My dog attended boarding and daycare while I was traveling for work. I was nervous as I had never boarded him before but he absolutely loved it. He never wanted to leave. The staff was so caring, especially Skylar. They are also very attentive to health needs. He needed eye drops for a scratched cornea (scratched at home) and they were able to accommodate that and his eye healed quickly. He also got a great groom while he was there. We loved seeing his pictures every day. Pocatello Pet Lodge was truly his second home. Rocky misses it!

I wouldn’t recommend Pocatello Pet Lodge, TooTo board ANY LITTLE dog. They KILLED my little 4lbYorkie when they took her outside and then left herUnattended with at least 2 dachshund’s each 4 timesHer size. Those Two dogs were on top of her whenThey finally came back outside. They left it toChance that multiple dogs left alone outside whereNo one could see or hear them would be ok.She died at the animal Hospital later that night.To add insult to the whole thingThey want to call it an accident. That’s NO accident.After I specifically told them she COULD NOT be out ofHer kennel without supervision and COULD NOT goOut with bigger dogs because she WOULD get hurt.You wouldn’t think you would have to tell a businessSuch as this these things. They should already knowThat.The owner would like us to keep it quiet as not to hurtHer business but I feel the truth needs to be told soThis doesn’t happen to someone else’s dog. I would feelTerrible if it happened AGAIN and people weren’t awareThis COULD happen to them.They need to own up to their mistakes and payThe consequences just as my poor little yorkie and mywhole Family has. My wife and I have used Pocatello Pet Lodge since 2014. They are the best in town. Our husky dog goes to the dog day care they offer during the day, we have used their grooming services and have also attended the obedience classes they offer. We have also attended their fundraisers over the years for the community. The price here is hard to beat and all of the services come from friendly staff and they have always answered any questions or concerns and they are 100% honest. For example, today I took my husky, Lucy to doggy day care and they informed me at one point she had vomited. Lucy is not sick however, just to know they saw something and informed me..it meant a lot. The place is always sanitary and they also offer a self service dog washing area open to anyone that wants to personally bath their animal. Blow dryer specially for animals too! I will always come here. I hope this review finds others and you try it out for yourself. You will not regret this wonderful place for your animals.

We take our Corgi here and they treat him with the same care and professionalism as they do our bigger dog at the other location. Pet Lodge Too is conveniently located a block away from the other location so picking up dogs at both locations is a breeze. I appreciate that our dog has a separate location to play with dogs his size and he always leaves happy. The punch card system is also really convenient because I can pay once and am just dropping off and picking up with no hassle. I also love the cute report cards they give out and the pictures I can see on Facebook. The pet lodge also does awesome grooming services too and do a great job and offers daycare.

My Labrador retriever loves his stays there. He is active at age 10 and needs a lot of attention. He gets it! And he’s comfortable in his own bed with his toys as well as stealing balls too! He is always so happy, it makes it easier for me to travel without too much guilt. I know he’s safe and having fun while I’m gone. He looks forward to the techs that play with him. Wonderful service, staff and experience.

We have taken our dog to Pocatello Pet Lodge a handful of times (for daycare only) and have been pleased with the services they offer. They are attentive with the dogs, the place is clean, and they seem to really know what they are doing as far as understanding how dogs interact with each other. I like getting the report card at the end of the day. That is a fun touch. Our dog always leaves tired, healthy, and happy - what more could you want!! We would recommend them for daycare and probably for boarding too. Just haven't tried that yet.

We were in town for the weekend looking at homes. Our original plan had been to drag the dogs along with us but on a bunch I found the pet lodge on google. They were so great and helpful on the phone. The free first day of daycare is great because two of my dogs hadn’t been to one before. We’re so excited to have found the perfect place to drop our dogs off if they have high energy and to board them in the future. I love that all four can be in a family suite together, it makes me feel better that they are t alone. The only thing I’d change really is to get more information on how they spent their day. Especially since two were new to daycare. I didn’t receive that when picking them up but was given a phone call later in the evening per my request. Overall I highly recommend and will be back! :)

Pocatello pet Lodge is very impressive. They really get to know your pet and match your pet up with other pets that your pet would get along with. They are very good at every service that we have ask for including grooming and daycare. Our dog always comes home Happy and excited. I love the personal touch that they put on everything they do. I've taken my doggo (Anatolian Shepherd) to various other groomers, but never really felt at ease when I left her there.I began taking her to Pocatello Pet Lodge about a year ago, and have really loved it. The staff is kind, and accommodating. They really help make our dog feel comfortable while she's there.My family has since moved nearly 600 miles away, but when we come back to visit, we still take her here for all of her grooming needs.

