Amazing service and support. There are cheaper ways to get en electronic fence but the training and technical support I’ve received from Steve and crew is top notch. My two labs have done amazingly well over the last year with the invisible fence and love being outdoors and watching the neighbors walking by. There is never any pressure to upsell you on products. Used Invisible Fence Inland Northwest for their electric dog fence. Worked great, professional staff, installation was quick and smooth. They helped trained our young puppy, a lab that learned in one day. We also got the electric doggy door which has saved on told trips to let the dog out. Finally, over the 8 years, we've had breaks in the line due to yard work/construction projects and Invisible Fence repaired the line quickly and cheaply. We had our Electronic Fence installed about 3 years ago. We have 2 acres and we had them install on approximately all boarders. The blue flags went up and our dog has never crossed them. I took the flags up at about 2 years and she knows where the boundaries are. We do attach the electronic collar on her most of the times she goes out. Our dog has not crossed the boarders whether she has the "collar" on or not. We are very satisfied with our investment!

My 3 dogs wouldn't stay inside our fenced 8 acres. The invisible fence saved our dogs from probably getting shot for running in the neighbor's yard and messing with their livestock. Invisible fence custom tailored the collars to fit each dog's needs and personality. And I love the device we put on the kitchen table to keep the dogs out of our dinner plates! Totally recommend the investment.

We have had the Invisible Fence for over two years now and we are just as happy with it today as when it was installed. We purchased the Invisible Fence and a Doggy door and the owner threw in a free puck. This puck has saved my brand new furniture from getting dog hair all over it. The team was so easy to work with and the trainer was awesome. At one point we thought one of our dogs was not going to use the doggy door and after more training, she uses it with no issues. I’ve had my Invisible Fence or more than 15 years. I got my first one while living in Atlanta, and then had one installed when I moved to Post Falls. Steve and his crew are wonderful. They are very professional and spent so much time working with my dogs after the install. I also use the indoor units to keep my dogs off furniture and out of the kitchen. We recently had Invisible Fence installed to help keep our dogs from wandering off of our property and to provide about 2 1/2 acres of safe space for them to freely roam. The whole process took under 3 weeks from getting the quote to the installing the system and burying the wire to finishing up the professional training with our dogs today. They worked with us to make sure the boundaries were set to best fit our needs and then performed a good, clean installation. The trainer worked with our 2 dogs, who are very different from each other in breed and personality, over multiple training sessions to customize their collar stimulations to best suit their temperaments. The results were successful and fast!The financial cost of all this was certainly not cheap, but the quality, professionalism and customer service along with the peace of mind were worth it. As an engineer, I am very much a DIY person and I know what I'm doing with most things. When we looked at the lower cost DIY options from Amazon etc. we had serious thoughts about going with one of those. Now we are 100% confident that we made the right decision to go with Invisible Fence. They have the experience and expertise to fine tune the system and make sure it works for each individual pet; something you'll never get with a cheap DIY. There is no way, we would have been this successful without their help. As our dogs are pretty much a part of our family, this is one of those cases where it is best to not mess around and figure it out yourself. It's absolutely worth it to rely on the experienced professionals who work on these systems every day. We have a Husky that decided to jump the fence of our huge yard after living here for a year. We were so overwhelmed with how to fix this because of the size of our yard, but really wanted to try. We tried training, we tried adding height to the fence, and we researched and ordered a fence system from Amazon that had great reviews and was around $150. After doing all the work to get it set up, we started the testing process and it was randomly zapping when we weren’t even close to the boundary line. After months of trying as many different things we could think of, we were to the point of re-homing our pup because the fear of her getting hit when she got out was outweighing how much we wanted to keep her. I was crying about it at a women’s group one day, and my friend recommended Steve at Invisible Fence. I told her I didn’t think we could afford that since I am a stay at home mom, but was desperate to keep our awesome dog so I skeptically called for a consultation. Heather came over to meet with me and explained ALLLL that Invisible Fence has to offer. We were blown away by the options, the caring and the customer service just in that consultation. What we learned, without them even saying it, was that Invisible Fence is an investment in a lot of ways. For the size of our yard it was around $2000, which was a lot for us, however COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY! I’m not going to explain all they have to offer because I don’t work for them, but I will strongly encourage you to at least get a consultation before deciding you can’t afford it. Our dog is a part of our family and $2000 was much less than the heartache of our furry family member getting hit and hurt or worse. Less than a vet bill, and less than the chaos of trying to find other ways to keep her safe in her yard. The BEST part besides how well it works, was the PRICELESS training that Steve and Heather provide that is included in the estimate! We have had our Invisible Fence and our pup safe in her yard for almost a year now, and I sincerely cannot say enough good things about this business that would even come close to conveying how grateful and impressed we are.

This company is amazing. They came and provided a no pressure bid and installed the fence just as quoted. They called ahead for appointments and did not miss a single one. The installer and trainer did an exceptional job. I cannot say enough good things about this business and this product! We purchased our Invisible fence originally back in 2018. We then contacted them for our move in 2021, they came and installed new wire fencing and set up our transmitter at our new home. Then touched base with them again as we added a new puppy to the family and wanted them to train him for our Invisible fence system. I love that we have an ongoing relationship with the people here! I didn't even realize we could do Invisible Fence via GPS, without needing a perimeter wire. They knew exactly what was appropriate and functional for our property, were very professional and responsive, and then came out to train our dogs to recognize the boundary. When a porcupine took up residence within the "fenced" area a couple years later, it was easy to have the perimeter adjusted and flagged and our pups quickly learned that area was off-limits. We investigated putting in a regular fence around a small part of our yard and it was very expensive. Our Invisible Fence representative seemed surprised when we jumped for joy at the price. It covered so much more area so the dogs could come to the barn with us and around the house. We didn’t believe it would work when deer were running through the yard. But, with the simple training techniques they gave us the dogs reacted very well…even the Chihuahua with selective hearing. Plus during the training we were given a six foot radius trainer for any area of the house we didn’t want them in - kitchen! It was very nice having Steve, the Owner/Operator, come to our home to quote us. He has worked in this industry for years and is very knowledgeable regarding how this fence will benefit all different breeds of dogs. Carson did a fantastic job installing the fence! He had to cut through the seam of our cement driveway, and you can't even tell. He did an excellent job with the first training session with our stubborn dog, Dexter. Carson also did a great job training me on all aspects of how the fence works, if there are any problems, what to do, and how to get the best results from the training. Kennedy, hands down, is the Best! You can tell that she is a huge dog lover and is ready to tackle any obstacle in front of her.
