We absolutely love the store and the people that work there we go there at least two times a week and spend lots of money we switch from Walmart just because of the customer service. The store is great. Well-maintained cashiers are wonderful. Management is wonderful but I’ll tell you what there’s an elderly woman named Donna who works on the pick up orders She is the only rude person I’ve ever dealt with at this Albertsons. If this was my first experience with the store I would never go back I’ve done three pick up orders and two of them. I had to deal with this lady. She is just so rude. My wife went to pick up an order today and she had a most terrible experience with this lady again, there is a young girl that does pick up orders also and this girl I don’t have her name but she is very nice. I believe The store should do something about this woman. She is not friendly and I’m extremely upset. I give the store and the normal customer service five stars I give this woman absolutely no stars. In my opinion she should not work there.

Staff is great prices are ridiculous. The same food at winco is 1/2-1/3 the cost. They gouge the small town with horid prices because they are the only store in town. I am completely finished with albertsons. 3.49 for a 2 liter of soda and 9 dollars of a 12 pack. 5.49 for milk. Can't get out of the store with decent coffee for less than 12.99 and that's the small pack. Every trip for one bag is at least 45 dollars. Meanwhile I'm sure they have record profits this year. 8.99 a lb for brisket? Don't even come back at this post and say times are hard for everyone. This isn't even new for your company.

Lovely clean store and new remodel is great. I only stop in for one or two items because prices still over the top, so I go elsewhere. I miss Joe. He knew how to run a store, but that was long ago.

I was just in line at the Albertsons in payette and witnessed two employees being so rude, dismissive, inhumane to a tiny old lady that it made me sick.Whoever works your self check out at 2:45 on Monday needs to be spoken to. Long silver-haired older woman. And the young Brown-haired box girl does too. Im not from here I was visiting my sister it was absolutely disgusted at that vulgar display of humanity I just witnessed at this "friendly neighborhood supermarket".Everyone deserves a modicum of respect and dignity and it was NOT given. Shame. Never in my life.

We go there all the time spend a lot of money the problems we have is with the service desk. We purchased a money order as I do every two weeks then noticed I had 3 checks that month so decided to write it to myself and cash it and the woman who sold it to me said they can't do that? Then if you're there even 5 mins before they open she will not help you I then went in for a money order which she knew what I was there for and immediately said the machine was down didn't even try. I feel like she's just being lazy. I have never been told a money order machine was down anywhere EVER.

Store is very well organized. I love the bright flowers when you walk in. The aisles are clear to read, store is kept clean, and they are always friendly.

It is located not too far off highway 95, but far enough to not feel busy and rushed. The parking lot isn't too big, but it is manageable. The store itself is large enough to carry quite a variety of foods and items. I do like that they have a lot of allergen-free foods. The prices are pretty decent. The store is fairly clean all of the time.

Things are hit an miss here, go in for Buffalo wild wings sauce. Says in stocks but it wasnt so I asked an the go to answer is we have it in our order so tonight's freight.....30 min wait for meds that are READY for pickup. Expired dog treats are 50% off if you dont notice 3 months past expiration date

Stopped in here in payette to grab a quick deli lunch, got it out to the car realized the lettuce to my sandwich was sticking outside of the package.I have no idea how many people have touched that! Bought some chips and this seven layer bean dip once it got tiped upside down in the bag it all separated when I got back to the car even stirring it didn't help. It really doesn't taste very good.I'm thinking it's just about to turn. Anyways not impressed with their deli at all,the other wrap that we bought was the kind of soggy the cheese was real slimy that's the best description I have of that. Anyways they could do a better job otherwise everyone in the store was nice we were quick and quick out.

Nice grocery store. Prices on the high side. Convenient to my home. Ordered a decorated cake three days ago. Went to pick it up after my designated time. They overlooked the order so the personalized cake wasn't made. I ended up with a plain, frozen 2 layer cake.

I called inquiring the status of a product I had a rain check on. Matter of fact I called quite a few times and the response was always the same, they were more than happy to physically go back and check to see if the product was in stock. They have always been cheerful and helpful.

I love this place! Prices can be high sometimes, but the quality is worth it. The produce usually looks great, the deli always has good choices, and their bakery is great. Their own brand is really good and the coupons are often really helpful! The people are super nice and helpful too :)

This location has no idea how to manage their Omni door dash business. They don’t know that some orders have red cards to shop for customer and some orders are their responsibility because we don’t have red cards. They were rude and lazy especially the young dark haired woman don’t be disrespectful because you don’t know your job!

I love albertsons food, always great prices, great on meat selection. I spend alot of money there but I also have a big family so I spend a reasonable amount lol. I love there cakes! The best cakes I've ever tasted! And they do custime cakes that you like, or want. And they never disappoint

There was a lady in store today making a HUGE fuss about taking $2 off her ground beef and the app was not working for the discount. The cashier, Brenda, and management were very polite to her despite her rude remarks throughout the entire transaction. They gave her the discount but some people are never happy. Brenda was great as are all the staff I have experienced there

We went in to grab a few things and saw that only the self-service registers were open. Apparently no one worked there. Spoiler alert, I don't either!I don't get paid to use your cash register and bag my own things. I even get a discount on the things I buy.We went to another store that actually EMPLOYS people to do that job.Thanks for asking.

Great pharmacy, and the fresh food is inviting. Especially since you have to stand right next to it while waiting for your prescription. Ever wonder how many sick people cough, sneeze and handle the food while waiting in line? ALBERTSONS! MAKE A CHANGE IN YOUR STORE! YUCK!

First time I had been there as just moved here.It was pretty busy as we needed things and had to do it at the busy time of day.Cashier's were helpful and fast so it didn't take long to be out and going home.I had transfer my medications as just moved here. The person in charge for that was very friendly and quick so was done in no time to shop!

Always clean. Well stocked. Was slightly frustrated with the wait time at the customer service desk. The customer behind me got helped before me by a 2nd clerk, and she left when she was done helping them.

Rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine and when I got it home I noticed the clean water tank was dirty. I then checked the recovery tank and it was filthy, I then checked where the rotating brush is housed and it was a nightmare. The brush was covered in dirt, hair and carpet fibers. The area that houses the rotating brush was packed with dirt, hair and carpet fibers. The entire underside of the machine was filthy. It took about 30 min to get the machine clean before I could start cleaning the carpet. I called the store to let them know they rented me a filthy dirty machine and reminded the employee when I returned it but he could care less. I should have gotten a discount for having to clean the machine before I could even use it. I'll never rent another carpet cleaning machine again.. If you decide to rent a Rug Doctor, especially at the Albertson's in Payette make the clerk inspect the machine thoroughly in front of you first.

Albertsons in Payette is clean and everything stays stocked. The prices are outlandish because it's a small town. I'm assuming. Also watch the sale prices because they have upped the price on a product and then advertise it as if it was on sale making it the same price I would have paid for it to begin with. Some sale prices are credited to your rewards card and not reflected on your receipt on the online app. Their local delivery is excellent. My favorite. If you're out of something they can deliver it within 4 hours. Be careful with their precut veggie and fruit bowls better out on the floor in the produce department. They're not always fresh. Sometimes they're using products there are needing to be used. The staff is really nice. People still work covid masks in there but you don't have to. It's a small store so you can get in and get out. They also have curbside pickup and a drive-thru pharmacy. One of my regular stores
