Jimmy John’s use to be freaky fast. It is now freaky SLOW. Not just this location. However this location was really bad. Don’t use this location unless you can give them half your life waiting. Loose the shirts, the slogan no longer is true!!!!!!!!Sitting in my car waiting for a sandwich for 1 hr. I can’t leave, I can’t get my food, and I’ve wasted a good portion of my gas tank. I thought they may be under staffed but when we got to the window 2 people were working while everyone else was just standing around doing nothing. I counted 6 people, not sure what was happening but it wasn’t going well.The parking lot is a joke. No where to park. Can’t turn around to escape. It’s horrible.Why did Pocatello okay this business site? I can count 3 cars ahead of me. 4 cars behind me. 5 near misses with people trying to leave.Update corporate Jimmy John’s replied to this post before we got our meal.

They will make anything right. My tips: Ask for extra veggies, I like the number 9, and the Cajun chicken looks good. Also, you can get a free sandwich on the website. Steven helped me out, their staff is great!

Was in the drive through for 5 min. So responce or greeting. We drove up to the window and saw 2 people standing around 3 people making sandwhiches. Had to tap on the window before anyone greeted us. Asked if the speaker box was broken and the person who greeted us said "thanks for telling us", closed the window and walked away. After about 2 min someone else came to the window and told us it would 30 min before they could serve us. What?! Aren't yall supposed to be "freaky fast"? Absolutely ridiculous.

I called to get food delivered, and I told them I wanted the large #7, processed everything, paid, and was waiting, they called me back and asked if I wanted that as a large or small sandwich, I said I wanted the 16. The guy on the phone told me he had to charge me extra because the new delivery person messed up the order. That should be on them not the customer, I will not ever be ordering from them anytime soon

After 3 years of loyal cheerful employment at the 5th street Jimmy john’s they are decreasing the delivery drivers ( my daughter) pay by 4 dollars an hour to boost their profitsBoycott this sandwich place. Go to Firehouse Subs, go to Goody’s, go to The Works, got to Subway, go to Jersey Mike’s, plenty of other places to get your sandwich fix!!!!!If they don’t deliver use Door dash#jimmyjohnssucks #jimmyjohnslowpay

Thought I had found a fast, no frills place for lunch delivery. Nope. Ordered today with an hour to spare before I had to be in a Zoom meeting. Half a sandwich and I’m 5 mins away. Called after order had been out for delivery over a half hour and was told driver was on his way to me. 15 mins later, still no driver. Called and cancelled. Woman on phone says they just have a staff shortage and it’s the way it is. Driver pulls up as I’m going into my Zoom. I tell him it’s cancelled. He gets an attitude. I tell him it took over an hour, he says, “that’s life.” No apology. No concern or chagrin. Just straight attitude. Which makes me think the Freaky Fast Delivery thing is just hype.If you need it fast, use Uber Eats or Door Dash…not this Jimmy Johns.

Took an hour and 10 minutes to get 1 sandwich, paid for extra onions, maybe it had 2 of them...asked for mayo packets got 0. I live on 12th, not even far from their location...tomatoes were not red, they were green and had 3 baby ones is all...paid for bacon, got 1 strip cut into 2 pieces!!!! This is sad how bad this place went down hill!

Surprisingly a lot of bad reviews, I personally have never had a problem with this location, besides when they had a website error and I had to order over the phone, otherwise I've always gotten the correct order, It's never taken more then 30 minutes for delivery (and I tend to order during the busy time's, noon or around 5) When I've gone to the actual locations I've never seen anything wrong. I've only ever had one odd experience and that was when I went through the drive through and The girl who greeted me looked like she had been crying that day with puffy red eyes but she still acted professional with a little strained voice usually associated with crying. Otherwise It's a great place, food is always good and like I said never had a wrong order happen.

We order from this place about once every 2 months. They always get my sandwiches wrong. Adding hot peppers to my sandwich when I did not request it. I AM ALLERGIC to PEPPERS! The manager Erica says it's because of the new trainees. I left my store to get this corrected, and the store front was a mess as well. Dirt and garbage all over the floor. I have a video of it. I am done giving this place any more chances. Strongly DON'T recommend this store.

