The staff was friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair, especially for what you get. They have lots of different flavors for their drinks, and if you have to have sugar-free like methere are lots of options. And the food is DELICIOUS, and you get good portionsizes!!! I definitely will be ordering the Loaded Pulled Pork Mac 'N Cheese again. It was recommended that I try the Buffalo Chicken Mac 'N Cheese next time, though. I definitely recommend you give The Vault a try.Kid-friendliness: Kid options on menu. Staff enjoys seeing the kids come in.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp to access door. There is a button to push to open doors. Tables are Wheelchair accessible.

This place is full of good stuff! I’m a frequent flyer here as I work just down the block. They have fresh food, great coffee and wonderful shopping. I can’t get enough of the super cute earnings they bring into the shop. Very friendly people here too that are very welcoming. I appreciate walking through their doors to have them holler out a “welcome in!” It’s a touch of hospitality ya just don’t see anymore.

I will start by saying I am an employee here. That being said, what a fun place. All of the employees have fun. We keep each other built up and keep the atmosphere fun and upbeat. We have amazing drinks served all day, hot and cold. A fun new food menu that our customers seem to be enjoying because they keep coming back.Come and try it yourself. My husband and I and another couple went out to Parma to try this place for lunch yesterday. The menu was a bit limited, but we all loved our food. The 2 guys each had the pulled pork salad. It was so big, with with so much pork, at only 10.00, a real deal. I had a delicious grilled chicken wrap, and my friend had the chicken sandwich. The staff was so friendly, and retail part of the store had so much cool stuff. We heartily recommend that you give it a try. We took the scenic route from Caldwell to Parma, and the drive was beautiful.

I have been placing orders with Cappuccino Cowgirl for several years and enjoyed the service we were given. However, since it has been under new ownership the service I have gotten has been extremely unprofessional, rude and at times downright disrespectful! I will no longer be giving Cappuccino Cowgirl my business, I'll go to the Chevron gas station for my coffee, since I get better customer service there! If I could I would give Cappuccino Cowgirl no stars!

Coffee is alright, not great but not bad. They apparently use an entire can of whipped cream when you ask for a whip cup for your kid. That seems pretty ridiculous if you're just getting a treat for your little. They charge $2.50 per cup which is reasonable taking into account they're using an entire can. However, they don't give you a punch for it on your card which is unreasonable at almost $3 a cup. I used to love this place and they do have an advantage being the only coffee place in town. I do think that you'll get more for your money driving to the nearest dutch or human bean. The prices have definitely increased with the change in ownership.

First visit.... won't be our last! We walked into a really cute and comfortable setting. The waitress was cheerful and quick. We had an amazing lunch. The sandwiches were on homemade bread! Wow! This homey restaurant was so clean and fun. We will go back.

This is one of my favorite spots! The staff is friendly and I love the breakfast burritos. The shop also has a lot of cute items. It's worth a stop by on your way through Parma!

The first time I was there, she answered all my questions and made recommendations without acting put out that she had to explain anything to me. I went 4 times in the first week after discovering this place.

I have never had a worse experience in a coffee shop. I ordered two baked goods already sitting at the counter one mocha and one drip coffee it took them over 30 minutes to produce my order and get it to my table. The mocha I order tasted like chocolate syrup and coffee with watered down milk. 15 minutes after I ordered and the people behind me had their order delivered to their table less than informed barista told me that the drip coffee is over there. When I got there I found powdered creamer and burnt coffee. Needless to say or explain any more it was a terrible experience. And the Pull-A-Part was as dry as a paper towel. I would suggest giving the gas station out your business.

Okay. It's not on Yelp or any search engines. There is no sign. It's an old Wells Fargo bank building turned into a great coffee and lunch place. Well worth the hunt and wait. Delicious, homemade sandwiches. Friendly service and a large variety of drinks. Good luck finding it! ;)

I still try to come in and get my blended Kona Mocha with extra coffee whenever i can. Thanks guys. The owner is probably one of the nicest and friendliest people I know
