I absolutely love PetSmart!! The prices are reasonable. They almost ALWAYS have what my puppy loves in stock. The Treats Program is amazing with rewards and deals. My puppy is forever grateful for their buy 3 toys, Get one free deal. They have it many times throughout the year. The associates are always very friendly and helpful when I have questions. The variety of items makes keeping my puppy living a happy life. Thank you, PetSmart, for being there for me and my baby, Tomosa!

I am fostering a puppy that's been hit by a car and dumped. Poor little fella needed a blow up cone so he wouldn't get to his wounds. The staff were amazing and ended up helping with a cone for Rollie and a bunch of other stuff to help make Rollie's journey a little easier! Honestly made our day

I'm not sure how the rest of the store operates, but the dog obedience training is amazing so far, and we have only gone to one class. I could tell my golden retriever was catching on right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

Didn't appreciate the lady in the front pretty much telling me not to buy the training collar and why would I need it and that I better not turn it up all the way as if I was going to. And for her to tell me to take him to classes after I have paid for that and didn't work and pretty much accused me of wanting to hurt my dog

I visited this store just to look around at what they are carrying in terms of fresh water fish. Within 10 min of entering the store, I forgot I was there to examine. Instead I felt I was in an aquarium. Tons of variety, healthy swimming and playful fishes, crystal clear tanks, tons of accessories and tank options. If you can afford it, there are several pre built, very good looking sets. It's just very expensive for my hobby size that I am looking for. But if you can afford 500$+ on tank setup, you will not regret it. There are some exotic looking shapes like you see in aquariums too. Easy recommendation (as of Feb 2024)

We live two hours away from any petsmart, we booked our grooming appointment more than month in advance. We left the house with more then enough time to get there, appointment was at 10:30, we left the house at 7:30, however due to the weather we realized we would end up about 15 to 20 minutes late. We called the grooming department more then 30 minutes before our appointment to advise we would be a late. We explained where we were coming from, we gave them enough warning and their response was oh well, we can't help you, you'll have to reschedule. Again we live two hours away. We were going to be maybe 15 minutes late and they refused to help us at all. This trip was a waist of gas, of money and our time because they could not accommodate us maybe 15 to 20 minutes. We will not be coming here again with any of our dogs. Thank you for the terrible service.

Great visit.. saw all the kitties and got all our pet supplies.. everything was neat and in order.even got a few new snails for our aquarium... Which I must say was an excellent idea because in 2 days our tank has become spotless..

I drove from Idaho Falls to Pocatello just to get my cat groomed and I am so glad I did! They treated my cat with so much love and kindness. Kay bathed my cat, gave her a good brush and cut her nails. She did such a wonderful job! She smells amazing and looked/feels wonderful! When I came to pick up my cat the groomer was sitting with her and my cat looked so relaxed with her. They treated her just like their own beloved animal. I couldn’t be happier! Very professional and made me feel very safe to leave my animal with them.

My 14 year old daschund got groomed here today before his surgery tomorrow. He has super bad grooming anxiety, and the ladies here were so sweet and gentle, and took their time with him. He is so cute and extra soft now! They also got his nails really well which is hard to do because he's a squirmy little worm. I Will absolutely be bringing him back again.

We love our local PetSmart because they are clean and tidy. While I never had liked grooming at other big name pet stores, we exclusively see Alice here in Pocatello. She is amazing with our doggy and always helps her look a feel her best! Paying a little extra money gets you a lot better service. For our timid puppy, the extra love and attention she gets is worth every penny!

Was very clean and well organized pet friendly, they have a variety of products. We came here looking for a certain type of dog an was unable to find even though they had a spot. We wondered the store for about 15 minutes an had employees pass us by even with us looking confused an lost in there. Would recommend the store have more active employees in aiding customers but overall a great store.

Very friendly and staff store was really clean. The people in charge of grooming were very nice and welcoming. They have a lot of different varieties of snacks and food. They sell a lot of different animals. I love the couches for guinea pigs. The big problem is there is a lot of dead fish.

Was going to give them a 4 star until I called back to ask them a question, and they laughed at me like I was asking them the stupidest question I could think of and then they called a Co worker of to tell them and laughed about it too. So this is the reason they did not make my 4 star or better pick.

I am livid.. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed 6 days ago. When I arrived at 7am to check him in I was informed he in fact did not. Who failed to make this appointment I called Monday April 26th for a Saturday May 6th appointment. More then adequate time. Once I arrived this morning I should have at least received a apology and sorry you had to drive all the way here so early.. let me squeeze him in. Instead I received a new appointment for a week away and no effort to fix the problem. Your employee made the mistake for failing to schedule the appointment and I was made to feel as if this was my error. Not to mention making my dog anxious being there for no reason. I bragged about your groomer and service now I'm undecided if I will return. The professionalism was absolutely absent from this situation.

First off let me say I like the staff I have interacted with. We bought our son a baby bearded dragon and the girl who called herself the "crazy lizard lady" was very knowledge and helpful. We still shop here regularly and will continue to, but it can be frustrating at times because they're just so short-staffed. Waiting in line for 30 minutes after work while the crickets die in the bag (live 35 minutes away too), or not being able to get crickets because they all arrived dead (common problem in the summer).

Awesome managerI went to purchase some supplies and hermit crab to replace the one I lost from post purchase stress. The manager really knew her stuff about the crabs, which is remarkable as they are a very misunderstood creature. She takes better care of them than all the other stores in the city. Seemed a person geniunely passionate and invested in giving them the best care she could.Most of the store's over priced, its petsmart, but the people there are super knowledgeable.Very impressed
