I love the friendliness of the girls who work here, professional yet casual so it isn't too business stiff. They do a great job with my mom's dog Everytime I bring him in. He's normally jumpy and all but he is totally chill when he goes there. Highly recommend them.

The truth is this place was everything I needed, kinda sorta but it was way over priced to the point where I wondered how come I was charged so much and then proceeded to call salons for my pet all over the area where other salon owners asked me how come I was charged so much. What I told them I wanted, I never got. She, whomever was cutting my pooch, cut his hair way closer than I expected and the ironic thing was she told me his hair on his tail was full of mattes, and would most likely be buzzed off and yet his tail was barely touched at all. I have a standard poodle and it had only been 6 weeks since his previous cut so I know it wasn't overly matted and I keep him in a teddy bear cut. His hair was only a little long around the top of his head and not really matted through his all over cut at all, but she carried on about how he would need to be shorn a little closer than what I was expecting, and truth was I've had him shorn closer than what I got him back this once and only visit, but they pretty much chopped all the areas that weren't matted so close he only had one matting on his head, I probably could have cut it out myself and no one would have been the wiser, but I was shocked to see him given a complete buzz cut except for the declared overly matted tail. But then I don't even see my dog until well after they tell me it costs 120.00 for the grooming. I have never paid so much to have a dog groomed in my life. I thought I would try to keep my business local to the area where I just moved to thinking they couldn't be higher than Kalispell, Montana where I moved from but no, they were overly $50.00 more than my usual fair..... not including tip. It seems like they charged me for every separate thing he had done which they advertised "Ala carte" items. My last groomer was a flat 60 to 75 depending on if my dog ran through burs or not. But the worst feeling was watching my dog walk through their doors into the foyer looking like he was accidentally mistaken for a sheep 🐑 that just got shorn rather than the standard poodle he is. I know he wasn't that bad off that it should have cost that much and on top of that his poor nails had been trimmed so sloppily that it made me wonder if the person who cut them was new to the job.....If he looked good and I got what I wanted, it would have been no big deal that I paid 120.....even though I'm still shocked that it cost 120. People in Boise told me maybe 90 was the highest they charged all depending on what I wanted done in grooming. Oh well, I'll just never go back there and drive the extra 20 miles to find someone else.

I have been pleased with the work they do if you can get them to keep your appointment.Always rescheduling me last time I was the first one Friday (after I had had that appointment for 3 months) they text 45min before to cancel because of snow but opened sat no word since (but she has lost 6 dogs because of this ) just saying (GOODLUCK)!for some reason. They totally just shaved my dog. It cost 60 for that. I could have done it myself if I wanted him shaved to the skin . It doesn't even looked like they tried to make an effort.

We took our Golden Retriever in to the Parma location for a bath and to trim the fur around his toes. I confirmed this at the time of drop off as well. When we picked up Maverick we saw that they buzzed his head and around his ears and chopped off the end of his tail. This is not what we asked for and definitely a bad haircut for this breed of dog. We have had a great experience with the Nampa location but we will not be returning to the Parma one.

The ladies in Parma took great care of my chow/doodle mix. He’s still a spastic pup and his coat was a disaster after he got into some cockleburs. They were very kind and patient with him, and I can tell he feels like a million bucks. Highly recommend! Price was also very affordable considering his size and all the time/labor involved… Thank you!!

We have 2 dogs that we take here to get shampooed an nails cut, one is our hunting lab that smells awful from hunting an this place made him smell amazing an his coat was nice an soft an shiny! Our other dog is a Boston terrier an she is queen bee, they cut her nails an gave her a bath as well, she smells amazing an is so soft!! They finish off with bandannas and pretty bows for there hair!! Amazing place!!!

I was a walk-in, and even though she was busy, she was able to work my dog into her schedule. I had a few concerns/ questions, and she took the time to give me detailed answers to all of them, and also did a great job on my pup. Definetly recommend!

She is very kind, knowledgeable and skilled - I sought her out for a referral for a client moving to Idaho and I was VERY impressed with everything about her. Jamie at Pretty Paws is an amazing groomer. The shop is clean and nicely appointed. Jamie cares for the dogs like they’re her own. Every month my dog leaves with the perfect hair cut, sparkling clean teeth and nicely trimmed nails.

Quick and professional. Had my German Shorthair groomed, nails trimmed, shampoo, ears and teeth cleaned. A fair price. Best of all they rubbed a lavender oil into her skin. She smells great and is not itching during the winter.
