Great business!The dog wash is clean and well kept with everything you need to give a good bath. They have the perfect tub set up for my short legged dogs, as well.Quality pet food, treats and toys.I really appreciate how the customer is cared for by the owner and staff.Lots of opportunity to visit with accommodating hours.Top notch pet destination!

The young man behind the counter was very helpful and immediately engaged himself into my conversation and help me find the right brush for my dogs as well as described the establishments attributes and what service is they had for people to have their dogs groomed or to use the self grooming area for your pets he also helped me with the right shampoos to take care of the parasitic situation that my dogs were being attacked by and I must say that the shampoo work ed right away and the parasites were floating off of my dogs as soon as I started washing them with the very safe natural ingredient shampoo. He was so helpful that I assumed he was the owner of the establishment. The prices were also Fair because the products they sell are of the highest quality the brush I bought had roller tines so that they did not hurt or tangle on my dog's skin or hair and my dog's love it when I brush them with it.

I came for the first time to try out the self service dog wash. My dog gets stressed when we drop him off for grooming, so it's great to have the option to do it myself. When I walked in the lady up front took me back and showed me how everything works. They have 3 washing stations. They provide everything you need to bathe your dog including aprons (for you), shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, ear cleaner, and a scented spray so your dog can leave smelling fresh and clean. They also have blow dryers to get your dog dry quick. Everything is included in one low price.My experience exceeded my expectations! Everything was straight forward and easy to use. Plus they clean up after you (yay for no mess at home!!)We will be back next time my dog needs a bath!

My wife and I are so pleased with the treatment our dogs received at All about PAWS in Ponderay! Our pets needed a nail trim and groom at the last minute but our regular groomer was unavailable. We decided to give All about Paws a try and we were so happy to get an immediate appointment and the staff were so kind and professional. We will eagerly continue our relationship with them going forward. 5 stars plus was truly earned!! An enthusiastic "well done"!!

They ask a lot of questions about the type of haircut, and groom, you want for your dog, and they pay attention to detail. My dog, (Deogee) is notoriously nervous about going to the groomer, but this experience has been so nice for him, and I love picking him up all clean and handsome just a couple of hours later. We also have a Corgi that gets a de-shedding treatment that works great. All three of our dogs come out of there looking beautiful. I highly recommend "All about Paws" for your grooming needs!

I have been coming in to All About Paws with my Alaskan Malamute for over a year now. Every time I come inside I am greeted with a smile and amazing attitude! Everyone is so willing to help in any way they can. The staff also does extremely well at keeping the tubs clean and stocked after every dogs bath, no matter how messy. (PS: I do always clean up my station after I wash my girl because she IS A MESSY girl to wash!) Huge props to this business and keep up the good work! 10/10 Would recommend

This establishment is easy to access with it being located in a mini strip mall right at an intersection with a light. We've never not had a parking spot!The owner, Michelle, is very knowledgeable about everything they sell and carries a few of the hard to find dog foods. I could tell she takes care of whom she hires as they seemed nearly as informed. It's not a huge store but just enough variety including the bulk open treat bins. Beware if your dogs like to help themselves. LOLThey offer a reward program, self-dog wash, and nail trims. Those services are in my mind and I'm not certain about other offerings. Stop in and see what they have to offer. If they don't have what you are seeking, ask, they may be able to order it in!

I love this place. Super reliable, great quality service , and they've automated their appointment scheduling, reminders, and "ready for pick up" through text. So convenient especially when you live outside of Ponderay and juggling errands. Odie loves it too!

Great idea. My girl (dog) wasn't thrilled but bath time is not her favorite. The set up made it easy to clean her and they had everything plus! Our trip was more enjoyable with a clean dog!

I absolutely loved the self serve dog wash. Sure beats bending over the bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, towels and blow dryer supplied and much more.The girls got to pick out treats after too. Will definitely be going back.

Very nice customer service. Friendly and truly pet lovers! We see Michelle for our Dog's grooming and she is above and beyond amazing with her. Our dog had some issues with water and noises but Michelle has eased our girl in to it marvelously! Thanks Paws Pet Pantry !

I've had PAWS groom both of my Poms for years. I tried many groomers in North Idaho and I found that my girls never panicked going to PAWS to be groomed. Michelle and her entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly, sympathetic and sweet and loving and kind. I give PAWS a "thumbs up" and 10 BIG stars.

It's a great place to wash your own dog, and not have to clean up afterwards. They provide all the supplies. Later, a nail trim and a treat or new toy for Fido. What fun!