I was given a sandwich without any of the modifications i asked for after she read me back my order with my modifications listed. I have been here multiple times and this is not the first time this has happened. Along with the staff not being very friendly. Probably the last time i’ll be back.

Might I suggest new management? As a manager myself I understand the difficulties we face and I give a lot of grace without complaint. Finding help is hard, not to mention good help. This location is simply broken. There isn't a piece of the process that doesn't need help. Freaky fast is the slogan, but my last several experiences have left me sitting in the drive through for up to 10 minutes, as the only customer. Reading other reviews it seems I was lucky to Have only waited that long. Every order is somehow wrong. Ask for the sandwich to be cut in half? Never. Ask for mustard packets, sure! They won't be in the bag tho. At the window I was "greated" by a girl complaining about her coworker. No hello, no "your total is". The customer service is non existent. From the window I noticed trash all over the floor. Slip hazard? Health department? Unclean. I love your sandwiches, please fix this location. PLEASE

If I could do 0 stars I would!! We waited about an hour and half for our delivery and when I called to get an update it had been taken with 6 other orders, this place is a freaking joke.... freaky freaky fast?? More like freakishly slow!! Slower than molasses in the winter time. As I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting for my order!!

I ordered some sandwiches, chips, and cookies. Everything was great but they forgot two cookies. So I called the store and they immediately asked if they could send another driver to drop them off, but with gas prices the way they were I asked if they could just credit my account, which they did. Their sliced wheat sandwiches are amazing! And the service is great. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I work at a nearby business about 3 blocks away and cannot leave to pick up our orders and my boss is very elderly, so the delivery option is key. We are very frequent customers sometimes ordering twice a week. I have kept returning with good faith and I'm not sure we will be ordering any more, often times our sandwiches are not correct. Even more often we are waiting for an hour or more for our delivery. Today I called after an hour after order submission with no notification it was out for delivery and no order had shown up. I called the store and they said it was there waiting, they were just waiting on their driver to return from the university a small number of blocks away. After another hour the order was delivered, meaning our sandwiches had sat out made for over an hour (this is not food safety practice) and took two hours from order to delivery. I was told by the delivery driver a credit would be automatically applied to my account the next time I order. I'm not sure what is continuing to go on at this location but the manager and location owner need to be looked at by corporate.

I chose Jimmy John's not because their sandwiches are amazing but because they're usually fast. This location does not know the meaning of fast service. Almost a 20 minute wait for the drive-thru??? The workers are doing their best, just mismanaged. Avoid this location.

Their was 4 ppl working and only 1 of them was making sandwiches (with a full drive thru line and 3 of us customers in store) so it took longer than usual to get food and we where in a hurry the gal making our sandwiches was awesome tho she did the best she could working solo and at least 6 tickets on the board to do. Not including the rest of the drive thru.I'm disappointed with the service and lack of concern from the other workers that clearing where not willing to help her make food just keep chatting with each other. Thanks for the yummy food tho it's as good as I remembered it was.Parking: If only they could find another location with a bigger parking lot or be able to expand their lot to accommodate. It's so small I got blocked in by the drive thru today cause it was so small I could not back up without waiting for car behind me to move (in line at drive thru)

This JJ's used to be so well run! I suspect management changed. Now it is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. Lately we inconsistently get the correct order. Today we waited 20 minutes for sandwiches after ordering in the shop. It was lunch and it was busy, but there were 3 employee doing more gabbing than working.

Been eating at Jimmy John's for years. Love the sandwiches. There are always fluctuations in how fast they complete orders. It depends on how busy they are, how many staff they have, training new staff, special orders etc.I've used this location numerous times, as I would not do a potentially negative review on only one experience.Bar none, this is the slowest location I have eaten at in Idaho, Utah, Nevada, ETC... take the extra 2 minutes to goto the one on the other side if town... they are stellar.
