We talked in unsure of actually making changes in our home but we wanted to just go take a look. We left confident in our flooring option and had narrowed down to a few carpet samples. McKenna walked us through all of our questions and scheduled very quickly to come out and get measurements and an estimate put together. She has been very thorough every step of the way! Brooklyn briefly helped us over the weekend as we finalized color choices and was also so willing to help. Thanks for a great experience so far. In the past three weeks Pocatello Flooring added carpet to our ‘old living’ room and then applied the new LVP on the kitchen floor that has had the same vinyl for 25 years! We were pleased with their great knowledge, service, and timing. Everything was installed timely. It took one day to do the carpet and it took only two days to install the LVP.Their craftsmen were very good at installing the carpet and the LVP. We had Happy Feet LVP flooring and carpet installed and very happy with the looks of both products. We had a few minor issues with the carpet installation and they were professional about seeing to the problem and resolving it. My only suggestion would be that the carpet installers wear some kind of shoe covering over their shoes when installing the new carpet. The owners are very professional and nice to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
