Ian was our service tech today. He was very polite, thorough & knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained all of the procedures he was doing in order to protect our home from any kind of creepy crawly things, inside & out. I had to call to make sure we could make our schedule work with his & they changed things around for us. I love this company. I KNOW they will take care of us.

Had vertex in Meridian, ID and since moving to Twin Falls, ID we thought about switching pest control due to the lack of attention to detail and customer service. HOWEVER, I was very impressed with our technician (I believe it was Cody, he was out of cards). Great customer service, took his time with our service and hit all the areas we requested. I am happy we decided to stay with Vertex after this appointment.

You can walk around if they would schedule their appointment with you instead of just showing up or give you the call that was my only issue I was supposed to have a call before they came and my security cameras showed them here without me there, but I was able to go home and review with him what was done and he was very polite about it, and took care of things very professionally, I would definitely refer them but that’s why that’s one star off

Vertex has been a life saver for me. I’m squeamish when it comes to bug and mice! I’ll admit it! So I finally broke down when my friend told me about them and I have not regretted my decision since! I live in a country home amongst lots of farm ground so mice are given, but I’ll say I have seen much less activity since having vertex come to my home. Also I used to get horrible earwigs, wolf spiders, and black widows. I have seen any widows since having vertex come service my home and very very little activity of anything else. And when I do they come out and reserve the house for free! The gentleman that come out are just that GENTLEMAN! Always so nice and professional! The staff over the phone is also always polite and eager to help when I call in! I recommend them to anyone looking for pest control!!!

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He was very clear and detailed about the products he would use and exactly how he would apply them in each area.After he explained everything. Ian went right to work. Because our fence has the post and rail side exposed, Ian sprayed the whole fence top to bottomHe also made an additional effort to throughly spray on both sides of our 5th wheel trailer and fishing boat.We appreciate everything Ian did and look forward to seeing him on the next service call.
