It’s been one year since my last visit and Dave and the Welcome Dog (Russo) remembered my name. I experienced the same personalized professional care as one year ago. Sandpoint Pack’ nShip is full service. A distinctive feature of the store is the experience of the staff which resulted in a more effective and less expensive solution for my shipping and faxing needs. A unique feature of the store is being greeted by a gentle 12 year old chocolate lab named Russo. I recommend visiting this store exclusively to get the benefit from the breadth of services, depth of experience, and being so enthusiastically welcomed by Russo.

Great place to deal with. Lazlow was more than understanding with my situation trying to get down from Canada to get some packages. Eventually settled on a couple boxes of maple cookies over and above their fee. Can’t complain! dealt with them on a couple occasions before and will deal with them again!

Was personable and extremely helpful the first time I was there, this last time not so much but to no fault of their own.Small private company so they don't do QR codes or any shipping codes from/for online stores like Amazon or Mercari.

Extremely helpful. I shipped here twice in the past week and had an amazing experience both times. The first time my wife and I were accommodated by the owner and he gave us the best rate, helped us packed the boxes efficiently and effectively, and gave great conversation which reduced our stress levels. I came back a little less than a week later with small boxes and the owner told me that he can definitely send the boxes, however, USPS would be the most affordable option that time. I told him thank you so much for not just charging me but helping me get the best deal. He also let me pack the boxes using his equipment even though I was going to ship at USPS. Hands down best shipping company I have ever been too plus they have awesome Christina music in the background!

Fabulous experience!! My goal was to ship 30 pounds of frozen smokies from Wood's Meats, a local ranch. They were going out of state for a big party and I was on a tight deadline. Lazlo, the owner of Sandpoint Pack'n'Ship was amazing! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and we figured it out a plan. He picked up the frozen links from the butcher, packaged them in a cooler with ice, and sent them on their way. The meat arrived on time, the day before the party - thawed, but still refrigerator cold, and our party was a huge success! Thank you, Lazlo!!

No weekend hours at all, its bad enough its standard business hours, i.e. 9 to 5 , starch that 9:30am to 5 so getting to your PO box can be a real hassle and po boxes are for convience . The prices on PO boxes just went up 100% as well... They really need to at least add 4 hours on Saturday if nothing else.

Sort of a 1 man show operation, worked for what I needed but, the paper signs on the door declaring there is a $1 drop off fee for UPS is kind of off putting.. Either you take UPS or you don't. Charging $1 for a prepaid dropoff is kind of petty.. It is a business expense if you have to pay UPS for pickup. Just my observation.

This place would be way closer to the Shangri-La of postal pleasure if they were just open on Saturdays. Saturday is a mail day too, it doesn't deserve to be neglected!
