Just spent 15 minutes trying to gather up the nuts in the bolts that I would need to complete my project. I bring them up to the front, and the man tells me that I need to put them in bags and mark the prices down. I go back to where I started, and I don't see any bags or anything to mark down prices on the bags. So, to make things as easy as possible for the checker, I take pictures of all the barcodes so he can just scan them in. I go back to the front. He tells me he can't scan anything even though he's sitting there holding the laser. By this time, I'm frustrated enough that I decide I'm going to get my nuts and bolts somewhere else. I hope this community has at least one other place where they can buy Hardware.

I moved to Plummer 2 years ago, & am pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of items carried here. Staff has always been very courteous, helpful, and really patient with my lack of knowledge on hardware & yard items. I have been there dozens of time; they always find exactly what will work. It's my go-to store! Plus, they never laugh at my questions 😊.

I stopped to find some parts to improvise a repair on my bike trailer before going out on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, and was able to find what I needed. I noticed that the store did stock a few bike tires, but not a big selection. Still, consider the size of the town, the store was well stocked.

Go to place for a dang good selection and good prices especially since they have no taxes added. The staff is smart about what they carry and will help you or leave you alone as requested. I could truck to Spokane or CdA...but this is closer, and with no taxes often much cheaper, and revenue supports good works of the tribe...like jobs, housing, tribal bennies and the pool. Win win.

Horrible customer service. Purchased something during the COVID time.m and they would not accept returns. Then I called to ask if I could return it and they said they would not accept anything if it was over 30 days. Ask to speak to a manager, he said he is in the bathroom. So I said I would wait. Then he said or no he won’t be here until Monday. Frustrating.

Got 6 of same thing for .79 each and they charged me over $2 for 2 of them and the kid just said I dont lnow what's going on. He also did NOTHING to fix it. What a joke!

The selection was alright, but the lack of service was very unhelpful and dismissive. I went in looking for an item, was told, "nope we dont have that"... I went searching through the aisle myself and found a similar replacement. It was not a very nice custom experience.
