I was born and raised in Paul, My father and Mother shopped there and they do provide excellent quality of meat always have and they are very polite because people are Raised correctly more often than not. One slippery one slips through the cracks once in awhile. I had the privilege of helping. Elderly and Widows with their lawns ECT. During the summer great town.

I grew up going to Swensen's all my life, & now every time I come to visit my family in Idaho I look forward to shopping here, however there is a very unfriendly woman that works at the front. I noticed over a period of time after her checking me out that she would tell the person in front of me to have a good rest of their day & when I get up to check out she never says a word or greets me. I can not believe she did not say you're welcome after I said thank you TWICE. I asked my father if he knew her and he knew her name to be Norma. I hope this message finds management & I hope Norma can find it in her heart to be friendly and respectful to EVERYONE as it truly does make an impact.

I find that though the prices here are comparable to those at similar chains such as Ridley's or Stoke's, the staff here is incredibly friendly. Every single associate I've walked past had the most sincere smile and general warm attitude about them, and every single one asked how I was doing and if I was finding everything I needed.The company doesn't lie when they say it's the store that feels like a family. It really does, and I enjoy shopping here.

This place is easy to find. Has plenty of parking. Is wheelchair accessible. Is clean and well organized with plenty of name brand items to choose from. Offers weekly specials at great prices. Friendly and helpful employees. Another plus about Sweden's is their case sales that they offer 2 to 3 times a year which can save customer's a ton of money through out the year.

Worked there manager Very rude to staff. Always feels dirty in store prices way over Priced! Manager embarrassed me in front of customers talked to me like I was stupid. DON'T WORK THERE

Pretty hit and miss with the customer service. Some days it's wonderful, others people are just not friendly! Love that it's so close to my house, but I usually end up at Smith's because of better prices and happier faces ☺

We love small town, locally owned businesses. I've been coming here since I was a kid. This is the only place around to buy Clover Leaf milk and butter in the old fashion milk bottles. It's an old building but they have just finished redoing the front entryway.

I have never had such a horrible customer experience as I did tonight. Cashier 107 on my receipt.. there was no name of cashier was very rude.. didn’t even greet me and gave attitude. Will not be returning to this store ever again.

I received horrible customer service today, 12/21/21 at 1:14 pm. I wasn't greeted at the register and I had to ask for my total because the male cashier didn't say not even one word to me. I didn't see a name tag. He wore glasses. My receipt has 01 108 which I believe is the cashier number.
