Associates need to spend more time cleaning up the store as they stock shelves. Also, get better about being down top stock as zoning is done. Clothing displays should not look like a hurricane blew through. Curbside order associates should get better about not blocking aisles, or heavily shopped sections within the aisles.

Tire service has many, many problems. The computer system doesn't book appointments. This has been a recurring issue.The staff is so afraid of a liability issue that they turn down easily fixable issues. Hannah and Eric refused to plug tires and said screw was on sidewall, screw was clearly not on the sidewall (see photo).Heidi and Devon refused to let us talk to a store manager or regional manager. When asked on multiple separate occasions, Heidi wouldn't give a number or contact info for her boss. She was deliberately hiding the issue from them but not solving anything or helping us. All this could have easily been avoided.

I've been shopping here for a few years and have found they often have shortages of some items. The people are generally friendly. I like using the online order system, especially during the winter. Always had a great experience at pickup.

I didn’t get her name, but the lady who assisted me with my online order today was outstanding! It was pouring rain and she remained cheerful and efficient. I was not able to use my app for my curbside order. She took my name and was out to my car with my groceries in less than a minute!

Self checkout has gotten alot better and scan as fast as you can send it. The store is a bit short on a few products but is ok

Great store. Clean, organized. Good selection, although shortages of some items (dairy, eggs, milk products) have some empty spaces. Better fruit choices right now, but fresh veggies not plentiful [winter?]. Great gluten-free choices outside of health food stores.. store is really pushing self checkout, but I still go to cashier when I have a full cart.

Never any regular lines open, always have to do the dyi stuff, then the ravens hover over you to make sure your getting all your stuff scanned. It's a joke.

Friendly enough, peaceful enough, after parking on the far left side out of the way. Laid down to read before sleep and was interrupted with some noise outside. Not to worry- -it was only a crazy person throwing everything out of his live-in car. Looked out an hour later and everything was back in the car- barbecue, clothes, junk-- and he was gone!So if you can handle it, this is not only your typical free Walmart overnight RV parking lot, but you may get some entertainment thrown in for free!:)

What can you say about Walmart that hasn't already been said. They had the salt for the sidewalks, the dog shampoo for Bosco, the socks for me and anything and everything else I could've ever needed or wanted.

Meet Austin, He has exceptional customer service skills. He sat on the phone with Verizon for 45 ish minutes to help me with my phone all the while helping Walmart customers which is far outside his job duties.Thanks Austin, the 13 pro max is awesome.

Meet Austin. He is currently on hold with Verizon, trying to resolve an issue for a customer while I wait next in line. Rather than ask me if there is anything he could do for me, he was on his phone waiting for the customer's phone to come off hold. There was another associate on duty but he was helping a customer with photos. 17 minutes later, 3 people were in line behind me. A guy in a biker suit came up to the counter just as the other associate had finished with the photo customer and said he needed him to open a case for him. I went over and coached your associate (red long hair, glasses) on how to do their job correctly, and take the "next customer in line". I would challenge this location's manager to check out the video footage of the photo counter 10:00AM-10:17AM on June 21st, 2022. Do better!

As Walmart's go, this is a pretty nice one, and very spacious with lots of items. They just added new floors, as well as more items. Their Craft section in particular has doubled in size since I first started going there. Lots of parking as well. The only thing negative I would say is if you've been going there for years, many of the aisles have been rearranged in the remodel and are hard to find.

If you enjoy waiting for 20 min for them to open cosmetics case or for ammo case or even close the main customer service desk early and without notice. If you appreciate a lack of inventory, expired perishables, and rude supervisors (heavy, middle-aged female with dark brown hair: Pam or Leta), then you'll love shopping here! I tried several times to return something, and the above supervisor closed it early. So when she says I'm over the 90-day policy by 3 days and therefore no refund or exchange, it blows my mind. I live far away so it's always a big trip to go to town. It took several times of trying to return $30 worth of goods!! I will avoid this market at all costs.

The shelves at this store ate always empty. I think they forgot that this store exists. I gave them the benefit if the doubt fir several shopping trips now, spanned over several months, because I get it, everyone has bad days and things don't always get ordered, but seriously.. MONTHS!

One of the best Walmarts in the Country. Friendly staff, big Praise to Jan in Sporting and Chris in Toys. Store is clean, as well as the Parking Lot. Also great that they let RVs stay overnight.So overall it is 4.5 Stars, compared to other Walmarts a easy 5 Stars.

First time ever used Walmart online shopping. Horrific horrific experience! I will never use them again! My fault for accidentally pushing the purchase button when I was supposed to push the cancel button. I immediately went up and pushed the council. They still took the money out. In fact, the email I received from them said the purchase would be $127 when in reality they took out 148. In the process of looking at whether I can sue them for fraud. I pushed the chat with us section and told them to call me. I did receive a phone call but it sure took them long enough to get to me. The girl showed on her and that yes I had purchased and yes I had canceled and yes the total was $127. But it still went through my bank cuz 148 and now I have to go through my bank to contest it because Walmart did not give me my money back. And if you do a cancellation within just moments of purchasing something, they get to keep the money for 10 days. What a crock!

I have been using the Walmart grocery pickup service at the Ponderay Walmart for quite awhile now. I started using it after having surgery on my leg and had difficulties walking. At first I only bought items that...well...couldn't be easily damaged because I didn't expect my groceries to be handled carefully. And I was especially reluctant to buy any produce because I'm very picky about that, and didn't expect anyone else to be nearly as picky as I am. The Walmart employees have always been very kind and courteous when bringing my groceries out to my car. Even in bad weather, they don't complain. After using the Walmart grocery pickup service for awhile, I decided to try ordering some fresh produce. I was so surprised when I got home and found that the produce I ordered was as good as any I would have picked. I feel as though the Walmart grocery pickup service is too easy and convenient not to use!