We boarded our almost 5 month old puppy here for 5 days while we visited Yellowstone. All team members were friendly and very responsive. When I was looking for a place to board her Pocatello Pet Lodge had a much more customer service oriented feel than other boarders I looked into, they understood and treated us like she's a member of the family versus an object. Pocatello Pet Lodge, Too posted daily pics to their Facebook page where we could see her and we really enjoyed seeing her report card, those were nice ways for the family to stay connected to how she was doing. Bonus was she was bathed and her nails were trimmed when we picked her up....she was so fluffy and happy!

As my older dog reached the end of her life i utilized services at Pet Lodge Too for day boarding while i was at work. I am very happy with the services provided even though my dogs situation likely wasn't the norm. The self servce dog wash across the street at the main location is great as well.

Wonderful - my highest recommendation. My dogs love going here and it’s their home away from home. The staff is so great with all the dogs, and they really take time to get to know them and their needs. The best feedback is from one of my dogs who’s pretty shy when we take her anywhere. This is the ONLY place where she actually gets excited to go - her tail starts wagging when we pull up to the front door. It’s so cute. Great place!

Pocatello pet lodge is amazing! It was so relieving knowing someone was taking care of our puppy while we were out of town. I love how they take photos of your dog while they stay there so you can see them and know they are having fun. When we went to pick him up they had all our stuff packed up and ready to go. I definitely recommend, they are very kind and caring.

we recently adopted a dog that I'm pretty should was an old livestock guarding dog. he is super gentle with people but weighs 150 and probably never been to a dog spa. the pet lodge did a great job with him. they did his nails, washed, and did a shedding treatment for his coat. so far we have seen a huge reduction in the amount of hair that is shedding. I will definitely be back and would recommend the Pocatello Pet Lodge to others.

WE have been taking our pups to the Pet Lodge and Pet Lodge Too for about 5 years. They love coming, and are always happy and content when they come home....the love that is shown to them is above and beyond any other place Ive had them boarded. When our sweet Willy passed away they sent a card that they all signed, with his picture and many comments about how they loved him. I love this place, and the people that work there.I highly recommend this facility to anyone that loves their pets!!

This weekend was my first time using any type of pet lodging and it was a great experience. They took great care of my dog, with his medication and everything. The pictures they took and posted were a great help in making me feel better about using thier service they provide. I will definitely use them again plus I highly recommend them to anyone who is think about it.

This was my first time using this facility. My dog was at Pet Lodge Too. I really felt the staff cared and felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. When I picked up Lili, she was happy, had been groomed and if she could talk, I’m sure she would have told me she had a good time. I love the Report Card they sent home with her. I highly recommend.

My cat never seems stressed when I pick her up and she goes right back to her normal routine when we get home. When my grandkids come to visit she's weird for a week after they leave. So I trust that the environment is appropriate for her because of the way she behaves after several days staying there. Everyone always has a mask on when I walk in and I love that they post pictures of my cat daily. She has a special diet that requires mixing ingredients and she has never come home with digestive issues. This gives me confidence that they are following the vet's instructions. I love the health insurance they include in their pricing. Best pet lodging I have ever experienced.

I love that I don’t have to worry about my dog, Sammy, when I am out if town. I can tell she is treated great there by the way she acts. They do a great job grooming her too! She is not shedding anymore. She looks amazing and is super soft, and I love the report cards I get. Sammy has horrible breath we have had to get her teeth cleaned before and it still is awful. They did a fresh breath treatment and it worked! I actually let her sit right behind me in the car to test it Instead of all the way in the back, and her breath didn’t stink! I honestly have no complaints and never have. I highly recommend them.

We traveled from out of state and needed a place for our dog to stay during the hot day. It’s a little nerve wracking to leave your dog with strangers, but the staff was extremely friendly, very thorough in explaining how the day would look and ultimately helped us feel very comfortable leaving her with them. We were grateful to have them today and would absolutely consider having her stay there again if needed.

I was visiting Pocatello for a wedding. I had my three dogs stay there. They stayed for day care for three days. They didn't seem stressed when I picked them up.The staff was very friendly and professional. They were really good with my dogs.I would recommend Pocatello Pet Lodge and will use them when I go back.

These people are dedicated to keeping your pet well and happy. My Wife and I send our two pups one day a week. We feel it helps them socialize with other dogs. They have boarding available and pet grooming. If you are looking for a place that is really focused on your pet, go down and get a tour and find out how good these people are.

This was our first time with a newly adopted dog. Our dog is 3.5 and was treatly so kindly. They were punctual and accommodating for our schedule . The staff were SO friendly. I’m very excited we chose to come here instead of a chain. I felt comfortable asking for doggy advice and feel that the staff enjoy their jobs. Thanks again Whiskey will be back 😊
