how quickly she was able to complete his appointment. Very glad to see that he was not over stressed or had a traumatic experience. Sue's prices are very reasonable. Thanks agian!!

I took my nervous rescue dog to Sue for a bath and nail trimming and she was super understanding and made sure my boy wasn’t traumatized. She explained everything she was doing and got him in and out so he wasn’t too stressed. This was the first time I took my dog to a groomers and he did way better than I expected and I think Sue had a part in that :)

I am so happy I found Sue online, my beautiful Sheltie needed loving care since I broke my ankel January, husband had eye surgery and then I also had surgery, she was neglected not getting groomed, Sue did a wonderous job, got all the dead matted undercoat off Gracie, and made her look like a beautiful show dog. (Gracies mom and dad are champion show dogs) and Sue made her look like she could go in the ring with the best of them LOL, I felt like I have known Sue forever, and Gracie I am sure felt Sues love. I recommend Sue to anyone that love their pets. Great experience. Thank you Sue.....Gracie found her Groomer.

Sue is the best, first time I took my standard poodle to her, my dogs coat was a mess and she had been so traumatized by my last groomer that Sue took her time with her and she had her all day. When I picked her picked her up, not only did Sue make her gorgeous but she had been working on Marleys manners and training all day, she gave me back a better dog. Then she took her time to help me by showing me some training tricks and telling me about a halty collar so I could train her and go for walks and not be drug around. I am a senior with severe arthritis and walking my dog was very important to both of us and after I got the halty collar we can walk all over the place. So not only is Sue a fantastic groomer, whose love for animals shines through but she is so much help to me. I love her personality, she tells you like it is and I love that. I would recommend her to everyone.

She was very rude, and constantly patting herself on the back of what a great job she does. When we picked up our baby she comes out with her and just let's her go I was upset by that because our dog could of ran off. She makes her political beliefs known by signs everywhere. I don't believe that business owner should do that. When she tried to clip around her eyes she hit her eye because it was all red on one side. Our dog acted like she was scared to death of her

She not only does amazing work on our doodle but is so overly decent to work with. Our dog got soap in his eye or severely scratched it while he was with her. She called everyday to check on him. We ended up taking him to the vet because of it- he was fine. She paid us back half the vet bill!Our dog adores her and gets so excited when we turn down her road. She has yet to do anything but high quality work. There are a lot of mediocre groomers out there. She is not one of them.

I took my dog here a little while ago; sue was very short, and kind of rude. Then when I went to pick up my dog after he was groomed, I looked him over when we got home, and his grooming was atrocious. The hair was uneven even more so then when I brought him (it had been awhile since he had been groomed because of covid, and everything being shut down.) he had already been groomed a couple months earlier, but it wasn’t done correctly what so ever either. I’m not impressed. I also will not ever be taking my dog here again, my grandparents are also not happy with the way their dog was groomed here either.

I love bringing my shitzu here Soo is the best with animals. I first heard about her from a neighbor who had two little dogs just like mine. It's hard to find a great small dog groomer that does what you want and not what they want. Sue goes above and beyond to take care of your animal like it was hers. You can see her love for animals when you get there. Plus she always gets you in for those last-minute seasonal groomings that you put off LOL thanks you for always taking care of my buddy

Not impressed with the filth. And she don't listen to what I told her to do. Took my westipoo to be groomed in westie pattern but sue instead took upon herself to do poodle. My girl is 3/4 westie so she has fur of a westie NOT poodle. Just now her fur is long enough to get proper westie groom. Definitely not taking her to Sue. And again the filth is a big factor.
