The store was just ok, out of stock on many, many things. Customer bathroom was awful, dirty, no tp! Customer service was basically non existent, two male checkers, never looked at me, never spoke, never smiled. Wow!

The employees are really nice and helpful, the store is stocked well but the 3 stars is for the dirtiest, grimiest store I've ever been to. The windows have never been washed, shelves are full of dust and grease.

Our checker Yvonne at the Ponderay, ID location today was efficient however, not very friendly at all. She was not very pleasant to deal with and while my kids were checking out the old fashioned quarter fed candy machines she made an insulting comment about kids being the reason the machines don't work. My kids were not doing anything wrong & they are well behaved. Maybe have people that are more people friendly work the cash registers

I stopped by a few weeks before Easter to pick up some items. I found quite a few, and made my way to the check stand. I was about 3 or 4 customers back, with no other options as it was the only check stand open. I finally make it to 2nd back and can place my items on the belt. I wait while the clerk slowly rings up the approximate 8 items of the customer before me. When it comes time to pay, the customer realizes that she doesn't have her wallet. She says that it must be in her vehicle and walks out the door. We wait. Approximately 5 minutes later, the customer returns, sans wallet. She tells the clerk that it must be in the restroom and walks to the back of the store. The clerk watches her. A few minutes later, she says that someone else is in the restroom and the customer is waiting. I ask the clerk if she could void that transaction. She says, "Oh,no. I'd have to ring it up again". Now remember, there was only about 8 items. I have more than 30 sitting on the belt, waiting. The Dollar Store is no longer $1 per item. It's now $1.25 per item. We’re looking at an approximate $10 sale versus an approximate $40 sale. That's if the other customer can find her wallet. No problem. Decision made. I told her...okay, well, I have to go back to work. I walk out, leaving my items on the belt. I haven't been back. It's a bummer too. It was pretty much a weekly haunt for me...

This is a nice dollar store, as far as the products they sell.. really kind of small though..The Dollar Tree in Coeur d Alene is much bigger and has an awesome/bigger selection of holiday decorations and such…As for the workers at this store…they have been very rude to me.. could be a lot nicer..

This is a good store with great employees...except for the manager today who rolled his eyes and shook his head over someone paying with a $100 bill. He then got angry when he had to help check people out. It was very busy today. We bought dishes and when we asked for a box, he got mad and slammed a cart into the other carts. We didn't even ask him for the box but a different employee!This guy has NEVER been a good customer service person!

Love this store. They have more inventory than the CDA store. I always find something new at this store. The manager is so friendly and outgoing. Every time I go in this store there is new inventory that is being put out in the shelf’s.

The manager on shift was helpful and knowledgeable. Found everything I needed and was on my way in minutes thanks to him opening a second register due to the slight line that was already open and moving along at a reasonable pace.

For any traveler with today's airport rules this store is a lifesaver. Everything's $1.06 it's not one of them bait n switch fake dollar stores. All bathroom supply less then $9 vs $45 at Walmart across the street.

Nothing is only a dollar, money doesnt grow on trees. This is FALSE advertising and is not appropriate to people who go in expecting to be able to spend their hard earned dollar only to be turned away.

I always shop there. I get anywhere from cleaners to food to make up. I even got tide detergent there. They carry some name brand items there at a bargain.

Go there all the time. I can buy dinner for less than $5.00. they have stuff for your phone, candles,dog and cat food, cards for holidays and birthdays.
