The help and the manager is horrible. She is so angry that she has to work. You don't need to talk to people that way and mostly people who speak a different language. I know American sign language and if you yelled at a Deaf person. They won't hear ya so Danie you are a very sweet woman but you should be treating people with respect and kindness..

I would give this store a better rating if it weren't for the employees. The guy employees are usually ok. The women employees are extremely rude and act ignorant. Like seriously cutting open a sealed box of 6 waters just to "make sure they are all there". You can look in the side and see it is full. The guys just scan the barcode on the box. The lady seriously had to count each individually. It was ridiculous. Why do these people have such a problem with locals getting boxes from the store or the garbage? They won't even give you one if you ask. You are throwing them away! Yikes. Between not supporting locals and just horrific customer service from the women that work there, this store needs a change. Also, I find it takes a long time for them to restock necessities, and do not buy any electronics here unless you want to pay for something that will break in less than a year, maybe even less than 6 months. Also, watch the price tags. Sometimes they will charge you more than what the price tag says. Have a nice day.

I am able to find a lot of things I want without leaving town, and at an affordable price. Most of the employees are really nice. I would give it 5 stars if they paid their employees better. The wages I found out they make are pathetic. Shame of this company for paying so low.

So the store itself is great and so are the prices. However The older cashier with short hair is unbelievably rude EVERY time we go in there. She totally ruins the experience of shopping there.

They have a big turn over so asking for help is pointless!!! However there is a young man (Christopher or Thomas can't remember) who is assistant supervisor who has wonderful costumer service and is always helpful. PS: Thank God the loud blonde is gone!!!!!!!

The manager Miss Shirley is the best thing ever for Parma's Family Dollar. Her and the hot manager at the Parma NAPA next door, makes Parma a great place to live. They always go above and beyond

Some of the most sickly looking goats I have ever seen. Not to mention the reactor that is always in meltdown, keeping the place moderately radioactive. But the cashier was cute, would visit again.

I went in looking for some inexpensive wash cloths that didn't look really cheap. Found some and also found a couple 40 oz. Glass containers as well. Will go back for more as needed.
