Nice small town feel, but the shelves look like they're going out of business. I have stopped by there three or four times and mostly they don't have what I'm looking for. Common things that I'm sure they once carried, but sold out and never reordered. I hate using the big box stores, but sometimes there is no choice. If these folks stepped up their game, I'm sure the locals would reward them with more business.

I have always been welcomed walking into the store. A small town hardwear store with great prices and as an aditional bonus they now stock some incredible bass dishing tackle, including hooks, weights, rod socks, crank boots and an amazing selection of soft plastics. 10 out of 10 will be shopping here again.

It is so handy to have a neighborhood hardware store. Darts True Value certainly isn't getting rich on me, but I really appreciate them being there. I restore old cars as a hobby. I am always needing some small screw, hose, woodruff key or other hardware item. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went here to buy a pool yesterday and realized It wouldn't fit in the back of my car if I bought it. The guy working at the time informed me that he could bring it home for me in his truck if I didn't live to far. I was amazed at the customer service and thoughtfulness of these people! We now finally have a pool, which for some reason in idaho is always hard to find. I will be coming here more often, they made such a great impression!

Always low on inventory...unfortunately their empty shelves make it necessary to drive to home depot every week. They also have staff who are very vocal about their conservative political pro Trump views. Not very professional but they are friendly enough.

Went in to Darts to buy a quart of red latex gloss paint. Was directed by an employee to look on a shelf. Only thing that was on the shelf was gallons of barn and fence red latex stuff. I’ve never bought paint before. I asked the employee if this was all they had and he says yes. I purchase the latex stuff and head home. Wrong stuff so my dad goes back and the employee lies to him saying the employee walked me through picking colors on some board that was never shown to me. All the employee did was show me the cans on the shelves and said it’s all he had. I even called my dad while at the store and he told me to ask the employee to make the paint. The employee said I had to pick one of the cans off the shelf.Will not be going back.

Great place to get rug shampooers any and all home improvement items most of the staff is great there's a couple workers who were a little bit grumpy.. Rude.. but otherwise would definitely recommend them

The old man working there was the rudest man I have ever tried to deal with. After holding for about ten minutes on the he said he couldn't help and hung up on me. For a little mom and pops store you would think they would be better to deal with.

The place to go for helpful, knowledgeable and caring experience. I had just moved to the area and I came in looking for someone to help me with a screw that had been put on by the jaws of life. I tried YouTube, I tried yelling at my girlfriend, I tried praying, I had lost all hope. Little did I know my prayers would be answered when I met Jeff. We got the job done quickly and wasn’t even going to charge me. To keep my man card, I asked him what tool he would recommend and he turned me onto some vice grips in case I ever have this issue again. Of corse I’ll just came in and see Jeff. Love supporting small business; the blood line of America.

Wow great selection of top quality accessories for tools. Diablo and Freud make best circular saw blades, osc. Carbide blades and router bits in my experience!

This place is the worst. They are very rude and never have anything in stocks. Save your time and energy and drive down to home depot instead.
