Very unprofessional. I recommend buying from another retailer.I attempted to buy a new console in store today and was met by a very unprofessional employee. They spoke down to me. Within seconds, Walked away to take photos with an iPad of items on the wall near the register, leaving me alone at the far back corner near the console. Please note I was the only customer in the store and had just arrived and immediately asked about a new xbox console.When another customer walked in. He began the help this person as if our sale was completed. I walked towards the exit and mentioned that I was trying to buy a console from GameStop but would walk across the street to Walmart. The employee proceeded to argue with me over his new customer instead of apologizing and securing a sale.

They sell MTG cards but I was informed that they never have them in stock because staff purchases them before the public has a chance to buy them. Pretty poor business practice, in my opinion.

These guys do their best. Always offer assistance, and have a well of knowledge to give you the answers you have. I've been to many of their stores. This one rocks for sure! 🤘🏻💯

I have been all over the United States while I was in the military. As a gamer that means I have been to MANY GameStop stores and I have to say this one is hands down the best! The Manager Ashton is not only VERY patient with my ridicules amount of questions but he is also VERY knowledgeable. The other employees there such as Ian is also one of the best GameStop employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So thank you for your work guys and I look forward to seeing you soon!!

Good selection of games for all consoles. Staff is always very helpful. If what you are looking for is not there, the staff offers to order it for you and can have it shipped directly to your home.

I literally have been losing sleep over trying to figure out when a certain game was I have called multiple stores and just so happen to call this one and the individual who help me knew the game within five minutes I am so relieved I can finally get a good nights rest without losing my mind over trying to remember this game turns out the game was called dark cloud for PS2 I am so happy to finally know LOL

Everyone was super polite at first, until they found out that I wasn't in the market for a new video game system. Then they took a very condescending tone with me and my questions were swiftly dismissed in favor of helping other customers, who look like they had deeper pockets.

Helpful staff, had what I was looking for, overall good experience. Bought some ps3 games for dirt cheap and ffxv for 17.99 on xb1. They do try to push you to buy the dlc from gamestop and some kind of Insurance just in case your "dog eats the disc" kinda thing but I just said no.

The only place that had a pokemon go plus within 2 hours of me. Employee was nice enough to set his last one aside for me so I could drive and get it. Long drive, was worth it. Just wish niantic and Nintendo would fix the connectivity issues with the device.

Love the business, but some workers have problems pre-ordering games/items, and writing down the correct mail addresses and info for the buyer. Although they do try to fix their mistakes if they can.

It's a store that you can go to. They don't sell food, so that's a downside... But they sell video games and I guess that's a good thing? Idk I don't like video games, but I do like Memes and this place may or may not contain dank memes within, so there's a good possible thing about this such store. The people seem somewhat knowledgeable about such video games and of the dank memes hidden within. If Shia Labeouf lives here, then I like this place. 7/10 would not bang...

Your store makes it unbelievably hard to return a game that didn't work. You gave me a scratched disc and said I couldn't return it because it was scratched. I would not recommend coming here to get any games.

Came to the store 5 min before they closed to get a game I know I know I should not have but the staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable on the product they sell. Great game stop!!!!

With the digital age,gamestop isn't what it used to be,used to like browsing, but now gamestop has almost no stock of used games,so no real reason to go in anymore
